What I don't like is when I am commenting to a task you can't use your regular tab keys to insert some spaces. I know it's a matter of preference but when you are using the bullet options of their rich text editor you can't use inner bullets see reference example https://prnt.sc/12a60gs which is find annoying as we use it often. What we do is we create a separate google docs that way we can indent into the bullet points.
