I like that I can send my files to Dropbox and share them to my clients and collaborators instantly
Nothing much I dislike about Dropbox, it does what I need to do and more.
It's helping me to store and access all my sensitive files. The new features have allowed me to be able to do things with Dropbox I never would have imagined to help with my business like electronic signatures and I don't have to pay for another service for that.
No issues with it; very reliable; easy to use
Nothing, it's reliable and easy to use, it's great!
Efficient storage of closed legal matters
I like it because I can store documents online and its easy to use.
It easily gets full for work documents. Ease of integration.
storage
Dropbox streamlines my life with effortless file sharing, seamless access across devices, and top-notch security. It's the epitome of user-friendly efficiency, making every digital interaction a breeze.
While Dropbox excels in many aspects, one potential downside is its limited free storage capacity, requiring users to upgrade for more space. Additionally, occasional syncing issues may arise, impacting real-time collaboration.
Dropbox solves the challenges of seamless file sharing and collaboration. The convenience of accessing files from any device ensures flexibility, making my workflow efficient and adaptable.
Dropbox is useful for sharing large files among colleagues.
The space is limited. Sometimes not enough digital space.
Transferring large files has become easier.
It's easy to use on computer or phone and is secure. I have used Dropbox for a number of years and access it almost daily. It is easy to install and access on a number of devices. It's great for storing pictures as well as documents.
There isn't anything that I dislike about Dropbox. I have recomended it to friends and family.
I can store documents in a safe place. It saves space on my computer. I can share documents with others safely.
I can instantly send and receive large music files when working on recording projects.
There is nothing to dislike about Dropbox!
Ease at which large files can be instantly sent and downloaded.
I love that I can drop files directly from my desktop, and download files immediately. I've been using it every single day, and has saved several of my files that I thought would be lost. I use it in tandem with my iCloud account and I've felt like it has worked better in my workflow than iCloud because several clients dont have iCloud accounts.
The only thing I dont like is that the organize feature is very hit and miss. I've found that it organizes certain things really well and others are not categorized even when done individually. I've also surprisingly had issues sending linked files to clients.
Sending files to clients was a nightmare because they were so large, but with dropbox I can send my clients public facing files that they can then access for design assets.
It's easy to use and my clients can proof, download or comment on their projects. Everything is organized to my preference and I use it for long-term data storage as well. It's secure so I use it for my business documents with password protection and viewer history. Searching is easy as well.
There's no specific 'dislike'. That's why I would rate it high.
I haven't had a problem yet.
Dropbox is supported by many third-party software that make it easy for us to manage the business
Nothing, everything about Dropbox is amazing
For my website I use Dropbox for accessing files that I want use with wget commands to move it to my server when needed, I also use it to backup WordPress website files
Easy to find and send any reqired file, fast syncing, ability to open dropbox files from my computer without downloading them. I'm saving all my current work to dropbox and I have a free space on my devices.
i really don't have anything to dislike.
It gives you freedom to work and share from anywhere. Keeps your archives and current files organized in one place.
I love that I can treat dropbox as folders on my desktop or laptop and everything syncs perfectly with little to no effort from me. I love that I can organize all my documents and not worry about losing them if a computer dies. I prefer it to the similar features from like, google drive because it syncs better. I use Dropbox daily to create documents at home on my desktop and then use them on my work computer.
The online version of dropbox is a bit cumbersome to use, I generally don't unless I'm on a computer that's not mine.
I can save files to my "computer" and they're saved and accessible to all my computers at once. I don't have to upload documents and worry about needing to edit them and then having to re-upload them. I can share large documents with ease with shared folders.
I use Dropbox to help me backup and organize important files as well as to share large files with clients. It is an easy way to transfer approved graphics / project files as well. It makes handling large files easy. I can't imagine running my business without it.
Nothing I have no issues - it is the only one I use.
It helps me send/transfer and backup large files
An unorganised person who doesn't remember where most of his files belong to Dropbox comes in handy and becomes a Saviour for most significant business meetings and presentations.
I am yet to explore one as of now. Honestly, there aren't any downsides to the software.
In today's world, files and folders cannot be moved from one place to another. The software which brings ease to access all the files from any part of the world helps me a lot when I am out of the office for work.
I like that I can seemlessly synchronize files accross multiple devices and retain cloud backups at the same time. It doesn't require a Microsoft Account, I can pick any folder to use, I can select which folder to keep local. The cost for the storage and feaures is very resonable. One of the features I like best is taking photos with my phone and then having them on my PC so that I can write reports without even having to think about it. This is one of those technologies that is almost transparent and works so well that it just becomes a normal part of everyday life.
Since they fixed all of the things I previously disliked all I can come up with for dislikes is it would be nice if I could select multiple foders to upload to dropbox, instead of having one drop box folder on my PC. I wish it could keep Apple live photos in a native format, but maybe it does that not too, I don't know. Also, I guess another bad thing is that now I'm totally dependent on it. Since everything is in the cloud and accessible from everywhere via my phone and since I can just log in from any PC with a web browser I'm too spoiled and can never go back.
I can share files and espeically useful for very large files that would be otherwise impossible for me to share without investing in another product or service.
My favourite part about dropbox is our ability to archive old files for future use and the ease of sharing single files or whole folders with other team members. It makes collaboration seamless without the worry of having to assign sharing emails at the source. I also love that I can make older files live in the cloud without taking up space on my hard drive but be assured that they are safe. This makes annual archiving really easy!
I wish there were larger personal accounts for storage!
Dropbox solves our file storage and sharing issues and makes it easy to manage, search and find new and old items between multiple team members.
Great system to share documents with coworkers that aren't in the same area or region as you.
Nothing so far, really just more payment options for each package offered.
Not being able to share the G Drive with outside vendors.
Easily access photos and be able to share them with others.
So far everything has been working great for me.
It helps me share my photos with others to get their input and they can share it on other platforms.
It's super simple and easy to use. It's the best method of sending large documents to clients.
Dropbox is great. Thereis nothing I dislike.
Dropbox helps us send clients large volumes of photos with ease.
I always suggest dropbox as my first choice, as it has a number of features, it is easy for others to collaborate with, and even not-so-tech-savvy people seemt o manage it well:)
Only downside would be the limited size of the complimentary account...but I totally get it:)
offering a cloud based directory that works perfectly with microsoft and apple deliverables.
