The user friendly system and time tracking makes it simple to keep track of everything.

Bitrix24 is mostly very intuitive. Even without using all the options it's quite easy to set up tasks lists and calendars. It has options for adding subtasks and dependencies.
So far I have not found anything I dislike.

It has too many tabs to work on, needs to be cleaner and easier to use to really take advantage of all of the features.

Probably most of all I liked a good with great features as a CRM. It is convenient to use and easy to integrate.
The Tech support team is not at all good at response

Task management is quite good, it has got deadlines, total time allocation, dependencies on tasks
it's a bit slow, UI is not so great, not so user-friendly,
it's solving project management, tasks are assigned for each project to each employee and their KPIs are being notes
The software has a free version that helps our company save on cost before going for a paid version. The software makes it very easy for us to locate users near us. it has a mobile application.
I have no downsides of Bitrix24. However, their mobile app is a bit complicated.
I am able to collect users data for my analytics projects hence improving on profit for the company work for. The file storage and sharing are quick to retrieve hence saving on time.
It is a great concept and hopefully in time i will learn better how to use it and more importantly, why to use it.
It has a lot going on, very confusing as to what the true nature of the product is.

I like the ability to collaborate on specific tasks in the office.
I wish that there were more collaboration options that didn't simply revolve around the task lists.
Office collaboration; my co-worker and I are in separate offices and it's been beneficial for us in completing and following up with shared tasks.

This was a very useful intranet, particularly as we had a small number of employees. The features we used most were the calendar, the activity feed and the tasks. The activity feed helped us keep up to date with what each of us were doing as we worked remotely.
The calendar was not ideal. It made it very difficult to share dates of meetings with each other, almost impossible really as it was only the admin who could do it. Not easy to use at all. As this was the most important feature for us it quickly became obvious we would be better off using something else.
When you all work remotely as a company it can be hard to keep up to date with the activities of everyone, especially joint projects. This offered a free option for doing this.
What I liked best was its assistance in a group setting, because you were able to assign tasks to different members. These tasks also allowed you to set goals for yourself and also to keep track on how your partners were doing allowing for a sense of checks and balances.
The interface was a little tough to understand at first and I wish there had been a simpler tutorial on all the possible things we could do.
Business problems that we are solving include marketing difficulties and brand awareness that some companies face. We have realized that task management through this for our collaboration has been key.
This is an exceptional CRM software that is compactable on phone system as well. The reports that can be sought easily and is very helpful to analyse and define success metrics of your program.
The customisations related to this CRM are basic and the customer support isn't that great, the worst part is the support is at the same level even if we've purchased a premium version of this software.
All the projects can be run simultaneously run and is hazel free. The options for integration and the customisation is good providing the option of using it on phone and on computer.
An extensive list of features and products are available on the platform from CRM to task management. The pricing is hands down the best thing about Bitrix. No other CRM platform provides this many features at the price they are offering. It's good for small teams.
The UI is the worst! It's not intuitive at all. No matter how long you use it, you will still end up confused trying to find differentoptions on the platforms. Also, the analytics is not easy to use and configure.
Bitrix is helping us manage our lead generation pipeline and helping us analyse and project revenue from different business channels. It also helps in automating certain process withing lead generation.
