Not fully integrated to track emails yet. Unisender/Mailchimp are sloppy still. Desktop/Cloud file storage program makes you store files to C: drive.

It can replace your CRM and it has team collaboration.
Nothing bad just preferences really. Sharing images inside of posts was a little clunky but it wasn't a deterrent. You can get that way about software, especially when you've used other solutions. Oh man, you can't (insert minor inconvenience here) like you can with (insert other product here). Aside from that Bitrix is very well thought out.
We initially got Bitrix with the aspiration of replacing Salesforce with the Bitrix CRM functionality. Then we realized how difficult that would be and the sales data that might be lost. So instead we used it as a replacement for Trello.
I like that tasks can be shared and tracked across various resources

The free version offers all of the features I need to keep track of internal projects. I can add multiple users, set templates, and useful reminders.
I think the homepage could use a bit of improvement. I would like to see a dashboard.

It was a great way to keep all important documents on one location. Sometimes email or Google docs can be unorganized and confusing and Bitrix24 offered a solid platform to collaborate and communicate.
I haven't used it in several months so there could have been drastic changes to the platform, but iIt could have been a little more aesthetically pleasing. Also it would have been nice to have a feed that showed all activity- similarly to how Google docs has a real-time feed of all edits.
We were able to collaborate much more easily in a more organized way.
Bitrix is a seamless application to make work a fun activity within group

Bitrix24 is reasonably lightweight and intuitive for a new business. You can start very quickly and begin seeing value. The basic features give you the tools to organize contacts and leads, and workflow leads to completion.
When you begin scaling your operations, the system does not lend itself to the do-it-yourselfer. You will need assistance from a Bitrix partner with more experience in the system and scaling complex operations.
We needed a system that allowed for unified communication, contact tracking, document management, and office setup. Bitrix24 allowed up to get up and running quickly.
Its pricing model is different from other CRMs.
Performance and UX need a bit of improvement.

I liked the organizational aspect of Bitrix24. As a project manager, I was able to have my own page for every different project and I could sort all my communication there.
I didn't like some of the graphics, they felt cheap and like I couldn't trust the program. It also didn't feel very secure so I would have to store all my information also on my computer just in case. The worst part, however, was the nonstop notifications within the app.
Organizing projects. Before we started using Bitrix24 we were organizing everything by paper or long email threads. This cut that down significantly.
This is a good feature rich CRM system good part is it's free! The best thing I like about Bitrix 24 is the number of features/module it provides. Good Integration options as well
It's sometime very confusing in-terms of navigation. The workflow needs improvement, they are too confusing in nature

Quick communication; planning and internal control
I really like that I can monitor and control the activities, I can also be aware of my clients in a very effective way, also it allows me a very good communication and manage the schedules of the employees, it is a very useful tool
I think it has a slightly high price for small businesses and its interface can be further improved. Finally, the notification system is somewhat repetitive and sometimes annoying.
Thanks to Bitrix24 I have been able to improve the performance of my business, I can assign tasks to my employees very quickly and be aware of everything that happens in real time

The task management and the interface is excellent. The software runs smooth and is easy to learn. I also like their cell phone app.
Sometimes there are errors that come up when you try to upload files.

The possibility of having control of the project, crn, calendar, tasks in a single platform, and that everything is centralized in the cloud is not necessary to install anything. You can share the work with other colleagues in the office
The project management part is basic, it does not have budgets report of business intelligences, projections in relation to deviations
It is functional for small and non-complex projects, where you do not have many activities or tasks to control, and you need to share the information with other people.
Bitrix24 allows me to assign tasks to myself and my staff for completion. I can monitor due dates for all and the visual tracker makes it easy for us to keep up with pending tasks.
It's powerful but almost too powerful sometimes. There are many advanced features that we have to tweak to get assigned tasks to show up as we wish.
Bitrix24 has given us a single place to keep all of our one time and recurring tasks and has improved productivity during periods of turnover.
