copyAI is an AI writing tool that can help users end writer’s block thanks to its selection of useful creativity features. It starts by asking users what kind of copy they intend to write and asking them to describe the basic features of the product and copyAI will produce a range of content that you can then choose from. While its often used for creating product descriptions and listings, copyAI is also a top tool used to refine writing skills. With numerous content prompts, it can help prompt writers to be more creative and give them ideas. It also offers tools such as slogan and meta-description generators. copyAI also lets users create material in multiple languages.

The blog writing tool is perfect for a first draft The video hook tool is really great for tiktok
So far the English seems better than the dutch suggestions
Coming up with new idea's around the same topic can be hard, but Copy.ai helps with this
Easy to use. In chat you can save, move to an editor, create projects.
Unatural language, prompts are often misunderstood, poor grammar and spelling.
Creating content.
Blog post generation is of very good quality. Best full generation service that I've seen so far.
Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too. I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending. There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan. There are features that are written on the website that are not in the product. Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why.
Copy.ai is very good at generating blog posts that are of good quality, that include current knowledge, are written well and are seo optimized.
I love the fact that copy ai has provided users with multiple tools to choose from including blog tools and social media captions. Another upside would be the time it takes to get results. within seconds.
I don't like that copy ai gives sometimes random answers that are totally opposite of the truth which wastes a lot of time looking for quality results, of which sometimes there is none.
helps me generate material fast. benefits my business coz I save time to write and also money for hiring copywriters for the job. at least I would say my business is doing better after I sought copy ai services.
I like the features that give me the ability to brainstorm without needing to jump on a call with other people. I work remotely and find Copy.ai is a handy tool that aids with the creative process.
The platform is still learning. I often get copy suggestions (especially for longer-form pieces) that need to be heavily edited or have references that mention the wrong company or product. I feel concerned that the AI may be pulling random phrases from the internet and fear accidentally plagiarizing another author. For this reason, I don't use the longer-form features.
Copy.ai helps me operate more independently and come up with better ideas as a writer. It's nice to have an extra "brain" in the room, especially when I have writer's block.
The best features are the ability of the GPT engine to produce output from internet search. The "infobase" is a nice idea for informing the model, but also has major issues (regular outage).
The software is completely unstable. It throws errors about 50% of the time, so those features can't be relied upon. The team is focused on pushing it's "workflows" instead of fixing the product, so sales keeps promising things it can do that CS has to come back and say "well it *should* do that soon."
1) condensing large volumes of text - this didn't work most of the time 2) generating policy or process - this also didn't work most of the time 3) provide focused information about specific use cases - the infobase broke so much that it could never reference it or produce results
I like what I heard about copy.ai. I like that they could or should be able to shorten my work load. But the short amount I got to use it did not impress me. chatgpt 4 does a better job.
I paid $432 for a pro account. I paid another $145 for 500 credits on Saturday and used maybe 15 of those credits. I opened my account today (Sunday) and I now have 0 credits. I tried to reach them for an answer that their support does not work on weekends. I work on weekends. I need those credits. Not a great start. I'm highly underwhelmed.
Unfortunately, I get better results with the straight ChatGPT 4 platform and I did not get a chance to continue dialing in my workflow to see it do any better. The 500 credits I bought disappeared overnight... Literally.
