300 e-mail for day free and a lot of gagets in one platform.
Don´t have an export for excel of tasks and opportunities. And the contacts, I don´t see in the export file the camps that I creat, like cnpj.
I start with this platform because of the freemiun of 300 emails for day. When I discover the others funcionalitys, I decide to use and pay only brevo.

Probably it would be that the platform its easy for any user even if never use something like this before and that it could take less than 1 hour to set up an campaign for my clients if I need it inmediantly. In my company we used Brevo at least ten times per month.
Actually I hav none problems with Brevo until now.
My way to communicate with my potencial client without waiting set up an meeting with all my mkt team to think how and when our promos, problems, etc are gonna be announced

Auparavant, j'utilisais 2 solutions disctinctes. Brevo pour mes envoies en masse et une autre solution pour l'automatisation. Aujourd'hui, j'utilise uniquement Brevo. D'un point de vue expérience client, cela me semble plus pertinent car ce sont les même templates utilisés quelque soit le type de message.

There are too many templates already imported or are available on this platform for easy advertising content creation but they are not able to be uploaded on all the marketing platforms, as some of the templates have limitation in uploading on some of the platforms or websites. This is only one disadvantage I have notice.

What I like best about Sendinblue is that it is a very powerful negotiation platform. It is designed to gather information, handle business orders, provide full term statements for an approach that is both proactive and dynamic, present business solutions, negotiate from a position of strength, and market products in a way that is both secure and influential.
What I don't like about Sendinblue is that the design toolset isn't as robust as I'd like. Additionally, it would be nice if they added more options for customizing the look of the site. The content creation toolset could also use some fine-tuning, as they currently don't do much to help you create a truly unique and compelling product.
Since I have so much on my plate already, I set up an automatic system to respond to new email addresses that sign up for my mailing list on my website. Though the initial setup time-consuming, it guarantees permanent results.

There aren't many difficulties or disliking, considering Sendinblue. However, a few areas need a tad bit of improvement, such as - automating a DRIP campaign or email subscriber base seems complicated when compared to running a single campaign, module libraries are tricky to set up, and there is also a need for improvement in community support and user tutorials part.
