1. Easy to start, intuitive interface helps me to create my project without reading manuals. And they have video help too! 2. All info about project status are clear and you can see it on timeline, including all tasks and parts of common project. 3. You can set up the cost of hour for every team member and see salaries, total costs of tasks and project at all. I did manual before and it save my time. 4. You can see the list of tasks and the board (like in trello).

There is no mobile app yet, but looks like they are one it. Sometimes you need to check any task or to create new remotely from you smartphone.

GanttPRO has an intuitive and very friendly user interface. It is easy to use and allows you to share with others. I have used Gantt pro for many projects in engineering and project management. It has always proven to be reliable. You can set hours for tasks and it auto-calculates duration. It also automatically creates a critical path for your project based on your input. I also like the fact that it is online and you can easily share it with other teammates. I would recommend GanttPRO as a tool of choice for all projects from big to small.

The only dislikeable thing is the inability to scale on mobile phones.Most people involved in projects sometimes work from mobile phones.

You can make it as complicated as you want. You want it simple? You get it simple. You want it very elaborate? Also possible. It has a very intuitive user interface. I also like the possibility to have a student account. I will probably only use this for a few weeks, so I didn't want to pay for a year-subscription.

For my internship, I have to make a Gantt-diagram. I've never worked with this before. I like the fact that I can show my progress, it's beneficial for me and my supervisors.

GanttPro is amazingly simple and powerful. Lightweight and useful UI looks like it was created with passion to provide brilliant instruments for most project managers/team leads. Really simple start of use. It was first project planning in my carrier and I created my first project with pretty detailed plan for 3 month for 3 people with task dependencies just in a couple of hours. Best software for me to learn project management and solve tasks in minimum time.

Nothing very critical, but it will be nice to have additional possibility to manage iterations for Agile projects.

Instrument to do my homework in online project management courses

I love this app. Initially, I was using another software during my project management courses and it was quite difficult to use and I quickly gave up. Thanks to Ganttpro, I was able to carry out my project with modernity and simplicity because it is very easy to use, practical and modern!

There is nothing to say. ^^ Everything is so easy and fast to use! No need to take the lead to create your project and waste time.

As I said earlier, I have always had trouble using the old software offered to me by my university. But when I discovered Ganttpro, I was finally able to easily create my gloves for my class projects. It has saved me a lot of time and the rendering is much better with its modern design! Since then, I’ve always used it for group work.

I think that search the convenient tool for management is a very hard problem. There are many tools where you can do a Gantt diagram and make a resources, and manage them. But most tools haven`t got useful features for me. Because every day our plan is changes. In courses I should control that and manage the risks. In GanttPro I finded all of need me. I think that it`s like on MS Project, but it`s easier. In GanttPro you can create your resources, manage them, move the line, and connect them. I`m studying but i think that easier with GanttPro.

I would like that resources have a different colors, or added the images.

The Gant chart itself - the UI is easy to understand and very informative. The time log feature is great for keeping track of time planned/spent on tasks. Also, I like the special board which shows the list of tasks on different columns: todo, in progress, done and closed, it helps to focus on current tasks without having to look at the big picture on the chart.

There is nothing I don't like about GanttPro so far.

I'm using it for my personal project during study at university on a project management course. I realized that this tool is much user-friendly comparing to other solutions. Also, it fits well both for short and long-term projects.

Very intuitive user interface and easy to use. Having been responsible for usability and UX development in the past, I really appreciate this clean user interface. I was able to use GanttPRO without watching or reading any tutorial. Changes on the chart can easily done by drag and drop. Connecting sequential task can be connected by drawing a line between the tasks. Everything is dynamic changeable and customizable. However, the best feature so far is the possibility to share the Gantt chart with my client/advisor.

Instead of shorten the assignee's name in a PDF export, I would rather like to have the initials. I would like an export option to disable text shortening. Also, showing the photo requires unnecessary space. I like the option that I can select the option full-size for a paper size. However, in that case, why are tasks, sub-projects and assignees shortened? It would be awesome if we would be able to change the colour scheme from green to another colour.

I have used so many different project management tools in the past. None of them suited me. The reason for that was usually the size of my project and numbers of users (it was only me). Most tools are overly complicated to work with. Currently, I have to track a thematic map project with Gantt chart. I was again looking for alternatives and found GanttPRO. GanttPro does not only make it easy for me to work with, it also have this amazing function to share a public URL for my client/advisor.

This is the most amazing Gantt app ever used. I have used it for past four years in different educations and always came back to Gantt pro just because how easy to use it it is. The best I like the ease of use and no learning curve in it.

There isn’t really the thing I dislike in it, maybe some more customizations would be nice but even with the way it is right now it's great and I love it.

GanttPRO is a simple, easy, professional tool which allows me to best visualise and manage projects, tasks and proposals. The UI is super easy to pick up and there is a huge functionality ceiling. It is the most feature-rich Gantt Tool which I have used. The support team have been useful when I have had any queries.

I can quickly and simply prepare project plans and share among colleagues. Changes can be made and progress monitored. I have also used this on a number of project proposals.

This app really fulfil my needs when it comes to estimations in hours. I can track my progress precisely and estimate the probable delivery. The option of sharing the chart is great! Any stakeholder can access the data and see the progress. I can assign a team member to the task and track his progress too. The tool is easy to use and intuitive. Export to many different formats helps too when managing the project. I got support of the app creators and I am sure that they are working on continues improvement of the app according to the user needs. Creators keeps listening to the users.

There is everything I need and nothing I dislike so far. I want to keep using the app to have a better overview.

This is the best tool for me because it is solving my problem when developers are estimating work in hours. Other tools only take care of the days when setting up the project work load and I couldn't see the exact time of potential delivery. The app solves project managing issues when creating roadmaps and scheduling delivery. I used other online tools but only GanttPRO satisfies my needs.

it works much better than other commercial proper project management software packages, for example, it is always available online and in addition, I can export Gantt Charts to spreadsheet or PDF for distribution. The spreadsheet/list view of the project is really useful for a quick glance and data analysis.

I wish the zoom-in and zoom-out function would be stronger as sometimes, I struggle to see the bigger picture :)

predominantly, I am learning the project management skills but actualy, working on an engineering project as the example. The experience helped not only the project itself, but also my project management skills, particularly in costing the works and plan the resources needed from different parties involved.

As an individual, the pricing strategy makes it difficult to justify, especially with users such as myself who work with many different teams from different organisations on the same project. Such cross-organisation collaborative work is not so easily catered for, but the features in the Individual liscence do just enough that you can get by. My overall experience has been hugely positive. The trial has enabled me to organise several different things, from concert programming to a year-long ballet project. It also enables me to provide my clients with clarity on workloads and deadlines so they can keep a track on my progress and watch the compositions develop.

I never thought how powerful Gantt charts can be for managing the whole project life cycle. GanttPRO made me rethink the whole Gantt chart concept. This tool gave our team exactly what we need: task management, collaboration, resource management. And the most important thing is that now we can easily track the whole work on a project.

The absence of multiple project view. However, for us, it was not an issue. Also, it would be nice if GanttPRO had mobile apps.

We improved tasks management, decreased all those misunderstanding issues in collaboration. Now, we know where we are, what we have already done, and what we need to do. Deadlines are no longer a nightmare.

I appriciate how clean the UI looks and feels, the loading animation is a nice touch as well. In terms of how the software is to use, the UI makes adding tasks and joy. It is simple without losing out on customisation capabilities. The critical path feature is very handy.

There's not too much to dislike about GanttPro. I found it fraustrating that the prices are given "per month" based on an annual pricing structure. It was a little misleading as I thought I could pay for GanttPro on a montly basis rather than committing to the larger upfront cost of paying on an annual basis.

It is said that any product exists twice, once in the mind of the creator and once when realised. GanttPro helps me to realise products by providing a framework in which I can plan a project effectively.

The Intergration to Jira is the most appealling, however the user interface is really good allong with it's export of the whole chart.

I am currently working on a a year project for university, to which I am using GanttPro to manage my project throughout.

I have been using this app for my studies since the second year of studies for team projects, my perosnal time planning as well as project planning. Its vvery comfortable how one software becomes your only tool you need: starting from writting to do tasks, making them into the list and whenever needed, writting notes. I also want to thank for upgrading a time scheduling bar as it is so comfortable right now to know which week you are at, when is the deadline and what tasks you still need to look through. I think if I didnt use this during my thesis, I would go insane:) Very comfortable and i think i would not stop using it even after the university. Thank you ! p.s. Also, I have switched my frined to this app, so its incredibly cool to work as a team now )

I've used P6 for Gantt charts before but it looks and feels like a legacy program, GanttPRO is a lot more user friendly.

Efficiency is the word that came to my mind once I used GanttPRO. Having all my projects tucked away at a secure place online for me to log in virtually from anywhere and directly go into modifications and exporting the result product in multiple formats. It is brilliant and utilizes the use of internet efficiently. Saves my time and presents me with a powerful tool to face any unexpected changes right on. It is professional, reliable, inexpensive in comparison with other programs and sites out there. A digital tool for a digital age in a world where adapting and overcoming rising problems quickly and efficiently is key to success. The fact that our global communications is vulnerable to disruption that could be caused by any number of factors means that if you rely soulfully on an online site to store your data, you might actually lose your data or at the very least could lose accessibility to your data if the system crashes.
