The ease of use. Adding videos and other content for our new hires to watch and review has been seamless.
I don't like the pay-per-user plan. A more subscription-based model makes more sense for businesses that go through large waves of hiring sporadically.
We have shortened the in-person training by a few hours by making the content available on trainual beforehand. Also, the ability to update procedures and assign them to our employees has been great.,
I like the reminders for incomplete sections and universal accessibility so employees can complete from anywhere.
The display can sometimes be misleading as to what is still outstanding.
We have solved the problem of providing ongoing training support to our out-of-state licensees. We have also realized the ability to collect survey information through the Trainual platform.
Trainual includes easy ways to embed content. Breaks up the monotony of training for end users.
Not enough question/answer types for tests
Onboarding consistency, continued staff education/training
All questions fit in the mobile app. It very east to check on the status of your completed and not completed courses. I am a currently use the. All answers fit in the screen no matter way you hold the phones. I am a active user of the app weekly and it has been easy and smooth to navigate .
so far i have not had any issues with the app . if i do down the road i will let our manager know.
The way that trinual is improving our knowledge base is by keeping us updated with the most recent information that our trade needs at the access of our fingers tips. we stay updated every week refreshing and reading new methods and old ones to contribute to the filed. Has defiantly helped us out on shying away from our old way of doing with pin and paper. like i said its made it much easier to access and deliver course and deliver our results must more efficient.
It's interface that is easy to use and the the fact that the menu is practical. m
Once I activated the dark mode, sometimes the text was unreadable because it was also dark.
It is allowing me to complete a training on regenerative organic certification in an effective way, that is to say without losing much work time
Ease of matriculation through materials.
Repetition of duplicate modules throughout training
Ease of elevating all staff knowledge of internal processes and policies
The easiness to set up topics and keep everything separated.
There hasn't really been anything that we didn't like.
No problems. We love that we can train people from home or from the office, and they can keep with their progress and pick up where they left off. We can also see where each employee is at with their training.
Trainual is very diverse and can be used in many ways. The content can be updated and modified at any time without effecting other parts of training. It's dynamic and can incorporate different types of materials and content.
Nothing yet, but I am still pretty new to trainual.
We are having more unified training with a fluid training manual.
Very intuitive user experience to build your training modules. Easy to navigate and get feedback from your team on each module. Easy to track the progress of each team member. Easy to collaborate while building the modules. Very handy especially when you need to onboard new memebers reomtely.
it's a bit pricy especially if you work with big teams. In general, there is no downsides of using Trainual
Onboarding training for all new members Building a library with company know-how that can be used as a reference New systems, software onboarding.
I like the ability to have mixed media (text, video, graphics) in the training modules. The quizzes help to cement the learning. Breaking down into manageable modules is good, and also good to be able to go back and find exactly what information is needed to review is easy. The search feature is good. It is easy and clear to use.
The measure of percentage is confusing. Not clear if it is measuring the module or the whole training information. I may think I am finished with a module, but it turns out I am not. Maybe show the different measurements together so one can know the percentage done of the module and the percentage done of the entire training. The search feature is a little confusing to use, but it does return results. Maybe hone that a little.
Mostly how to do a task, or what the expectations or parameters of tasks are. Onboarding, training, learning new skills using Trainual modules. It is very useful as a reference manual to go back and look up information as it is needed.
how it’s operated since it’s easy to click the buttons and navigate.
I hate that it doesn’t have a search bar so it’s easier for me to go back to the topic i want to review.
Quality of my team’s performance.
It is easy to get training updates and complete them.
Every time any of the modules are edited; the agents have to sign off on the same completed module.
I am able to keep up with any procedural changes very easily.
There's a lot like that I like about Trainual. What I like the best is how intuitive it is and the ability to assign tasks to different users. The fact that I can track users progress is awesome when working remotely. I'm a big fan of being able to include gifs, emojis, screen recordings, and search stock photos which makes it fun to create and train.
I don't like how I have to copy and paste a HEX color code for each time I want to apply color to a text. I wish my company colors would be a standard color after the first time applied. I don't like how if I print a subject the formatting is inconsistent and funky when there are multiple pages. Also, I wish there was a better way to organize subjects rather than having an extensive list of subjects on one page. If I copy and paste text to a different subject then it erases the formatting which takes up more time.
Trainual has allowed me to create an interactive and engaging training materials for trainee's across all locations. It also has allowed me to create company standards that are easy to access whether it's through the app or desktop. The benefit I realized is not having to print hundreds of pages for onboarding when I can have new hires go through it online and for managers to keep track of their progress. Documenting information makes it simple and easy to find as well.
Trainual is a great training platform for entrepreneurs and teams. You will be able to ramp up more new team members and to review current material. It saves team members hours of training! Love it!
Nothing so far. The Trainual team is very attentive in helping with any issues or questions.
Trainual helped in collecting training materials, update them and distribute them to our new employees.
I've like using Trainual, my colleagues and I use it to create SOPs and we all enjoy the features and ease of use. Good stuff!
So far I have no complaints. I enjoy using it so far.
I've had no problems as of yet.
Trainiaul is a fantastic tool to get all of our company processes written out and contained in one place. It is very useful for onboarding, as well as keeping current employees up to date on the latest process and procedures. It is also very intuitive and is not hard to learn and implement.
The thing that I haven't been able to find (if it exists) is being able to create a link in a step to other steps I have already created in Trainual. This feature would be very helpful.
We are solving the problem of not having a clear outline of how various processes are supposed to run. It also helps relieve the Admin Team by having answers to most questions somewhere within trainual. In creating it, it has also helped team members better understand their individual responsibilities to the team.
Trainual is a simple and user friendly way to train and onboard. So easy to set everything up and easy to follow.
Found a couple of items that would be helpful- a log of communications sent to users and the ability to send reminders manually. Also the ability to see individual test scores would be helpful.
Streamlining for consistent training is the most important. No questions that associates have gone through training.
Very easy to navigate and use, extremely user friendly
Not sure how to organize non-processes and just general documentation
Having one place where processes are kept. Same template is used for all processes no matter what department. Training is quick and easy!
I like that you can make it as fun as possible with gifs and other embedded apps. It also allows user-based sharing, which is an important feature when you handle multi-role teams. We find this feature really helpful. I also like that you can change the status to hide certain topics and reshare them. I like the new embedding gif and image feature as you've allowed to get stock photos directly from the system, which is pretty cool.
Maybe, it's quite challenging to adjust spacing of pictures. You'd want a fast internet connection when including gifs as it makes the system lag a bit, especially around midnight (my time). I also think that it's an opportunity for improvement that we cannot customize the reports before we download them. It will be nice to be able to choose specific people only.
We are able to help new clients learn new software and transition to it smoothly. We were able to solve the challenge of documenting and sharing it only with specific people. Using embedded features (like videos or apps) helped me make the trainuals interactive and practical, and it's really important if you're dealing with software in your business. I also like the reports, although I hope the content can be customized in the future to allow easier reporting and sharing.
Trainual makes our company's information and training materials so easily accessible to our new hires and existing employees. It also makes it to where we can customize our needs different for each different training module.
It would be helpful it Trainual offered different templates to use in order to build different modules. For example: like a click and drag template for an "Employee Handbook" training module. That would take the creativity out of the hands of the person creating the content and streamline the process a bit better.
We now have it to where employee can complete training and review new information in a setting and timeframe that works for them based on their needs and the company's needs. We have also reduced paper usage by having all of this content in a digital form, ultimately saving out company money!
