Trainual helps us to solve problems like onboarding new hires, getting our updates to new information quickly and to all staff. I love that it's easy to use on both the administrative side and the employee side.

It's a one stop platform for company processes and procedures, it an all in one library of resources for our teams and the teams they belong to. Our owner did the research on competitors and highly recommends Trainual

Can't say there is anything that we do not like about the platform, its features and benefits are very useful and important to our teams.

I like the amount of time Trainual saves me from having to go over training materials with staff "manually" or in-person. If an associate has a question, I am able to reference the module in Trainual and get them started on the material without having to disrupt my personal workflow.

Nothing of note, aside from how to get started with making a training modual. I was unsure of how to input my procedures until I learned about templates in the help section of the website.

Trainual solves the issue of having to "reinvent the wheel" every time a new staff member joins the team. I feel that this system ensures that no stone is left unturned.

Trainual is a great tool for our business to store all of our business processes procedures. It's easy to navigate and has some great integrations that help fuel productivity for our staff.

We're in Australia and were told the servers are US based so we do experience slowness and lagging. However we weere warned about this prior to going ahead and so it's not a huge problem for us.

They are providing an easy to nagivate platform to store all processes and procedures so to operate our business we store everything all in the one place. It has been incredibly helpful to have it all stored in an organised manner in one platform.

It holds all of our policies and processes. It is an easy reference guide for any and all staff whether on the wash or corporate side. I refer to is all the time.

Honestly, there is nothing I don't like about Trainual. They even have many pre-made templates for policies that are perfectly lined out and ready to fill in with your information.

Trainual has solved so many problems for us and the biggest one is taking everything from a paper manual to an electronic manual that can be accessed remotely from anywhere we are.

Trainual is user friendly and great for self training.

There is nothing that I dislike about Trainual.

Your Support Team is amazing and always answers questions promptly and helpfully. You're open and willing to add new features, like the AI tool. Your webinars are incredibly helpful, Sean and Rach are awesome!

I wish Trainual had checklists - it would make the most sense to be able to put SOPs into Steps for repetitive tasks. This would cut down our usage of tools like Wrike. I know Trainual is not a project management platform, but it would still be nice to have a step-by-step, check items off the checklist, feature. Also, we had a formatting issue where a link we embedded was not able to be removed. I was working with Heaven on this. Of course, this is a one-off situation.
