support is great, had couple of issues with connections and they answered right aways.

How straight to the point it is, the user-friendliness is well thought out.
Sometimes it glitches and randomly rejects my calls! I then have to dial the number again and it works.
Efficiently calling. It is nice to have an app that works exactly like a phone on your IOS device and PC! It is essential for me to perform my job to have access to something that allows me to dial quickly and efficiently.
The most helpful tool about cloud talk is that the numbers I receive are always in tact and reachable. I always have a great time finding the right prospects.

I've tried lots of similar tools and found CloudTalk as the best. Their support team is also very responsive. They fixed my issue having no number assigned right away. Highly recommended!
I've experienced that sometimes the phone app crashes. I close and then open everytime. Maybe some bug fxies will help. I know this is being addressed by their developers and I hope I won't be seeing this problem in the future anymore.
CloudTalk saves us cost on outbound calls for our international clients. It is also very convenient to use since you can access it on your phone. Also very user-friendly!
The recordings of the calls are very helpful to go back to and manage it.

Desktop app is super easy to use, compact and works smoothly. Love that it also enables the the sales team to send and receive SMSs. Love the automatic dialer function that enables the the outbound nr to automatically match the receiver's country prefix.
Could see the SMS history of other team members for some reason. It was distracting me. Not sure if it will be disabled in the future.
Outbound calling
On of the key factors why we use cloud talk is the fact, that we don't loose any inbound call / contact even all our agents are busy, since all contact is recorded. And only if the agent called and reached the client, it will disapear from the to-do list!
With € 50.- per agent it is not the cheapest offer, but still worth the money.

I'm currently using a Macbook Air M1, the cloudtalk app for MacOS is optimized for Intel Macs but not for M1 Macbooks; I would love if cloudtalk would optimize the app for M1 Macbooks since cloudtalk on M1 is currently using Rosetta which is a translation of x86 Intel processors to M1 processors and that affects cloudtalk performance on my Macbook.
It's helping me communicate with customers efficently.
I use the calling app, but mainly the Call history statistics. It is easier to listen/download calls, and is overall a better experience than other apps
It would be great if the app just loads without having to manually log in daily

Calling service is amazing. dashboard is very easy to get report of the stats and calls.
Actually mobile applications needs to be upgraded. some features are not there escpecially for calling.
Power dialer is helping us a lot. now we are saving 5 hours a day to make calls.

It helps us qualify and analyze how our reps (remote) are handling sales calls. We used to lose this data, now we can use them for quality and training purposes.
Easy to use, intuitive interface. Analysis and Export always updated. Contact with assistance fast and concrete. I would use it in all my work experiences as the main tool for the Call Center
I would add other languages: Italian is missing for example. I would simplify the creation of Flows. I would improve the renaming of the contacts (the apostrophe is not read correctly).
It allows me to use a single tool for all my operators. It also allows me to monitor its activity, being able to listen to every incoming and outgoing call. :)
I love that CloudTalk records the calls and gives the feature to add notes to each interaction. This gives us the capability to easily refer back to call quickly and if needed, we can listen to the recording.
I wish there was the ability to separate voicemails on their own so that they can easily be listened to. I do like that we can call the user back directly from the voicemail which is a great feature.
All the Customer Success Specialists have the ability to interact with customers either inbound or outbound. CloudTalk allows us to keep tabs of each call by allowing us to write a note and providing a recording of the call which is valuable.
It syncs perfectly with our CRM system to allow us to work quickly and efficiently with our leads. Everything is recorded automatically and it takes the manual work out of it for the sales team. The customer support team are fantastic. They are always available if we need support and are super friendly and helpful. My query is always dealt with really fast.
