Needed to get my store online fast and did not have lots of time to manage it or did not want to pay some one. This Ecwid allowed me to have a store and just manage my orders not the website!

I am about aesthetics, and Ecwid allows me to create a store that aligns with my business values of excellent customer service via a stunning website. There are options for layouts, ample room for images, descriptions, ribbons and checkout looks and IS smooth.

I haven't found anything as of yet. Perhaps the way I use the platform has not presented any issues.

I have saved time. I no longer have to create an invoice or call the customer to make arrangements or send images - the back-and-forth I used to have is now gone, and I can do other important work (and sleep!) knowing that my store and system take care of itself. So I would say freedom as well.

I do not "dislike" anything about Ecwid.

Ecwid provided the perfect opportunity for our members to shop our store while we were closed during the pandemic.

We love that it was a quick and easy process to migrate our items into ECWID. It took less than a half hour to have the bulk of our items in with current pricing. The iOS app is a joy to work with and so full featured.

I wish international shipping was more accurate for flat items. It was quoting customers $60 from the USA to Germany when the true usps rate was $11.69.

We have migrated our website off Etsy so for direct sales and traffic we are no longer paying the high Etsy commissions for traffic we are bringing. It's the best of both worlds. We use Etsy for its huge audience and ECWID for our own generated traffic.

Ecwid is easy to incorporate into a website. It's easy to add products, including pricing and images.

Really there's nothing to dislike, as Ecwid has thought of everything. You can create multiple orders, add a SKU, import a product file, easily incorporate it into your website. It's perfect for a smaller website that offers a smaller product line.

We were looking for a free solution that would enable us to quickly and easily post products for sale on the Egg & More Store, and Ecwid was the perfect answer. We're a fan-based website and the products we sell help to fund the website, get-togethers, etc., so we don't make a lot of money. "Free, easy, and fast" were all important to us, and Ecwid provided those, with their software.

I recently upgraded my plan, because I was selling a set of holiday gift bundles internationally. I was so impressed that I was able to have everything in my store translated into multiple languages, print my mailing labels right from the order, and emails are sent for me automatically. It makes my life so much easier.

I don't like the app very much, I don't think it's as functional as the website. I think the interface should be more like the website, because the use of features is not as convenient for me.

I was having a difficult time getting international shoppers to use my website, but Ecwid's features made it easier for international customers to use and navigate my store.
