As an eduicational instituion google gives us the control over devices and users that we need to handle the large number of users and devices with low amount of staff. We could not do what we need to do without the finite controls.

There are some limitations that need some addons (like GAM or Gopher) to really optimize and automate google workspace. IT does take some time and research to figure out some of the better setting options.

Cloud based documents, sharing, advanced email control, content filtering, security controls, device managment, chat. You name it we use google as our solution.

The wide range of apps that are included help school districts in day to day activities.

Some of the documentation on what each setting does is not very clear to end users.

Workspace provides one cohesive set of software that integrates well together.

The absolute convenience that it brings to my work is unparalleled. Coupled with the apps available for integration, I rarely have to use anything else for work.

If they could increase the free storage capacity beyond 30 Gb then that would be great. Google Docs also needs some improvement, especially for creating charts (flowcharts etc). The options it currently has are minimal, and the charts don't come out so well.

I am using sheets for work tracking and accounting. It was amazingly well for my remote team. The change tracker helps us maintain the integrity of all our sheets.

It is very convenient and user friendly and very helpful. It makes all of us employees efficient with work. Also it is very easy to use and store data strictly so we will not have any problem.

I would highly recommend this magnificent invention. This is really something that most or all of the employees would like to use. It is very efficient. That's why I don't think there's something to dislike for

Documentation is one of them. As well as different types of forms that we can create for company uses for survey or for filling out some in formations needed by other documents required by HR.

Google workspace has flexible solutions for every business. I can get more done w/ productivity & collaboration with different tools in my job and office work needs . Everything that I need done with google workspace is just a few clicks of the mouse which helps me in every way possible.

None so far as it is very helpful most specially for my day to day activities. It gives me comfort on we are able to resolve and multitask things that I do on a day to day basis related to client handling.

It helps me with document creation most specially in tasks needed for teaching in various fields that we are encountering in a day to day basis. I can do it in one click of the mouse and it benefits my active lifestyle.

Some functionality is slightly limited, or different to the Microsoft equivalents which can throw up some short term hurdles for team members used to working with Microsoft alternates.

I used to be a Microsoft Office user, there is a big comparison in terms of accessibility. I wish Google workspace will be more accessible that there will be an options for software.

In case of errands or problem of the team, we can use this Google workspace to do meeting instantly even we're working at home. This benefits all of us as well to save files, documents and some important notes that we have.

Without Google workspace, I would need to pay more for Microsoft 360 and then still have to add an email service and digital storage. Google Workspace does virtually everything I need.

It allows me to access all the applications in just one access; it's very easy to use. and the feature itself is very pleasing

I do not dislike it, but sometimes it significantly lags and needs to relaunch so that consumes a little bit of my time.

It allows us to do everything in just one access, no need pull up other software because google workspace have it all so it's not time consuming, let us do our work in short period of time

Nothing. There is really no problem in getting to work with google workspace. If there will be problem it depends upon how strong your internet connection is. In totallity, there is nothing to complaint.

The entire suite is best suited for everyday employee needs. The ease if access of various apps on the cloud makes it very convenient for relying on the system apps. I hardly have installed any third party app to manage my work and daily routines. Moreover, the pricing is very good for startups environment.

Its a complete built package. However, the storage space for base package is 30GB. Would be great if we can have more cloud storage at the base price. Rest seems fine.

Working in a startup requires a lot of professional tools and softwares so that you can enhance your productivity. Google workspace suite does the same. It provides plethora of options to manage every day professional tasks. Moreover, it has integration options with multiple CRM which is an addon for easy sync.
