Most free themes found on WordPress contains malicious files and injections that expose websites to security vulnerability leading them into being hacked in case a person is not a good theme and plugin editor. Also it takes a lot of time one to come up with a website that looks like his thoughts since the themes comes with the templates, unless one is a developer,can edit the theme and add Css to get the best look of the website from the template

Not that much to dislike about the software itself. However, some premium plugins can get quite expensive but that doesn't have anything to do with the software in particular.

And, there isn't any direct support on many plugins on the WordPress repository, so usually, you end up trying to figure out solutions to issues by testing on your own.

There is not much that I dislike, but I know our front-end designers would like more flexibility in their ability to be creative and Wordpress can make this a little more challenging. However, the plus to this is when managing many accounts, you are not forced to troubleshoot and bug fix individual sites and figure out how the developer built the site (because even developers within the same organization have their process and method) when making updates.
