Every time I have been unable to figure out something, have either sent an email, done a live chat or called and spoken to someone. The tech support is first rate, as they have always provided an easily understood explanation to resolve the problem.
Sometimes the email seems to take longer than what they should and sometimes on the live chat, it seems like there are instances of it taking too long.
Setting up an email list to build potential customers. The use of an autoresponder makes it much easier to communicate with your subscribers.
Get response is really easy to use, but more important, its easy to teach others how to use without a huge learning curve
wish there was a way to embed a video directly into the email!

I employ a lot of different lists to engage and track a variety of segments of my different markets and GetResponse provides the tools to help me do that quickly and easily.
The only this I dislike about the service from Get Response is it can be a little time consumng to drill down in my lists using the search functions.
I am solving the problem all business have in being able to stay in contact with customers and prospective customers easily and in a timely manner.
Get Response has an easy to use platform! Their auto responders are so simple to set up, their templates are easy to modify and look great!

GetResponse is reasonably priced with great features! I love using their pre made templates to make my emails look extremely professional. My business revenue has increased since I started using GetResponse. Seriously!
There isn't anything I dislike. GetResponse does everything I need in a list building, and mass email company. They even sync well with the other companies I use.
I'm using GetResponse to stay in contact with my fans. Being a comedy hypnotist and magician, my subscriber list loves watching my magic videos. My Facebook and Twitter followers have increased as well by sending out these emails.
The ease of use and analytics are great! I have used many platforms and they seem to be the best!
Honestly, there isn't anything I really do not like about GetResponse.
Everyone needs to be emailing their customers on a regular basis. I needed a platform that was easy to use and user friendly. I have increased sales by using them. The customer support has always been a problem for me, and now I have a company that will actually contact me back when I ask a question.
I have tried many other email marketing platforms and find GetResponse to be the nost user friendly and has the best delivery/open rates.
I have not seen anything I dislike yet but should I do so, I will advise.
I am capturing more leads with the GetResponse email forms, and am staying connected with my audience using regular bulk newsletters.
The customer service team is extremely knowledgeable and polite. They also respond quickly to to emailed questions and never seem to have trouble understanding what I am asking.
Every once in a while there is a technical glitch, and although I haven't tested it in a while, the functionality of creating and sending emails on an Ipad could be improved by integrating the IOS touch screen technology into the GR program.

I had mistakenly subscribed for the monthly subscription but your office wouldn't give me a refund. You required me to close my account and open a new one, which is a huge inconvenience.
I am able to keep in contact with my database with newsletters I make monthly.
Every time I have ever had a question, they were right there to help. Support is a big deal, especially when you are using it for the first time, so go with a system with easy access to expert advice.
I wish there was a function for import of mass lists, but I am sure too many people would abuse that feature.
