What I love best about ecwid is how fluently everything works. Building, designing, and using. Super easy to create the entire thing. Then when you use your website as a customer for example. I am blown away by how professional the interface works.
As with everything there could always be more ways to customize.
To put it simply. Ecwid knows what you need and their services provide it with ease. You don’t need to know how to code, you don’t need to go in or change everything one at a time. They have a customization page that saves you time and shows previews of what everything would look like before changing it.
It integrated with our pre-existing WiX website seamlessly and made social media integration simple. Also, they have 24 hour online chat support, which is amazing. It also allowed us to add our print on demand services to the site, and still look very professional, making using Printful very easy.
Some of the option on the dashboard are a little daunting and confusing. Having to switch back and forth from the dashboard to the live site can be a bit tedious.
Ecwid has allowed us to bring shoppable posts to our buisness on social media, something we had not been able to do previously on WIX
It offers great customization and its easy to use with lots of features. I literally tried every major shopping cart out there and Ecwid was the best. It was easy to put the cart into my site.
Customer service could be quicker and I would like a shopping cart feature for wix on the Mobile devices but that's it really.
Time - is my biggest set back. There's never enough time for everything in a day. This definitely helps

ECWID has help me to have an online store instantly for free. And my store is able to sell my product online and send payments to my wallets. ECWID notifies me by email for every Orders created on my store and once the order is paid ECWID sends the Download Links by email to my clients automatically. We really enjoy ecwid for its capability to Integrate in our html website, perfect mobile integration and easy and fast loading times. Also the seo seems to be pretty good all around.
