GoDaddy offers clear pricing and excellent customer support. It's rare to find both with online software companies. I've had several technical support calls with the GoDaddy support team, and they've always been informative and helpful. Even with client support issues, GoDaddy can resolve them more often than not. I also use GoDaddy to host all of my domain names, offering fair and transparent pricing. GoDaddy also features email reminders when a domain is about to expire or renew. This alone is a reason to try GoDaddy.
I have no complaints with GoDaddy services or support. I've used for years, and have also tried other domain/hosting sites. No competitor has offered anything to make me switch from GoDaddy for my domains or client domains.
GoDaddy hosts all of my domains and a few client domains, at least a dozen in total. I have auto-renewal set for my domains, and GoDaddy will send emails letting me know it is about to auto-renew. If I no longer want a domain, the email serves as a reminder to turn-off auto-renew. An excellent feature that I haven't found with other domain providers.
The ability to look up available domains, buy them, and manage them long-term. Their tech support is also very helpful and knowledgeable.
Their website building tools are frustrating. Their templates are very restrictive and you can't easily make even small modifications. I have tried building simple sites with their site builder tool, but I always wind up abandoning it and then building on another platform (WordPress or Wix).
