We started using Trainual about 3 1/2 years ago when we had an integration of 3 separate teams. It was the perfect solution then and continues to be a great solution where we can document all the processes adn policies in one place. Whenever a team member has a question about a process or policy, it's easy to just send the link to the Trainual that documents that process. I love the ability to add videos, external links, and quizzes to ensure understanding.

This is less about Trainual itself and more about a recommendation for the way you set things up. I would recommend having one Admin who can manage the information. Things used to be more organized, but then we added additional teams to our account and they got a bit mixed up.

With reorganizations and turnover over the years across our teams, Trainual has helped us to have one source of training information that we can all reference.

The simplicity and organization of Trainual. It is beneficial when training and moving forward in the company. One of the best things is the completion graph for me.

At first is was figuring out the order of things and what each tabbed did. Now I am finally getting use to how things work and what is in the processes.

Training the team and keeping us all on the same page as to our terminology and what the company is all about.

We have used Trainual for all of our employee onboarding. We use Trainual for all of our SOP's (standard operating procedures). It is the place where everything important goes. A frequent saying around here is "Put that in Trainual!" Trainual is so easy to use. I highly recommend it.

I honestly can't think of anything. I'm happy overall.

Training is the most important problem solver of Trainual. I can sit a new employee down and still work as they onboard. Managing our SOP's is the second thing that Trainual solves. Plus it is so EASY and user friendly.

Trainual has amazing customer service; someone is always ready to answer your question(s) in the chat. We have been enjoying Trainual at all levels of our company. We just had our first round of hires use Trainual instead of a manual training guide, and it's made a world of difference. The search bar is such a helpful tool (even after the training process) to reference any topic. Additionally, with a quick click, you can easily update information at any level of a manual.

Trainual is a new, evolving platform, so it's not perfect. There seem to be coding or engineering problems that are causing the text to be displayed in a different font when it is bold, underlined, or italic. However, this is an issue that they are already aware of and working on a solution for. Additionally, formatting numbers/bullets and photos can be somewhat challenging to get it exactly how you want it. You can't copy pictures out of Trainual.

With employees all over the country, Trainual makes it easy. It allows employees to access not only our policies and procedures but their specific role and responsibilities within the company from anywhere. While our training process takes place in person, it is easy to assign them subjects to follow along with. If they have questions or concerns after training, they can easily find the answer (most of the time) by searching Trainual rather than asking someone.

Totally game changer for running my business in regards to training and HR. There's no questions anymore about how something should be done and the expectations I have of my team

Cant really think of anything! Maybe less options to set up with to begin with, there's so many choices of templates to use - but with enough time to look through them all I can see there's something for everyone !

HR- training and developing the team. Being able to have meaningful conversations in 121s about processes and how they are being followed (or not) and when a change is needed, we can quickly and easily change the modle and send it out to everyone else

I love that Trainual is easy to use and navigate! It's also easy to upload new training modules.

I haven't found anything that I don't like!

Trainual provides information that myself and our associates need to perform our roles. Trainual benefits us by having all the necessary information and the quizzes ensure that we are learning what we need to know to be effective in our daily roles.

Trainual enables our firm to learn quickly and seamlessly using the best technology. The graphic design of the website puts all the information in a neat and orderly way.

It would be helpful if Trainual had a function where the user was able to revisit the sections they have completed and leave course notes for our own review when needing further information on a topic.

It is helping new staff that join our firm learn our processes in a quick and seamless manner, by doing this it makes our whole team more productive and means less time needs to be spent training.

It makes training employees easier and more streamlined.

I can't think of any gownsides. We really enjoy the program!

It is making everything easier for us to onboard new employees and continue with the education of current employees.

Instead of manually training new employees, we can have Trainual do the job for us.

Trainual is an excellent tool and has been so helpful in pushing out important information to our team. It's simple and easy to use with a user-friendly interface that's not too bogged down with unnecessary information. I like that I can see reports that track completion. There are also tons of customization options to fine-tune the trainings we create and really make them what we want them to be. I would highly recommend this software.

I create trainings in PowerPoint and it is a little tedious to save each slide individually as a photo to upload them into the training steps. I would love to see some integrations with PowerPoint to make this a little simpler.

Trainual has made it easy to push out monthly trainings to help our team continue to grow in line with company values and beliefs. It has created more accountability for everyone across the board as everyone understands the expectations for trainings, as well as more opportunities for our team members to really thrive in their roles.

It is extremely easy to use. You can get a jumpstart to making content using templates or start from scratch!

I have not really found anything to dislike about the product so far.

Trainual allows us to document policies and processes. We can verify our staff has completed reading the materials and test them on each subject.

Centralized, Easy to use, and Intuitive in design. Trainual takes the Intimidation of the BEHEMOTH, Known by many names, But simply put, "The Handbook." Developing your business to preserve the ideals, policy, and structure that got you here is detrimental to the execution of the scalability of your business. Trainual provides a platform to store and develop the hundreds of hours of work necessary to make it Unique to your business.

The vastly open-ended possibilities make structuring and figuring out where to start challenging. We had to sit down as a group of guys who had never done this but knew the direction we were headed. We had to develop our framework for even starting the first sets of paperwork and rubric for organizing. A one size fits all Model to represent the ideal organization and base level through final details would be helpful; as noted, it is a behemoth! While it's obvious to start one bite at a time. It can feel like every bite you take is made up of 2-6 other bites to be made before, and those all seem to have 2-3 Bites needed before you can start the previous. Forward progress seems to push out the finish line through the ability to become unruly with direction; one step forward develops six steps to be rounded back to. I.E., How do you Write a Job Description for a receptionist if you don't have a process and policy for first opening the office, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, etc.

The Ability to centralize and simplify the intake, onboarding and training process. I can do it once and log it away; The expectations are set, and all that is left to do is manage and hold those in the know accountable.

That it is very user-friendly, and it didn't take long to get the hang of our process when adding things to Trainual. I love that Trianual experts are easy to access.

My only qualm is that there should be something to check things off within a process, like a checklist after someone has already been trained. There have been a couple of situations where I've had to print copies of what I would have liked to see on Trainual.

Adding new features to things. I love the trainual tags and Trainual University! I would love if more things came out on Trainual University. Trainual University was the key I needed to succeed.

Love the webinars, they are engaging and informative.

I would prefer to have more control over access instead of just admin w/ everything vs. other roles. Also, it would be beneficial if a course could be administered annually w/ a historical copy retained of the previous courses taken by the same employee yet giving the new certificate of completion showing current year.

Administering onboarding and allowing automization instead of in person trainings for the beginning process.

Organizing, updating and sharing the training manual has never been easier or more efficient. Trainual makes it simple to view our processes from a big-picture perspective, bringing us organizational clarity and allowing for effortless updating. Updates can be shared with all employees simultaneously with only one step. Employees can access the training manual from anywhere, giving our employees the reference they need if something has been forgotten. We love Trainual!

There are a couple of minor organizational downsides, like being unable to move process topics once created or changing ownership of multiple topics simultaneously.

Trainual has solved our updating issues. Before, our processes lived in multiple locations or were paper documents and updating them was time-consuming and costly. It has given our employees access to the manual anywhere at any time, so their questions can be answered even when a manager is unavailable.

It is simple and intuitive to use. It has enough security and tracking functionality, but not so much that it becomes a burden to create and publish training content. I also really like how simple the automated communication regarding what training has changed, with daily emails.

you need to jump through a few hoops if you want to maintain a history of versions of the training content. I also wish they had a pre-built integration with UKG, so we didn't have to build one.

Before Trainual, we kept all of our Standard operating procedures in a sharepoint library... where they didn't get looked at because it was difficult to find what you were looking for... trainual has a very simple search feature that makes this much easier. the content will also be much easier to review & update as our business changes

The best part of Trainual for us, a business with many remote locations, is a centralized home for all things policy and process related! No matter where an employee lives, they have access to everything that makes our business run smoothly! I also appreciate Trainual's efforts to constantly make things better and appreciate their roll outs to enhance their product!

My biggest complaint is that there's no way to create our own templates and have them pull through in the headers. Trainual has created some great templates, but I would love the ability to "tag" our policy template on the policy page, for example, rather than duplicate something from our own collection.

Trainual is constantly innovating and I appreciate their moves to create a space that is not stagnant, but keeps up with the changing times! The buttons to place on items to learn about the process, for example, is such a huge growth!

I enjoy Trainual's user friendly layout. It can be intimidating learning a new program, but trainual makes it easy!

The updates to trainual are pretty frequent - As a new user it can be difficult navigating the system when the updates tend to move things around a little bit.

Trainual makes it easy to access everything in your case without having to navigate through multiple different programs.

We love the gifs section. It is funny...

we would like it to have more types of fonts and designs.

the sops. We are recording all our processes on it. We have done several pieces of training for future employees and are making it easy to keep a collection of the processes.
