Built-in integration with other Zoho products which we already use. Connections are quick and stable. Options to remotely restart or shut down machines is a nice feature that is appreciated. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and file transfers are quick and easy. Being budget-friendly is also a nice bonus.
The online/offline status markers have proven to be somewhat unreliable. Once a connection is established, it is quick and stable, but the actual connecting process is slightly slow. Does not offer full support for control of ceratin devices. As the one initiating the connection, the process if user friendly and intuitive, for the client on the other end, there could be more precise instructions, with more help to navigate permissions.
Great for us to use to remotely access our computers and a helpful tool to allow us to connect to our clients in a controlled environment.
Makes the process easy and simple. product is niche
Responsiveness of the ticket is quite low , the features breaks
Integration of the projects in one
Price is the best part. Ease of use for one offs is good as well.
Delay in screen refresh. I constantly have ghost images on the screen for a few minutes. Phone support didn't work at all (samsung) and IOS support didn't show anything.
Gain access to client PCs when needed so I didn't always have to go onsite.
Easy sign up with flexible payment options. Pricing is pretty clear
I would like more details as to the features of ZOHO remote. It's almost like I had to sign up to see if it was what I wanted. I feel that more details could give more of an upfront decision.
REMOTE IT/SERVICE SUPPORT Adding hardware
zoho integrations, simple, there was a free plan with unlimited agents
sometime a end user can run join.exe on the other side
we are a tech support company
I like how the assist application is very "lightweight" on our computers. It isn't an intrusive program that users notice on a day to day basis.
I do not like how long it takes for the application to connect to the computer. Our connection speeds are well within the 100Mbps upload and download threshold.
Problem: There is no way to diagnose issues when IT staff is out of office Benefits: Being able to solve issues when IT staff is not in the office using Zoho Assist
la informacion es clara simple facil de entender
los tiempos de prueba deben ser mas largos
personalizacion para las conexiones remotas, resuelvo problemas de imagen de soporte
easy to use and setup, everything in one place
had problems using in a school with proxy still haven't been able to resolve
saves me having to visit all my sites for little issues
Had a lot of different options, can pretty much do anyting you need from IT Support to CRM.
Covered a lot of different options, but not really great at any of them.
Zoho offered a lot of different options from Mail to Service desk. Set it up as a possible service desk option for my clients, but it was not as full functioning as I would need.
Price and unattended access. It has all the features a support desk would require, but it fails to be reliable.
I guess you get what you pay for. I require 24/7 access to my clients pc's for assistance. When zoho works it fine, it does what it says it will. But, some times, and it is more frequent than not, it will not connect to the customers screen for viewing. You can't get anyone on the phone in support, and their live chat is not 24/7. I haven't tried during business hours (live chat). I've tried calling during business hours, but you are not able to speak to a live person.
I provide remote desktop support to business clients. I've realized I can't connect to my clients when they need me. It's very embarrassing
