Google Workspace was the best for me to manage my business. It delivered and received all messages to and from my customers.
Nothing I dislike about Google Workspace.
It helps to manage my business. Including staffs and customers and so on.
The best thing that the whole company uses Gmail as basis and everything is integrated. Everyone is in touch with Google products so people don't have any fear of facing some new platform that is new for them.
It could look nicer, just design is not my cup of tea.
We have a lot of educations in our bank about new legal requirements, rules, laws. With help of Google Surveys we are able to see what have our people learned from our presentation and where we could do a better job
Able to connect with contacts who already have a Gmail account
Nothing, the only challenge is people would have to create a Gmail account, which slows the process of connecting.
Able to connect with people and ability to talk to them with out having to migrate to a buisness like application.
I love Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, GMeet, GDrive and Chat. It makes your work & communication easier. We use it in our office and even purchased GDrive (storage upgrade) subscription for my personal use.
None so far. I love it and would personally endorse it to others.
Client and office communication, storage and calendar. We use GMeet for office meeting, GDrive as storage of files that we want to share internally and externally. For Calendar, we use it as an invite for meetings, events and presentations
The User experience, integrations with third party apps, collaboration, price especially compared with Microsoft are important factors as a sole trader business.
Not being able to pay for Google Workspace annually only monthly. Having to dig around to find solutions to some problems when trying to connect with third party apps for integrations.
Enabling my freelance business to grow and have a positive online ROI to connect with my customers.
Using all of the platforms of Google at work is very convenient. From email, Cloud storage, Calendar, Google meet and others. I only use my one google account and I can access all of them, which is very convenient, and they are all synced.
So far, there is nothing I can say I dislike because it is very convenient and helpful for me at work. Each platform has different roles, and they are all users with the convenience of signing up and logging in since I am using this every day at work.
All the tools that are needed at work. The company email, the cloud drive for saving and sharing files, the calendar for organizing my schedule, the Google meet for my virtual meetings, Docs for document formats. They are all useful at work
Very easy and convenient for multiple devices. Not overblown with a bunch of extra features you don't need.
Unless set up correctly, offline capabilities are limited.
Needed a solution for documenting client information and can organize and document everything in a structured and convenient way.
I think google surveys is one of the easiest tools to set up and customize. There is a very easy-to-follow interface and there is plenty of video tutorials readily available. I've used it numerous to get results fast. The results are also easy to follow/track.
Overall, there really wasn't anything that I disliked about google. It did what it needed to do. With some research, I found some very customizable interfaces that I wish were maybe readily available. The biggest thing I dislike is that it went away as of Nov 2022
Google Surveys made it easy for me to create surveys, order forms, and other data-driven sheets to get information from my team in a very easy-to-digest and understand view.
Complete work suite that does not require the use of other tools. Very practical and easy to use. All tools are in the cloud, I don't need to install and download software on my computer.
At the moment I have no criticisms of Google Worlspace solutions. But I believe that some things could be added, such as a more complete task tool and more features in meet.
Completing day to day work tasks in an easy way. Communicating with my work colleagues.
The best thing about google meets is that is so nice to use in the browser and I do not have to wait for any software to load and so on. I just click on it and it starts in a few seconds.
there was an option to record a call and a video before and lately, this option is missing, unfortunately
I solve my customer's problems when they need to learn my company's platform product and we can have a call and I share my screen and show them how to use it and how everything works.
to enter a value in a cell, we can click the "Enter" key and start typing which is not available in Microsoft Excel. Best suitable for day to day workspace tasks
Limited formulas and functions as compared to Microsoft Excel
Best thing is it autosaves the data instead of saving it again and again. Easy UI as compared to other Excel tools present in the market. Also the file is by default stored on cloud so helps in the space as well
It is accessible by the general public for free and helps students in the cumbersome process of academic surveying. It makes the task super easy and is comprehensive
It is a little difficult at first attempt but the navigation gets easier with use. Also, once you get the hang of it, you wouldn't mind a few extra clicks when your assignments take less than even half of the time they would have taken otherwise
I made Google survey forms in order to collate data for my research project which I can't imagine doing without the help of Google surveys.
What I like best is that a lot of others web applications are using Google Calendar, for example Calendly or TidyCal, and a lot more. Everything is easy ti use with that integration!
What I dislike is the fact that now Google Workspace is too often the only option to interface an online calendar and other web applications. There is no place for alternatives.
Organising my agenda, sharing and modifying documents with clients and partners, and managing all my e-ails with my own domain name AND the easy interface of Gmail... Well, Google Workspace gives me serenity, and more time for my clients.
Been able to integrate custom domains, manage all institution emails, and of course, the additional chat functions
Noting yet , it works fine for me on all functions
Our domains are verified and hence not flagged off as spam, also managing various accounts is seamless for the admin
What I like the most is the practicality of the panel and the intuitiveness when creating or managing a new email. Everything is obvious and easy to access. Of course, the positive point is the ease of handling the workspace
What leaves something to be desired is the incompatibility of the service with others of the same function, such as Microsoft 365. Google workspace does not have many loopholes.
Google Workspace is helping us in the process of creating corporate emails. It helps us manage all these accounts and keep them safe using Two factor, solving a security problem.
That I can count on everything, I need in one place. I don't need to look for other apps or websites because everything is interconnected and talking together; when I say talking, I mean that each tool complements the other.
I have two things that could be improved for me. In spreadsheets, for example, you couldn't edit the same spreadsheet together with other people without having to apply an individual filter, which sometimes ends up messing up the document. And in the administrative panel for creating new users, I don't like the possibility of configuring individual settings only for an account, but for the entire domain.
For our company, Google Workspace is essential; without it our company would not be able to work, because 90% of everything we use today comes from Google Workspace.
This is what you need if you already use Google's products but want some added professionality. The security features, adding/removing team members, and easy collaboration using the various Google apps makes this a part of my everyday workflow.
Getting everything set up can be confusing at first for some. I haven't had to reach out to support because not surprisingly Google is well documented but it's not instantaneous.
Initially moving my business emails from our server to Google Workspace helped with the deliverability of our 1-to-1 emails; fewer were going to spam boxes. Tools like Meet, Calendar, and Drive help to provide a more cohesive experience when dealing with clients virtually. Being able to log in to different apps and services using Google saves a lot of time as well.
I have used Google workspace tools in all my previous organisations (including the current one), and I can say that no other alternative comes close to what Google has to offer. Cloud-based collaboration tools have made life so much easier and enabled many remote teams to succeed. The ability to work synchronously as well as asynchronously makes it even more compelling to use. All the tools work together seamlessly and makes it so much easier to context switch. Having different tools in the same ecosystem makes it an integrated experience.
There's nothing to dislike about it. Every new product that they add to google workspace has some time to maturity. Few products seem very basic and can have more functionality, like Jamboard for example. Google is still trying to find its place in the communication space with multiple products like duo, meets, hangouts, chats, etc. but hopefully they get to a decent point soon. Since its cloudbased, there are times of low internet connectivity that can hamper work. Some of it is solved with their 'work offline' functionality but it is still a long way to go. Their support is also mostly non-existent.
Google workspace tools like mail, docs, sheets, etc., are super useful for our business. We use it for internal communication but also as a marketer, I use it to create and manage content. Google sheets is amazing for the range if things that we do on it from number crunching, to preparing reports and transferring them to slides. Google really is a one stop solution for most of our software needs as a company.
