We decided to integrate Bitrix24 to improve the deficiency in MS Teams for Sprints. Bitrix24 makes life for all teams easier because it gives us access to many great features that Bitrix24 provides, including Kanban Boards for helping people managing projects and tasks. We are using it for our Kanban Boards, Marketing Intelligence, Mailing Campaigns, Donor Deal Management, and also CRM.

I would recommend joining up and start becoming familiar, particularly with the Kanban board structure (Projects and Tasks) in Bitrix24, and start exploring it before doing any integration, so you can decide if it is a good fit for you or not. If you are looking for something less complex, maybe you should look for an alternative.

For those who don't know Kanban, it is a project management style that looks and works a bit like Trello. It also integrates seamlessly with Google AdWords, Insta and FB, Stripe for payments processing, and much more. The CRM function is very useful for Fundraising Team, who can better control what leads there are and how the "deals" are moving along.

If there is a future project or program that I like most in this program, create a checklist and complete that task in a planned way.

The system is running a bit slow at the entrances from the mobile part, it would be good to make some more arrangements in this regard.

Those who are weak in acting with a plan can do their work both quickly and without forgetting with this program.

What I love the most is the new templates feature. It does an excellent job of saving your time when setting up a project. And it can take a lot of time considering how customizable and flexible the platform is, which is a great plus for many, I'm sure.

Some tabs/views lack relevant functionality, such as rolling updates across milestones. You can do everything you need to but may need to use a couple of opinions.

Use Wrike because of its spotless and easy-to-use interface. We have a lot of collaborators on our team that need to be able to communicate in one place. One of the great features I like about it is the integration with Google Drive. We can add docs that we have created in other areas directly into a task, making it easy for everyone to stay in one system to review any copy edits or further collaboration there. It's also convenient because we get email alerts when somebody assigns you to a task or makes an update there;

We had to get over to Bitrix because we have grown to almost 200 employees, all working remotely! The C-levels and Managers allocate tasks and create projects. If an employee has to be there, otherwise they would be left out :)

The tool is fantastic. If I had to pick something that I dislike, this would be that every member has to select and pay their plan, even though we have a company setting. So, some members have access to more features than others.

Before implementig Bitrix24 we were having many workflow that we coulnd allocate in the right way. Now with Bitrix24, everything is going in the right direction, and the workflow is working properly.

Bitrix is also flexible, and everyone can open a new channel, or extend a feature by adding more things... The point is to keep it simple. Adding to many options to to the platform sometimes is not helping :)

As mentioned, we orgenize our work in diferent categories: project creation, CRM, Gantt, Innovation process, Calendars, etc... If you dont check Bitrix24 at work, you would feel that you are being left apart.

Lots of configuration in this CRM become annoying for me.

Its a good option to taack your project, work assignment, employees, lead, crm and communication.

We would not found anything yet that would be dislike.

We have assign clinents into separate project and assign employees to particular project and add task with deadlines, its improve efficiency.

Nothing really, but if I had to pick 1, I would say add more features to your free version, to get more customers from free to paid version. The free version to me is not at all useful.

It is a very good application, the detail is that for new people it can be overwhelming since the great amount of options that it has can be confusing for them, and also the configurations are not very flexible, so it can feel that sometimes the application is not adapts to needs so easily. But excellent rest.

Well it has helped us with many things, we can schedule, tasks, contact customers, make video conferences, make file differential, share files, and also design projects, the only issue is their learning difficulty. It is very complete program.
