The lack of Formula help windows in Google Sheets. Losing formatting in Gmail when you paste a text. Not the best integration of Gmail with external mail clients.

Working simultaneously in the same file. Easy sharing. Keeping the same links no matter the location. It makes it easy to share info and large files with clients and external providers.

Google Survey is very easy to create and customize questions we want.

It should be also have conditional logical nested questions as well so it can be structured very well. Which can be beneficial in taking feedback as well.

When I use it then it is very easy to create and I can easily get the required data for an event in which I want to take suggestions from team. Apart from that, I can use it for internal surveys and voting purposes too.

Google Workspace provides me with a real-time cloud-based storage and collaboration platform where I can easily organize and share with other Google users all types of files. I also love that it integrates with Google tools such as Sheets, and Docs, among other tools that are useful for collaborating across teams.

It is mandatory to have a Google account to be able to have this cloud storage service, however, it is worth it, and it works quite well.

Google Workspace has facilitated the way my work team collaborates, it is comforting to be able to have a secure cloud-based environment where everything stored is kept safe, promotes collaboration between team members and integrates with other applications and services provided by Google.

Easy to share info and files from chat and access and modify. Can make Notes in Chat and refer to same whenever needed. Handy Invitation for Meeting

It has Multiple Apps and SubApps, access to each creates a new window, instead, subwindows would have been beneficial

Google workspace is an amazing space where you have your complete solution for your enterprise or education sector starting from emails to everything you name it. Also the greatest part is to integrate with other third-party applications and you can do more stuff.

I don't see any downside on Google workspace but a small suggestion is to provide unlimited storage space for normal personal accounts and limit the storage if they opt to keep the original file as it is.

As a part of education sector we don't need to worry about the space and it is really helpful when we do the forensic. Google drives really helpful to keep your own drive and easy to share amoung your colleagues or team.

I like how it was integrated with my work email. It made every task easy and light.

Sometimes it is hard for me to send some types of files. I am still exploring though.

It solves every task that we need to finish. Especially when a task needs to be requested from the other department in the office.

Interactiveness with all apps and interfaces at a single platform, there is no need to install many apps as everything is done on a single app. I use this app in my day-to-day work and it is very helpful. Google docs help us to write and collect files and google sheets helps us to store customer details. It helps in collaboration and communication with your teammates working on the same project.

Sometimes it's hard to understand some tools otherwise this app is the best and I am totally satisfied with this app as this app is very helpful for my day-to-day work.

Increasing productivity and fewer chances of missing anything as this app is a great platform which helps us to collaborate and communicate with teammates who are working on the same profile and it is a platform on which everything is available so we do not need to download many apps.

Google Workspace is the most collaborative tool I have used and I am a big fan. I find that I can seamlessly work asynchronously with colleagues when needed and it has been a great tool for us. Also, Google Support is superior. Their Support far surpasses another provider.

It took me some time to adjust, coming from a Microsoft product user. This is no fault of Google Workspace, just inherently different. Once I adjusted to the changes, I embrace Google Workspace and would prefer it to any other tools.

Google offers a collaborative workspace where we can each drop in suggestions, edits, changes, etc. and move progress forward more quickly in my opinion.

It is so easy to upload files and then to access them later.

I don't see a downside except perhaps that space is limited with a free account. That said, they limitation has never affected me much.

I use Google Drive to hold files that I need to access at different times from different places - e.g. a presentation that I want to be able to show from my computer or from my phone; or a spreadsheet that I want to be able to reference in my office or on a train.

Google Surveys can use to build as many surveys without ever paying a penny.

Nothing is to dislike acsept page layout or design.

All the problems regarding surveys were solved by GS and obviously it was benefitted in all terms.

I like how easy it is to share files with friends and colleagues. The interface is also really beautiful and intuitive. Incredibly simple to learn, use and teach.

I don't like how specific you have to be with sharing permissions; it's straightforward to overlook when sharing. You can think you've shared to the right person and never figure out why they can't access your files.

I'm solving the problem of being unable to share and store files easily. Also being able to onboard my collegues easily and have them start sharing files and information through google workspace.

There is nothing that I can say that I do not dislike at the moment.

Sharing documents has been the most significant benefit.

Its platform of google so easy to use to create and share docs and any type of file formats. Easily accessible using mobile as well.

It integrates with my work space well and on my personal phone as well. I didn't even realize I was using it on a daily basis that is how helpful it is. It is great at notifying me when something important comes up as well.

The password system needs improvement. I would like it if there were other ways to get in other than needing a password or my phone to verify me. That system needs improvement.

It keeps me on track with my calendar and what is my upcoming events. It also organizes my emails efficiently, and I can swap between work and personal emails smoothly.

Very simple to use, any user with even minimum technical knowledge can create and use google forms using very less effort. It can even be used for collecting responses for the management research study.

Basic functionality is provided in google forms which sometimes is not enough to serve the purpose. More functionality can be added so that it can fulfill the complex needs required by few users.

I am using it to do surveys for the project, collecting colleagues' views on a project topic and their feedback. Further, I used the response data for analyzing various trends in the data.

Storing capacity and flexibility to store automatically when configured properly. Instant access while having meetings in Google Meet or any other meeting software easily. A great feature is if we send the link they will access the file from anywhere, anytime. Easy to use very very useful interface.

Must have an internet connection to upload or download files. Search options must not be available.

Stored my business files like Invoices and Excel Sheets for better access from anywhere. Since about 15 GB is available space is there, Apps & templates give you plenty to store easily.

I love the ease of having all the documents and photos at a glance and accessible, and sorted in folders, as well as being able to share in real time with other coworkers. Also having the option to preview the phoots in thumbnails without having to open each one to search is very helpful and time saving.

Honestly there isn't anything I dislike :)

As a photographer who handles the the online image of a restaurant, it's easy to be able to share dozens of photos with coworkers when needed. Whether it be sharing and viewing photos on a phone in person or having a virtual meeting, I'm really able to get work done quicker and more efficiently. I also manage their website so having documents, webpage concepts, and Photoshop files for example, all in one loaction is extremely helpful when sharing and demonstrating demos. Other coworkers also have access to the Goggle Drive account so they can also view and make selections without me having to make all the demonstrations.

The tool is available on all my devices across all platforms and OS. When I am in a Google chat with a colleague, and I need to explain something vocally or share a screen with them, it is super easy to meet and run through the query quickly.

The use of backgrounds can slow your machine down and cause your device to crash. Meet does not seem to remeber my audio settings - I always need to change those to the correct settings.

Remote working has been a must - and using Google meet has made this super easy. It is really easy to join a scheduled meet, or set one up on the fly and jump in with the team to solve a problem.

The integration between all google apps helps working within a business easy. Everyone can be apart of google space.

I find google quiet seamless and there isn't anything that stands out as not working well.

It doesn't matter where in the world a team member is working, google enables everyone to work together seamlessly. There are many ways for a team to connect. Through gmail to google chat, meet and can see what everyone is doing in on the calendar so there is never any overlap of meeting and communication.

Google survery is very easy to use for me. It provides drag and drop option to create survey forms and help me to download data in excel. Also Google Survey helps me to integrate the survey data into google sheets as well that is very helpful.

As of now, i do not have anything to say that makes me worry.

It helps me to get feedback/response from our website visitors, google survey dashboard shows comprehensive report and gives a good overview for decision making on basis of our survey.
