Brevo Marketing Platform Reviews & Product Details

We use Sendinblue for automating our email marketing campaigns. It is a quick process of sending and delivering emails to our target audience. We alo get a report of how many people have opened or read our emails, which is also nice.

The customer support team needs to be quicker in responding to issues. The rest is amazing.

We have a target audience list to whom we send emails at one go, saving time and energy. The best part is that we are not charged based on the number of emails we send. So relaxing is Sendinblue.

Provides easy-to-use interface and extensive marketing features like building email sequence and custom designed templates along with op-tin pages to yield high leads and sales.

Nothing negative discovered yet. Overall, I like the services and features provided by SendinBlue.

Just a slight problem with my account. All resolved in little time. Benefits: the ability to keep my contacts updated quickly and efficiently

The transfer of the CSV was the easiest I have ever done. Customer service acted on my questions quickly.

Even though they responded quickly to my question, I had several offers of help days later. They need to remove answered tickets in a faster manner.

After the third email offering help when the problem had already been solved, did someone close the ticket.

I had some questions about the functionality and possibilities of their service. The reply from their support department was very quick, within 1 hour! And it was very clear in the way they answered my questions. Also, getting to know their possibilities in importing a file with emailaddresses and making a template for emails is very user friendly. It took me only one (short) afternoon to realise this. (before, I worked several days with MailChimp for the same, but could net realise it, therefore I switched to Sendinblue)

So far I did not find any downsides to Sendinblue.

Gosto do gerenciamento de e-mails, gosto da forma que abre como uma POP UP quando clicou para ver a interação daquele e-mail para com a mensagem enviada, gosto da facilidade de visualização de quem interagiu com o e-mail.

Não gosto do fato de não acumular disparos não usados para os próximos meses. Sou obrigado a utilizar todos os meus e-mails até o fim do vencimento para que eu não perca o meu dinheiro, isto é muito ruim pois mesmo não precisando sou obrigado a fazer estes disparos.

Disparo em massa de e-mail marketing. Consegui mais retornos para o meu negócio.

The analytical data could be easier to see, use or have more options to get that data, maybe connect with data studio

It might be better to see campaign stats directly from clicking on a campaign.

Great way to commuicate with our diffferent customer segments with different messaging.
