Sendinblue application is easy to create beautiful campaigns, import contacts and track results. It's was very easy to setup application with the help of their support team. I like how it fairly cheap to use and maintain this application.

Sendinblue is fairly cheap to use the application. Technical support is very helpful especially during implementation stage.Blasting of emails is very fast and aslo your are able to schedule them very well.

Sendinblue has assisted alot in sending email campaigns and newsletters. It's have very helpful insights and detailed analytics that have enables us to improve on our email marketing strategies. Scheduling and personalizing of emails aslo works very well with this application.

The support was excellent. I was in a hurry & I switched from another platform, so did need support, which I should say was extremely good - quick as well as to the point.

They had an issue with a shared IP being listed, which lead to delay in sending as well as bounced messages, but that issue I am assured is solved.

I have a huge email database & Sendinblue is one of the cheapest ways for email marketing as per what I have checked.

I liked the way they answer me, always solving my problems, making sure that i keep using their software.

i thing they take 1 or 2 days to answer, i dont dislike it, but is the only thing that is not perfect

now i can send e-mail for more people then i used to, i can get more contatcs in my company

Bonjour à tous, Sendinblue permet de créer une campagne e-mail rapidement. L’interface de création de votre message graphique est vraiment sympa. On peut faire réellement tout. Sendinblue propose un module d’inscription (d’enregistrement) à votre Newsletter à intégrer sur votre site WordPress. On peut importer des fichiers de contact (au format csv) et les ranger dans un ou plusieurs dossiers spécifiques, on peut saisir, aussi, chaque contact, un à un. Pour l’envoi d’un mailing, on peut le programmer facilement. Le plus intéressant, c’est l’analyse : Mon email a-t-il été ouvert, si oui, la personne a-t-elle clické sur le lien de mon site internet ? Et important pour moi, si la personne ne veut plus recevoir un email de ma part, elle se désinscrit ! Je n’ai pas testé les campagnes par SMS. Merci pour ce service. Bien cordialement. Avoir pu réaliser gratuitement mes premieres campagne d'e-mailing, une création facile des messages (avec intégration logo et image), récupération simple de mes contacts et planification des envois, pour ma petite entreprise c'est important.

Je ne recevais pas le code de validation de mon profil par SMS. L'assistance a alors validé le profil avec les informations nécessaires.

I am really very impressed with the customer service Sendinblue provides. Quick and apt. Also, when it comes to customers' privacy, they are very serious about it and always checks if things are going properly. It has all the necessary features for email, SMS marketing, automations etc. All in one place.

There's nothing much to dislike. The rooms for improvement are the notification area and the settings UI. Also the infographics on email stats could be a little more refined.

I am using Sendinblue primarily for email and SMS campaigns. I found their email templates quite helpful, even with the free plan. SMS campaign has all the necessary features, supported by respective country.

Their free tier is not trial version, is real with full functions. I have tried many others autoresponder, but still come back with this.

I think they should improve on their sign up form for website code selection section.

Great transactional email with good deliverability

I have been using Sendinblue for a while very good platform for interacting with my customers. It’s very helpful for SME (Small and medium-sized enterprises) to easily interact with their customers even if they are on a small budget. It provides you with an all-in-one email and marketing platform. Their email interface is pretty easy to use and additional features like the Sendinblue Tracker script can automate your work and can easily save your time. Their dashboard is very much organized and easily customizable so things remain neat and clean and don’t mess up.

Their paid plans are pretty costly and also if you’re not using your account for some time, it gets automatically deactivated. They need to improve their customer support service, it should be fast and on time , I think they can really improve in this area.

My experience of using Sendinblue was great. It’s really a joy and sigh relief that this software is helping a lot to small business owners like me who can easily manage and communicate directly with their clients without wasting their time and money. Their free plan is much sufficient, the template builder is very much easy to compose emails. The biggest fear for any small businesses is that their emails will directly go to the junk box and never get received by the customers, this issue is cleverly solved by the Sendinblue team by making sure that your emails go to the inbox rather than spam. The google analytics integration feature is really a helpful. It’s like a power packed all in one marketing platform with additional helpful features that can easily automate your marketing business. Few things are needed to be improved in the software like their expensive paid plan’s and improving their customer support services. But otherwise, my experience is very good with Sendinblue.
