The ability to work from anywhere and forward calls to my cell phone
It Has been great when working with goto connect. I like it all
Meeting conference
Very robust, but easy to navigate and manage the PBX
We have not experienced any downsides at all.
Very accessible support, very knowledgeable support staff.
It's useful as you can use it anywhere. Many of my agents are remote agents so having the ability to be able to log in and use the software from anywhere makes it so my team can always be productive.
The connectivity can be quite spotty. If that could be improved, this would be a near-perfect product.,
Remote workers are able to log in and contribute. While also giving me the ability to track and see what they're doing.
GoTo Team was very helpful with initial setup and our service has worked without any issues.
I have not encountered anything to dislike
No Problems which is a nice benefit
It is very fast and easy to use, I can attend more than one call a time
Sometimes the server crashes and I am not able to receive important sales calls
It's helping me solve almost all problems related to communication with the clients
Many clients like to text to communicate When clients text all partners can see the conversation so we stay organized.
So far there's not anything I don't like. Set up took a little while to understand because it's kind of involved but since then everything has been good.
It helps everyone on our team stay informed and we never miss a call because of the call pipeline. We are more efficient in communicating with our clients.
The ease of use of the system and the app. Even those that are not tech saavy are able to operate the desk phone, the app, and also the administrative functions if assigned.
The only complaint that I have is the quality of the calls if you are using the app to take and make calls. Sometimes there is a lag in the initial connection. I do not think there is much that can be done about this issue if you are taking/receiving calls in an area that has poor cell service.
GoTo is a much cheaper option for smaller businesses. Also, I am able to make changes to our system myself thanks to the ease of use. The other system that we had was so complicated we often had to pay for the company to make changes in the admin console.
GoTo has an onboarding team and they were phenomenal... I had a point of contact and they stayed with us the whole time and made it easy
Nothing. I will say RingCentral's phone app is a little better, but GoTo is improving it each month and it is still very good.
Ring Central had the worst service ever. My team is growing, & our needs are changing. GoTo has stepped up, and provided options and support to make it happen.
Very responsive tech support organization. In our research a few years ago looking at other VOIP phone providers, it was the favorable tech support reviews that ultimately made the decision for us.
Can't say it's a negative, but the system is so feature-rich that we have not found a reason yet to use all of them.
Improved voice quality for a couple of members of our staff was helpful.
I was not involved when my company began using GoTo (back when they were still Jive) and when I took on the task, I found it easy to use and learn thanks to a robust support center and customer service that is exceptional and always responds quickly and provides the answer I am looking for. Has so many great features that make us more efficient. Dial plans are easy to set up and auto attendants get incoming callers where they need to go. Easy to setup devices, new users and extensions.
I do not have any complaints about GoTo. Had some issues with the use of softphones but likely this issue was related to going through a server and VPN over Wi-Fi and had nothing to do with the GoTo software itself.
We receive an incredibly high volume of calls every day. Utilizing a better dial plan with auto-attendant menus to get callers in the right lane, queues to keep callers on the line instead of their hanging up and calling back on loop until somebody answered, combined with the power of the contact center to see what times have higher call volumes, who is answering the calls and how quickly are they able to get to the next call, has allowed us to handle more calls daily and educe the number of missed calls and voicemail to return daily.
