I like how easy it is to lay out exactly what you want to teach people. It's easy to do the training and input them!
I wish I could organize my Desk a little better. Other than that, it's great!

Easy platform to add content and organize lots of information. The automatic notification of new content and the quiz feature is crucial.
Some formatting within the text box could improve - better headers, separation.
We use trainual to have ALL of the information our sales team knows to do their job. With links, charts, processes, etc. We are also able to track who has viewed or completed each topic which helps in training. It's a great starting tool for new employees and is continually added to so people know they can depend on its information as time moves forward and things change.
That you can upload training videos in sections

Consistency of our training and time
I am not the most tech savvy person but I found adding training content and users to be pretty intuitive on the platform and the value for the money is good. I also like the tutorials and tips that are given.
Nothing really, I am still determining if it will meet all of our needs going forward.
We were using a higher cost LMS system and did not find it user friendly. We are hoping to get more people involved in using Trainual.

All of our information is in one place and is easy to navigate for all of our team members! We do not need to have a ton of google docs.
It significantly reduces my time as the company owner in training new employees and the sections are easy to edit when our SOP changes.
The one area that I felt needed improvement was locating content between the different sections (company, policy, processes). It was a bit confusing having content split which I see was cleaned up with the update because all content is now viewed on the same page. Also, the pay per user plan is a bit pricy for a company such as mine, which is a startup and I'm not sure if Trainual will continue to be the right fit in the long run.
Speeding up the learning curve with new staff and a place to store case studies to refer back to.

It solves having our IT personnel being overloaded with questions and trainings that can be solved via trainual.
With a remote workforce, it's great to have a resource to provide training to new employees. It's also nice for an employee to have a place to search for answers before asking another employee.
It is time-consuming to populate the training. We are also maintaining our old system of "written policies and procedures" while we are testing out this new system meaning we have to update new policies and procedures in two places. I do believe that once the initial trainings are created, it will be much easier to update as needed. It has been very time consuming to put policies and processes for my department into trainual. I am also required to take all the trainings that have been added to Trainual for my company. Each time I am close to finishing the trainings assigned to me, more seem to be added. The cumulative hours spent on this project have to be considered. For departments that do a ton of training of new employees, this would definitely be advantageous. If you rarely have to train a new employee - I wouldn't recommend it.
Trainual is helping us create and organize new-hire onboarding materials that allow new employees to self-train. So far it hasn't benefited me because I have not had to train a new employee. If I did need to train someone, I think it would be very helpful.
Extremely user-friendly platform for all levels of employees for everything from training to policy review.
The platform interface would be better for general users.
Getting the platform and interface to be viewable in the same interface to all employees.
I love how simple the platform itself is to access content for training and learning. The interface is also easy to understand with uploading and updating the library for employees.
I wish there were more interactivity capabilities on the platform such as leaving comments for videos/content that are given for training purposes, so employees can more easily ask questions or give feedback on the training content they are given!
I am building the training for my dept and using it when we are trained on new programs/platforms that are used company-wide!
My favorite thing about Trainual is the ability to scale to what you need when you need it. You can start out with one training module and build to 50 over time. It's a platform that will grow with you and your business.
From an Admin standpoint, the interface can be a little bit confusing at first. You need to switch back and forth between Admin and user view on different pages and it is not always intuitive what view you are on.
We are solving our need for an online training platform that also supports continued learning. Since this is housed in a digital way, anytime a procedure changes we are able to make updates.
