The use of the Big Commerce platform has been seamless for us. The updates and the suggestion have made our online shop very successful.

We hope that in the future, we have access to other payment options that will help our business grow further.

Keeping track of our inventory and updating the store products can take time. It does have a seamless approach.

No glitches, reliable, fast and the support team are quick to respond with any queries we have.

We are approaching 16,000 categories and this is one area slowing us down.

Easy to refund and replace orders. Works well alongside another commerce program.

There are a lot of plug ins that are available.

It can be complex to make some changes, especially if changing the theme of your website. Support is there to help, but it may take a "professional" to make some changes.

No real problems, other than sometimes changes are complex to complete. We like the availability of the add ons to the product pages. It makes it easy for customers to choose.

By far it's the online documentation. If you need to find out how to do something, it's spelled out for you by BigCommerce.

At this point, I don't have any dislikes. Came off the Magento platform and haven't looked back since.

Business to business is completely doable with BigCommerce and Business to Customer is a breeze.

That Tech Support is available by phone or live chat.

I felt that this product is not user friendly. In addition, their tech support was not very helpful. When I called in, I felt I knew more than their tech support people from all the research I had already done to try and solve the problem.

Bigcommerce is effortless to use. It has plenty of applications that make feed management, conversion tracking, and order tracking easy. It provides feed management app for both Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Integrating with Google Ads is not possible to advertise products directly from BigCommerce.

Easy to navigate smooth interface that is self-explanatory with many free add ons and others at minimal cost with free trials. Integrates with Tax, Channel Advisor, and other well-known software.

It does not integrate with UPS, FEDEX and USPS without a paid add on.

BigCommerce is just like a Shopify website. the big benefit is customer grouping and we can save our credit card

Big Commerce natively includes a lot more functionality than Shopify and Woocommerce. You don't need to fumble around and pay for countless apps per month to get your site working properly.

Wholesale reporting and breaking out reports are a challenge

I like that includes so many elements that you would have to pay separately for on other platforms. It integrates with so many marketplace platforms as well. I like the BC Community online as well as on social media platforms. Everyone is so willing to help others improve their site or solve a problem. It's user friendly so that a beginner can start right away. The tutorials that BigCommerce offers really help with any level one may be on. The chat feature is extremely helpful when you're needing something quick.

I wish there were more free templates to use but overall, especially with being able to add different elements to your home page, the templates provided suffice. You can make it your own without having to code on your own, which I do not.

I'm able to list products I house in a warehouse as well as dropship. I can also use the POS in my brick and mortar.
