Ce que j'apprécie avec Brevo c'est la facilité de créer des newsletters et mailings designs et adaptés aux clients, mais aussi de gérer les contacts. Les statistiques sont pointues et ludiques. L'interface de Brevo est vraiment intuive et ses fonctionnalités sont complètes.

Le Page Builder est très bien mais pourrait-être encore plus fonctionnel et fluide.

Pouvoir communiquer au plus grand nombre de nos clients les nouvelles offres et promotions en cours ou à venir.

Plateforme très simple d'utilisation. Elle est complète et intuitive. Je l'utilise pour centraliser mes contacts, créer des campagnes, mails, SMS et whatsapp.

Nous n'utilisons Brevo uniquement pour l'envoi de nos campagnes hebdomadaires, en passant par Brevo, nous évitons d'être spamé et nous bénéficions de rapports pertinents, de plus les templates font très pro.

J'apprécie les templates proposées pour les campagnes email, l'ergonomie et l'utilisation intuitive. La création de listes de contacts ainsi que l'ajout des contacts est très simple et pratique. Suite à une question, j'ai contacté le support qui a été très réactif et efficace.

I dislike nothing. Brevo has many features to offer like free transactional email, free global phone calls and free chat widget.

Sometimes the SMTP email is not working. Recent issue is that I cannot send email using SMTP server. The error said that I cannot connect to smtp-relay.brevo.com. The customer service said that they encountered an SSL certificate problem with their domain, Brevo.com, which caused issues with webpage accessibility. The customer service also apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and confirmed that they successfully resolved this issue yesterday https://status.brevo.com/.

There is a lack of an option to delete campaign. Not being able to delete the campaigncan lead to a cluttered campaign list which make it harder to find important draft campaign

Brevo, ex Sendinblue, est une plateforme que nous utilisons en particulier pour nos campagnes d'e-mailing en BtoC et en BtoB. La prise en main est très facile, l'interface est intuitive et le service client est très réactif. De plus, les statistiques sont faciles à lire et à exporter.

Je trouve que c'est une plateforme complète. Malgré tout, si je peux suggérer un point d'amélioration, c'est de mettre un peu plus en avant les coordonnées de leur service client qui ne sont pas évidentes à trouver.

La plateforme Brevo nous aide surtout à rester en contact avec nos clients BtoC et BtoB. De plus, ayant déjà travaillé avec d'autres plateformes, je trouve que le taux de délivrabilité des campagnes est plus que satisfaisant.

Not much to dislike, though I would really appreciate if there was more variety in the pricing plans offered, especially for the lower end users.

It helps me ensure higher email delivery rates, better analytics for open percentage/click percentage, and ensures faster delivery to the recipient compared to the WordPress core mailing capabiltiies.

They are very quick with responding to queries, offer a lot of choices with their products.

Adding new contacts from a csv is tedious at first but once you know how it works, it is no longer a problem.

They offer affordable SMS marketing plans.

I Don't think so their is any problem . Brevo is awesome tool for marketing..but some users may dislike the initial learning curve while using Brevo Marketing Platform.

A very easy-to-use interface and excellent tools to setup up email campaigns, template design, import contacts, phone numbers for sms, as well can integrate apps, use via api and best part is once the campaign is run we can see nice stats which gives us clear picture of number of users who clicked , open etc etc.
