Campanha A/B, até onde entendi, só permite alternar o assunto do e-mail (poderia permitir também alternar o corpo da mensagem). Além disso poderia ter uma quantidade limita de uso gratuito, para conhecermos a ferramenta.

Gestão do contato com prospectos. Sem ele não seria possível separar quem leu de quem não leu para fins de acompanhamento.

Sendinblue has a great collection of email templates, rich email editor, automation and contact list management. Email reports have helped us improve our campaigns significantly. Pricing is monthly which is incredible because it helps agencies choose the required plan on a monthly basis. Support from Sendinblue team is quick addressing our issues soon never impacting our email campaigns in a negative manner.

Sendinblue can add additional dashboards with KPIs and metrics to analyze the email campaigns. Possibly to also provide recommendations to the future email campaigns.

We are a marketing agency and we use Sendinblue Premium to execute our email campaigns for our clients. Our clients are happy with the email campaigns sent using Sendinblue. Deliver-ability is high. IP rating of ISPs are also high.

User interface and user experience is very good. Also I value their support during coronavirus and their understanding of my business issues.

SMS is not active is our country, enabling this feature definitely will help our business.

Currently all our email marketing is build on Sendinblue premium features. Our expectaions are almost handled by the package and its features.

I like their software because: -Its very easy to use -Perfect integration with Prestashop -I'm a beginner but i take confidence with it in few minutes -Its free for small business like mine

Le système de conception qui facilite les bonnes pratiques en termes d'emailing! Le contact avec les employés est aussi facile, ils répondent rapidement. Sendinblue est facile d'utilisation et chaque offre (destinée à un public bien particulier) permet de bénéficier de fonctionnalités intéressantes et largement suffisantes.

Pas de remarques pour l'instant, je n'ai pas du tout rencontré de problèmes dans mon utilisation de la plateforme :) !

The services have included (but not limited to) Sendinblue going the extra mile providing a personalised video showing us how to create and manage our database and mailings. A first class service! La facilité d'utilisation et les larges possibilités d'analyse statistiques ainsi que de savoir le lieu où les destinataires cliquent sur notre compagne et ainsi s'améliorer en permanence.

Peu de marge de manœuvre sur la taille des images, pas de touche "retour" comme Ctrl+Z pour annuler une action.

Créer facilement du contenu, toucher un très large public et rapidement

Suis content d'avoir trouver ! Jusque là tout roule. Pour le digitaux francophones c'est ce qu'il fallait et pas seulement pour la question de langue mais aussi pour la maitrise du marché de nos pays. C'est simple, rapide et pratique. Pas possible de se tromper ou de se perdre même pour les débutants. Mention spéciale pour la proximité de l'équipe technique et clientèle. Je recommande !

Le seul point à revoir selon moi c'est l'édition des images.

I am enjoying Sendinblue's service for several reasons: - It has a cleaner interface than Mailchimp; - It is more friendly and generous than Mailchimp, especially when it comes to the unlimited number of contacts and lists. This is critical for new users.

We have a communication problem, our emails had a Spam address, so it was not possible to communicate with our clients, also they were located in various parts of the world, which meant that many of the valuable content could not be shared safely with subscribers, and the average sales were low, now that we are with this provider we have seen that our emails arrive very quickly, and are seen by the majority of subscribers, thus increasing responsiveness and sales rates .

No social media features built in, no connecting any social media accounts is email and SMS marketing only. Wish it would also broadcast to Twitter/Facebook...etc. Wish it were a little easier to add/replace images in cloned Newsletters

Growing a magazine newsletter from giveaways and subscribers, mostly use it for newsletter, promotions and updates, not for direct affiliate marketing though some amazon affiliate marketing is done in each newsletter.

So far it is easy to use. I particularly like all the data in the reports. We are still learning how to make use of all the data we get!

So far I am satisfied with the platform.

The cost effectiveness. We had grown a large list over many years but could not afford the more 'popular' platforms. This one does everything I need.
