It is super easy to use and works perfectly with my Word Press website. We have used it since 2016 for our golf tournament registration with few issues.
My only issue is that it is not as widely supported by other WordPress as Woo Commerce.
We use it to handle the credit card and now complete registration for our golf tournament.
ECWID is easy to use, easy to integrate, and has excellent customer support with a team that is interested in your business needs. Compared to the previous shopping cart I was using, ECWID is lightyears ahead!
So far, I have found very little to dislike about ECWID. When I have had an issue it's been fixed quickly or they have noted the request and later, when updating the app they have introduced the options requested.
Well, you know how ecommerce stores need to provide great customer experiences while being easy to use for us business owners, well what ECWID gives us is all this and more. It helps us manage our sales and shipping processes with its order status options and helps us communicate with the customer as well.

Ecwid lets me manage my entire business online. Their interface is simple and easy to use and, if I ever get stuck, there is a very comprehensive knowledge base, plus email and online chat support. The knowledge base and help sections also contain videos which I personally find very useful.
I would like to see more assistance from Ecwid for online advertising. The Klikken app has not worked for me. I would also like to see some integration with WhatsApp business.
When the COVID pandemic hit my income declined and almost disappeared. I decided to try and go online with my store and found Ecwid. After reviewing other similar platforms that were more expensive and less functional than Ecwid It was an easy decision to sign-up with them.
The first thing I need to say is that I'm digitally illiterate. With Ecwid, this is not a problem. The overall site is intuitive and has numerous checklists that you can simply follow to complete a task. Non only that but if you get stuck, email support gets you a reply within 24 hours or less, you'll get a detailed answer to your query that will in all cases be useful and easy to execute. And at some point, I had several back and forth with support within one day. The other thing that I am discovering is that they have some powerful features. You can sell on different platforms from your Ecwid store. They have the plugins necessary to make a seamless operation. And similarly you can supply your store with POD manufacturers. You can sell physical or digital products. They have the possibility of a setting up subscriptions. They also have a feature to set up to sell on Instagram. Each integration that I have made with my store has been done seamlessly. In addition they have an excellent blog with tons of information to help you market your store. And the articles are of excellent quality and useful.
To be honest, I'm not too sure if anything at all. At one point I had set up Free Shipping on my items, however, even though I was showing Free Shipping, the shipping was still being added as another button needed to be desactivated so the shipping no longer shows up in the cart. I had missed this. There are so many features that it can be overwhelming at times when you're new to it. Another thing happened is that I couldn't figure out how to delete an item from the cart. There is an X at the top right corner of the item listed to erase it but it was light grey and I totally missed it. When I queried the point, support had made it bigger and visible and given instructions on how to do so in the future.
This is one place to monitor different outlets. This is fantastic.

I would prefer when copying listings to add a similar product it wouldn't go live until I have finished making the changes.
I needed an easy to set up online shop that was not tied to a big marketplace like Etsy, etc. and I wanted to be able to connect that to social platforms, esp Facebook and Instagram . Ecwid fits the bill perfectly!
The great service that Customer Support has given in the two or three times I have used them. Also being accepted by the helpdesk for linkup top beta testing which I am enjoying. The ease of use and the great documentation have made implementation a breeze.
Nothing disliked as the experience has been great so far.
My problem was finding a simple platform to get our product out to market and have a e-commerce add-on that works well. Further to this the feature to be able to "hide" products and then list with the new linkup product is great.
most helpful is communicating with customer service and chat function. It's really important because I had a moment that i couldn't do just by myself and the help from staff members was amazing.
Maybe we could say the price because for start-ups when it's especially a starting point you can't afford to pay monthly, I needed to stop using the website but I had to pay 7$ (don't remember exactly) to have all the stores saved and this wasn't helpful. It is better if the company (person) can't pay 20 or 40$ monthly just stop charging them and stop the website after that when the customer pays monthly payment then you can give and renew all the product which was already uploaded on the website.
