I feel so supported with Gusto. They always respond quickly to questions and suggestions. I also love their branding. It makes me feel like they're on my team.

I liked the old name better. (Zen payroll.)

Super easy to use and pretty simple to set up. I really like the interview-type of setup process..it makes it so much easier Support is great - chat, call or email!

I like the layout of the website and how easy it is to view past information and statements. It's also easy to update and change things with ease.

I honestly haven't encountered anything that was a dislike.

I am able to review my pay stubs and tax documents with an easy log on to Gusto.

The transfers between accounts especially when transfering to personal account.

They don't have the payday advance loans anymore.

I like their security calls when alerted by fraud transactions.

Gusto was easy to implement, it is user friendly, and very versatile. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Gusto has lots of features and we are looking forward to implementing additional features as we grow.

We've been using Gusto for about 1.5 years and haven't found anything we dislike yet.

Gusto makes running payroll quick and easy. It's great that Gusto does some of our required reporting for us.

It's bright, fun, and makes payroll as painless as possible. It literally takes care of everything for you. Need to file a new hire form with the state? It does that. Help you register for withholding? Clear instructions for your state. Need benefits? Insurance? It can either integrate with your provider or help you sign up through their partners. It takes care of everything so you don't have to think of it all and handle it on your own.

It can sometimes be frustrating switching back and forth between "admin" and "employee" profiles (requiring separate accounts with separate emails) if they are the same person. I wish it could be one account that you could switch between roles.

As an inexperienced HR professional in a small organization where I wear many hats, I love how simple it makes taking care of adding employees and running payroll.

In my experience with Gusto, the best part would be the ease of accessing everything as everything is readily available from the drop down menu, employee on boarding is simple and allows employees to input there own information to cut down on time spent doing that instead of running your business, the few times I've had to contact gusto to determine how to make changes I was promptly contacted and issues were always resolved in a timely manner, and when running payroll either employees can log hours in and out resulting in time saved entering hours but if you don't use that service it still takes longer to log in (which isn't any longer than logging into anything else) than to enter employees time and have it processed. If I were to ever start another company without question Gusto is the service that I will be using time and again. And the services provided to the employees themselves is great as it cuts down in time spent answering questions that employees can already access on their phones, and they always notify you to remind payroll to ensure everyone gets paid on the correct day

Honestly I've been using the service for going on 4 years now, and I've never had any real issue that would cause me to speak negative of the service. The issues I have had, were again resolved promptly and caused completely by my lack of attention, and the only time I've actually had a problem with Gusto was when they do their updates to the site because you can't log in when this is happening. However they do notify you of these updates and dates/times they will take place and I didn't read the email that told me about it one time and waited till the last minute to try running payroll, and couldn't as a result of the update occurring, but it was my fault because I didn't read the email and had 2 days prior to that moment to have already run payroll. So in all the only issues I've had were 99% self inflicted.

They occasionally add features to improve site navigation and improve services available, which is beneficial for me as time is money and they consistently find ways to speed up the processes used on their site. And they are always adding new services to make them more useful to their customers.

Very easy to run payroll weekly. Easy to pull up the payroll reports. I see gusto as a growing company that will gain market share.

There is nothing to dislike about Gusto.

I use Gusto for both of my businesses. It was really easy to learn how to use. They provide great tech support whenever I run into problems or have questions.

Data entry for payroll takes a bit longer than when I used ADP.

The online interface is very user friendly and Gusto makes it easy to manage your payroll independently. Whether it is straght payroll, bonuses, commissions, it is easy to navigate and there have been no errors or issues in the 7 months we've been using Gusto. Their communication is great too.

Handling weekly payroll is easy, even off cycle payrolls or correction payrolls! Super simple design, easy to use, and everything is ecplained properly.

Both the app and website interface have a dashboard that makes it easy to get the most important info each pay period: salary, vacation and sick leave used/balance, 401k contributions, etc. Simple, nice dashboard. Also makes it easy to get additional details.

The reason I chose Gusto was ease of payroll for contractors that are domestic and International.

I have not experienced any down sides to using Gusto. There customer service is extremely helpful when I do have a question.

Made access to payroll processing an easy transition for our small non-profit. Easy to use and lots of reasources.

There are some limitations to syncing with Quickbooks (such as reimbrusement categories).

Tax compliance. Direct deposit for employees and contractors. 1099 and w2 prep. All very seemless!

Gusto is simple to use for employees, which helps with early adaptation from the team during implementation. The interface for payroll processing is very intuitive and allows for updates while processing payroll. We suggest this platform over others because prior payroll updates are straightforward and don't create a web of payroll journals to sift through. The integration between Gusto and QBO is easily mapped and goes to job or class level, which is helpful.

The tax team is hard to reach directly. I feel like if I could speak to them directly and quickly, we could easily resolve an issue that sometimes takes several emails for them to fully understand.
