I like the easiness of use in creating and scheduling posts, and the way it responds to each social media requirement e.g characters and image requirements. its mobile application is user friendly too.
Media cannot compress itself for non creative stuff to use. one has to have a required media (size, resolution etc) prior to submitting it for posting.
Zoho is solving our time management as we can plan for social media and schedule for posts, then focus on other company tasks while we are worry-free of running the social channels
This product has helped me streamline everything to do with my social media marketing for my business and as we all know time is money and I love how much more time I have for all the other aspects of my business now that social media takes me a couple hours a week, all in one go, rather than hours per day, every day!
Some aspects took some time to understand when setting up, but once I got my head round the controls thats no longer really an issue.
It is saving me time and that means I have more time to make things to sell and focus on the more fun aspects of my business.
Zoho Social is extremely easy-to-use and very user-friendly. I was able to get up and running in less than 10 minutes with all of my business social media accounts connected. Even their free version is amazing. Zoho Social is so much better than the multiple other social media management apps I have tried in the past, and a way more economical choice. Their pricing is way better than competitors.
So far, I haven't come across anything that I dislike with Zoho Social. Everything has worked seamlessly to date.
Zoho Social takes the stress off of having to constantly log in and update content for your social media accounts. I go in once a week, plan out my posts and schedule them and poof! the hard work is done and I don't have to worry about anything until the following week.
Dropbox and Canva integration, Multiple brands managed separately, analytics on my dashboard, and the ability to customize posts per-platform is invaluable! Zoho Social also has excellent customer service
The only thing I would improve a bit is the UI/menu options. I found Buffer's UI more intuitive and clear, but Zoho's brand management and scheduling options won out over Buffer
I have multiple brands and need somewhere to manage and schedule all of my social media posts for each brand. I also want to track the performance of each brand separately, as well as be able to interact with the comments that my posts get.
The user panel is well-designed and easy to use. It offers great value for its price and there are various customization options depending on your plan. It is much better compared with others

I love that you can easily plan posts for LinkedIn and other social media. It is easy to use and very userfriendly. And I'm happy that there is also a good free option.
I don't dislike anything about Zoho social, but I had some trouble uploading a pic today but luckily that was solved with refreshing the page so that was nice.
I don't work every day so it's nice that I can plan the posts on days that I don't work. That's the greatest benefit of zoho social for me really. We have also increased interaction with our customers and fans.
