Very easy to use and understand. I like how you can separate the different projects/tasks easily

I do not like that you need to submit each week all together, maybe you can offer other options for submission ?

Nothing. Again, it was simple, short and direct.

I was able to use Big Time for consultancy pay.

It was a much simpler and quick set up than other project management software. There is little to no coding required for set up and was super easy and straight forward to set up. Katherine, my Customer Success Manager, has been very helpful through this entire process. She was great with explaining the set up during onboarding and answering all of my questions! She made this whole process stress free!

I don't have any complaints yet. The only time consuming/difficult part of setting up is getting used to the past invoicing that integrated in from QuickBooks and separating it between projects rather than customers.

We have been able to track time more effectively and pull reports. We were previously using spreadsheets to track everything and Big Time has saved us a lot of time and headache gathering this data. It is also a great tool to track notes and updates for each project!

I really like how customizable BigTime is! You can customize the software to the needs your company has. Neil did great explaining it all!

I didn't find anything I disliked about Bigtime!

Currently I am learning the BigTime software, so there are no problems currently to resolve.

Nothing, it is doing exactly what we need for today but still has opportunity for us to grow and do more with the program

We are creating a method for job costing and invoicing for our professional services.

The ease of use. I submit my hours on weekly basis and BigTime provides a quick and efficient way to to this.

The "Task" field is not a required value for my current position. Providing a way to hide or remove this field from my view would be helpful

I only use BigTime for submitting my hours to the contracting firm that I am currently working through. No problems to solve. The ease of use is very beneficial, as it does not take a lot of time to submit my hours.

We like how easy it is to enter time and adjust the reports to work how we need them to work. The level of customization is great. Marni helped us get to a level of comfortability with the program. The support is great. Definitely utilize the online articles and webinars if you have any problems, there are a lot of walk throughs on how to do some of the more complex things.

There is a big learning curve and there are so many things you can do with it. They do a really good job of explaining things, but you really have to get in there to play around with it.

We were trying to solve the issue of where our time was being spent to better utilize resources. The hope was that by figuring out where we were sinking time we would be able to allocate resources in a more organized way. We also wanted to quantify how much time we were spending doing revisions.

The cloud based software makes it easy to use.

There isnt really anything that I dislike.

we have solved recos, estimates, invoicing, timesheets as well as being able to create multiple reports that we use on a regular basis in our industry.

How it integrates with our entire workflow

Steep learning curve to take full advantage of the functionality

Better control over client budgets, staff better understand and have visibility into the business and their projects and we are capturing more revenue through better time tracking

I have never had any issues getting help with tech support. They are friendly, knowledgeable and able to get my issues fixed for me right away.

The software is easy to use and any issues are resolved by support right away. Nothing to dislike.

Quickbooks upgrade was not syncing to BigTime
