I like that we can see when our staff read the policies

The organization of trainual is confusing

We are able to onboard much faster and keep our policies and procedures up to date easier

Trainual started out as a tryout in one department, but quickly became our go-to training platform across the entire organization! The program makes it easy to add modules, track progress with visual charts, and seamlessly roll out new software/processes etc. Since we started using Trainual, new employees’ understanding has jumped to a level that usually comes after months of training.

I would like to see another tear for the steps,It should be: Subject > Topic > Step > Sub-Step

Getting new employees up to speed VERY QUICKLY. New role-outs are clearly communicated to the entire team.

I really enjoyed the premade templates, as we would not have been able to develope each category ourselves in a fun and organized fashion.

I wish there were more template specific to warehousing. It would also be nice if it were easter to add and remove assignments to individuals with different job titles.

Our SOPs are constantly changing and Traniual offers an easy to use platform that allows us to change them and also keep track of staff that has completed the updated content.

This tool is a huge asset to our company. From training our new employees to keeping them up to speed in the field. Trainual gets it done. It is super easy to use, and you will have no issues getting the system rolling.

The Loom recordings should be a little longer. That is my only complaint.

It allows us to provide a professional on boarding experience, training experience, and allows us to keep everyone up to speed on changes in process.

The best thing about Trainual is to be able to get all my processes in my organizational chart down in front of me and in front of my team, so we all know who's responsible for what.

There isn't much that I dislike about Trainual.

Trainual, solves our businesses, an organization. Once we started with Trainual were able to get organized, and everybody knew the role and responsibilities.

easy navigation and useful on newbies like me

None so far, that I have experience when I used it on my company traning onboarding

getting files that I need to help my task procedures.

I love that all of our team members can log in and learn new tasks within the company. We can guarantee all of our employees are highly trained and well rounded by using Trainual!

Trainual is very easy to update and use for training within the company. One of the most challenging things about the program is getting used to the "Copy" feature. You can copy tasks with similar processes but have to make sure they are both topics and not subjects.

Trainual is making it easier to use their program by providing many training videos covering all of its abilities. Any questions that you may have about the program can be found in the training videos. This makes it so easy for employees to learn more about, making the best training content for their staff.

I like how easy it is to navigate both as a user and Admin. It is very organized and easy to swap roles or reassign specific topics when needed.

I honestly can not think of anything I have disliked about trainual

Trainual expedites the training process. Utilizing written text, images, and videos to train new hires saves time and money while ensuring consistency. Not only does it serve as a training platform for new hires, but is an accessible resource for refreshers and procedure records.

Trainual is constantly updating and improving its platform, which is great. However, navigation on the admin side can be affected,so when changes do go into effect, you will need to spend a few minutes to bring yourself up to speed.

One-on-one training is not required throughout entire onboarding process. With the information recorded in writing, images, and video, Trainual is an accessible resource for referencing how-to's and SOP's. This is especially helpful for times when employees are on leave or vacation.

Ease of use is great and it is easy to create new content.

There's nothing that I do not like about Trainual.

It saves us a lot of time as managers. Instead of spending so much time with new agents, Trainual can provide that training and the new agent can learn at their speed.
