The reporting s a bit confusing but the support team is always there to show you how or create reports for you.

Using Big Time to help understand profit margins better.

They will respond to your queries as soon as possible. When I messaged them the first time, a member of the support team immediately messaged me and answered my concern. He had the most precise answer which solved my problem.

None that I can think of. So far, the service is great. The software is great. I enjoy working using BigTime and it definitely had an impact on our client's business.

I like the tools that are inclued with the software. I was able to discontinue several apps I was using since they were already included in the software.

There are almost too many options for customizing the platform. This is not a bad thing; it just becomes a little overwhelming to figure out how to set up the interface.

I needed a project management platform that could track project schedules, budgets, tasks and capable of invoicing. I was struggling to find a platform that could meet all of my specific needs. BigTime has been working with me to make sure the platform is set up exactly to my standards.

We are able to better manage our project goals and deadlines by using the Bigtime app for reporting. We are able to properly track the time and expenses related to each project.

We have just started using Big Time in the last week. So far our favorite component is employee time tracking. The timesheet function is easy to use and virtually self-explanatory. Our remote staff quickly picked up how to use it and implemented it immediately. Our Owner was able to easily review and submit out timesheet from one place rather than downloading each individual excel spreadsheet we used to provide bi-weekly. Secondly, we just began entering/tracking projects and invoicing the initial phase. I have been able to track that it takes approximately 10 minutes to enter a new project complete with all the phasing and assignments as well as create an invoice. This is a quick process which will only become quicker as we use it more and more each day. Thirdly, Big Time Wallet is going to be a game changer for C3 Design Solutions because we have had clients put off paying us because they did not have paper checks available. Recently, one client didn't sign a check they sent! But with Big Time Wallet we can get payment immediately and it worked for the very first client we offered the option.

While the program is easy to use, it is not always intuitive. There are tabs, breadcrumbs, button and field editing functionality on nearly every screen, which can make it confusing. For example, the Add (+) button, while highlighted in red, are a little small. And perhaps it should be colored Green for GO! I like how the save button changes to green when it is saving. Maybe for future design updates, the breadcrumbs could be replaced by a wizard function much like the Create an Invoice feature. That process is super simple and enables the user to quickly enter all necessary information to get started. Busy professionals are spoiled by major software design. Simple and intuitive is always best! While we appreciate the consideration of our time for training purposes, something as important as training on a new software which will run nearly every aspect of our business deserves more than an hour.

The majority of business is conducted remotely. So having a central location for employees to enter timesheets was imperative. This process was previously done in an excel spreadsheet emailed every two weeks. Now the owner can review and submit all timesheets in one or two clicks. Another problem we had was project tracking. We tried many different ways including trying to make free programs work for us. This never worked resulting in lost productivity and employee time. Big Time affords us the opportunity to enter projects, track their progress, invoice and collect payment all in one place. It streamlines our workflow and increases our productivity. Additionally, clients began requesting to pay by CC or ACH. We did not have this capability previously, but with Big Time Wallet we do! Just got our first payment and it worked like a charm!

BigTime is really simple and intuitive. It is very easy to use and it works very well for the purpose it is used in my company. Using BigTime, it is possible to do a very efficient time tracking. By considering the features I need and use daily, BigTime entirely fulfill my necessities and, based on comments from teamates and managers I work with, I would say that it works the same for them too. My company uses BigTime as a tool for efficient time tracking. The feature I use is only the time tracking and, in this case everything my problems are completelly solved because I can do my time tracking very easily and fast. And I would say, based on comments from teamates and managers I work with, that it works the same for them too.

Straightforward UI with convenient auto-save capability. The software is well organized and provides daily/weekly and monthly views for better tracking capability.

Software does not provide for holidays to be auto-populated. This would need to be country specific but would help consultants better plan their time and provide guidance to international consultants.

we use the system to track time as well as keep track of expenses for approval through the system. We found the time management capabilities make our daily operations more predictable and reliable. expenses can be better predicted and accounted for.
