The way Bitrix24 helps me track each project is very good and the best thing is that it provides me with the features I need, I like its user interface, and its chat is really useful, this platform is very complete with everything in sight, but still without getting confused. Bitrix24 has been very useful for our team, allowing us to quickly review and address the details of our current and future sales.
It only bothers me a little that it has an annoying notification system, usually it is usually quite good, it has served us for what we really need it, to follow-up projects and efficiently, without a doubt Bitrix24 is recommended
Bitrix24 has helped us in almost all possible ways, we can make video conferences and calls from the platform, it also helps us a lot because it is compatible with Android and iOS, it is a perfect software, that drives my company thanks to its system of HR included.
The ability to scale into different functional areas as companies grow. The product is very extensible, well thought out and lends itself extremely well to smaller growing companies as well as mid-sized established companies.
Just too much to chew for smaller shops or start-up companies. Very difficult for small co's to take on even when they can see the advantage of having a tool they can grow in to.
This is a stellar tool for mid-size companies or smaller shops on the rise and growing. It fits neatly in that space where you have a little money to spend on worthwhile products but not the ludicrous amounts of money you'd have to spend for "enterprise class" tools such as those from Oracle and SAP. That said, for smaller companies or start-ups it is way too complex and has far too great a learning curve. Small shops simply don't have the time and resources to dedicate to learning a tool as feature rich and comprehensive as Bitrix. All in all though, if you are keen to get value for your money, you'd be hard pressed to find more value for money than that offered by Bitrix 24.
We loved bitrix24 because with it you can make a very organized appointment schedule, which is quite practical as it allows us to always keep up with appointments. Bitrix24 is also very good at communicating with our potential customers from the CRM center.
We have found the task automation function bitrix24 not very convenient since it does not allow us to carry out our tasks in an organized way, and we are rather disappointed that the function is not customizable. Its monitoring and alerting system is sometimes not activated, making us lose time when carrying out manual follow-ups of our work.
The bitrix24 platform has helped us a lot with its expense tracking function. With it we have handled our administration very well, as well as it allowed us a good management of financial records. Also with this tool we can make reports of our expenses, which we can send for the approval of our superiors. Bitrix24 helped us a lot by allowing us to create an online store, which is very easy to do and does not take any time.
Bitrix24 software can be used by any industry and offers so many features. It allows me to increase the efficiency of the business.it made my work a lot easier as it comes with a built in CRM and with all the bells and whistles of a PAID software suite for small businesses. other useful things such as the email server, the work groups, invoicing - it's everything I need in a very neat package. It has excellently unified communication system. Everything seems to be fine but what i dislike is that If this software adds accounting and financials to the packages,it would be a one-stop solution for every entrepreneur. Bitrix24 is sometimes slow,,There should be more features available on the desktop version as well. Desktop website isn't very responsive.There's no offline access, More themes could be added to make the display page attractive .

Various features like scheduling meetings ,creating tasks ,recording employee's profile,Calendar ,adding contacts ,sharing ideas with in are its key factors which helps me to generate the revenue of the organization and develop its growth .
This software covers not just basic CRM but also lead management and email marketing integration and even some automation.
My main concern with this software is that its massive array of functions can be overwhelming for first-time users.

Recently company updated the product and now it has even more features and is way way faster!
The product is still being developed and is looking for areas to expand. Like with many products like that - all in one solution - the problems lie in the big variety of tools it used and that need to be maintained. That comes at the cost of poor design at some places and weird work from time to time. Nevertheless, the company tries its best and never stops, which I appreciate and enjoy.
In my company, we solved several issue with bitrix24, which are - communication and task tracking. Before that we were strugling to work with several platforms such as google hangouts and asana, tried several task management tools like todoist and microsoft tasks, but nothing was full satisfactory for us. When we tried bitrix24 it showed us that we can have all solutions under one roof and focus on what maters - work. I would like to state that our departments became more organized and productive with the platform and now we use bitrix24 for almost all processes inside the company.

Bitrix24 CRM is also accessible on mobile with its mobile app. So you can find the information needed whilst on the move. Bitrix24 Mobile App CRM allows creation or editing of CRM entries and invoices directly from a mobile device. You can use the product catalogue, browse client records, and even make calls from mobile.
Some app integrations that are hard to add on Bitrix24. I cannot configure some apps like mailchimp. So I am not sure if this is on them or Bitrix24. Anyways, as long as the CRM works good.

-The cost is a major hindrance for most small organizations. The company could also improve on their customer support. -All features are bundled together. There's no way to get CRM or project management separately. -A bit complicated to get used to as user and admin.

The complexity to which this platform is built out is insane, allowing managers to delegate tasks and include everyone on every project status at any given time of day. Chat, timecard, tagging of clients, data storage, you name it, project timeline automation, templates, email marketing - Bitrix seems to have it all and do it well.
Sometimes the platform has slow days or technical glitches and tiny loopholes in the user experience that have been missed. We are lucky to have a Bitrix guru in our office to help solve for some of these instances.
This platform was very daunting at first but once its technical features are understood, it is unbelievable for managing task tracking and delegation. This allows us to talk easily with all members of our teams AND clients in one place in an easy, secure thread. Non-Bitrix users can still be a part of the workflow with email address inclusion.
Bitrix24 is really free, it is always getting better, easy to use, friendly and powerful.

We are using Bitrix24 as CRM, Project and Task Manager and more recently, for quotes and invoices.
This software is the best I have used thus far! Adding team members and keeping track of their progress makes it so much easier for me to do my job.

I had a problem with getting status updates from my team members in the past. Now that I have Bitrix24, I can see their stats with a couple clicks of a button.

This tool is great to make project management, crm, and the storage for project and enterprise files is very welvomed.
I like how easy it is to use. I remembered using it for the first time and knowing almost instinctively how to do things I want to do using the platform. When I do get confused, their Support Training Course is accessible and easily understandable. And it's worth mentioning the quality of the video when you share your screen during a call. Better than any other tool I used!
There's absolutely nothing I dislike about Bitrix.
It helped improve team collaboration, communication, files storage, and task management.
They did our company website and made it really simple for us when we were just starting out. All we had to do was provide necessary information and feedback.
We were limited in what we could add to the site. We wanted patient scheduling and to have electronic form completion and submission but werent able to.
Our first website, people could look us up and find what we do. We reached more people having a wwbsite.

Unlimited drive space allow us to control some content administration issues. Workgroups allow us to assign resources to projects and make things happen
Bitrix does nearly everything. I love the desktop and mobile phone apps that allow me to chat and video conference with my distributed team. It keeps us in sync even though we're spread across the country.
The interface still looks like something from early 2000, which make using the tool less enjoyable. I wish there were a configurable dashboard so each user could show what's most important to them when they log in. More linkage with other software and automated workflows would be really handy too.
Bitrix makes managing and tracking a distributed team much easier. It also make it easier to feel like a real team, because we can all talk to eachother whenever we're online. I really can't say enough great things about Bitrix24.
