I like how easy Duda is to use and that they are constantly updating their platform to be even more user friendly and have lots of different capabilities.

Sometimes I feel like I am making changes too fast on the site and it takes a little while for Duda to catch up.

I am able to make quality websites without having to spend a lot of time coding.

Duda Website Builder is easy to use and has a myriad of features! Duda also has fantastic support. They often go above and beyond to help answer your questions.

I do not have any downsides to using Duda. Their platform is very intuitive and easy for almost anyone to pick up. They offer many widgets for free but they also have featured vendors that can create specific widgets for your website!

Duda's platform has been very easy for our customers to learn and build with. We have had many customers compliment that this was one of the easiest website-building platforms that they have used. Support is fantastic and will be glad to assist with any questions or problems that you may be experiencing.

Fast, reliable, ease of use, great templates and great support. As with any software, no matter how great the product works, if the support is not up to par, then the product is not worth the price. Duda's support is top notch and in my last 40 years of developing websites Duda's support has been the absolute best!

There really isn't anything I do like about Duda's product or support.

No longer have to worry about hacks and constant updates with WordPress website. ten times faster load with dua and very, very flexible design elements. Not only does Duda eliminate the challenges with WordPress it elimates the need for conventional HTML development. The websites load faster than any program I have ever used and the absolute easiest editing available. Our customers love that

I have only had one negative experience. I reached out to support one day and the tech insisted I download Loom in order for him to assist me. I am not familiar with that, was juggling a million tasks and asked him if he could just share a screen with me as that is how I normally get help, and he wouldn't do it.

Having used other platforms, I have found Duda to be far superior and have no real dislikes. Duda have made a number of updates and improvements in the time I've been with them.

Being able to build responsive sites fast is a great benefit for me and my clients. It's also simple to train staff as well as training clients that wish to do some updates themselves.

Migrating accounts into Duda is always so very manual from other platforms. Some features from sites can be imported in, such as blogs out of WordPress. Still, it would be super helpful as we win over contracts to have solutions in place that can AI migrate an existing website in any hosted platform or other CMS directly into Duda. Agency partners take advantage of White Labeling, and I wish more work could be done to make it a private label. It's never a fun conversation with a client or competition should they find the exact toolset you use with Duda.

Duda is continually working on adding new widgets and features, and I like that they are so proactive in improving the product. I am able to speed up development, mockups for clients and go-to-live with the sites using this toolset vs. traditional coding in various platforms. One huge pain point I had to overcome and another reason I moved to Duda was that it is hosted in the cloud. I no longer have to lease hardware and worry about security patches and outages.

Easy to use and easy to learn. The customer support is absolutely amazing. I was able to contact support numerous times to get answers. Along with Duda support investigating more complex issues.

The only downside of Duda is accessibility. Duda does have some accessibility built in, but only to a certain degree. Some features such as accordions, are not WACG 2.0 accessible.

Lots of pages. Other content builders, such as Wix, only have a 100-page limit. Duda has a 1000-page limit. This allows larger organizations to build most of their web presence in one platform.

The ease of use for updating website content.

I really don't have any complaints or dislikes about the Duda platform.

Duda is very easy to work with. I've used so many other platforms before, but with Duda, I felt it was the right fit for my agency. I am growing every day as they are.

Few minor things about Duda that I wish you consider in the near future is, the mobile parallax if I said it right, where the image scrolls in a nice smooth way just like the desktop. The photo quality on the platform in general, is not sharp which i wish they focus on making it better. Other than that, I love it more every single day.

Drag and drop made easy. The staff at the help support is wonderful. I feel in power ever since i switched to Duda. I feel confident in delivering web design projects to my clients.
