The UX is great ! super simple and straightforward, really like the discovery feature too.

I feel like with the reporting side there could be a little more help, i feel like having a live chat option right on the dashboard would be great.

That its super easy to communicate with affilitaes via the platform and they find it super easy to use (less hand holding on our part, which is great).

Easy to navigate, excellent customer service, minimal downtime compared to others.

There really is nothing that I dislike. I use impact daily without any issues.

I enjoy having all advertisers on a single dashboard and being able to grab links between them quickly. Dropdown menus make choosing advertizer a breeze. So I can post relevant content for my fans in a matter of seconds without needing to spend needless time to build links, all while generating revenue manually.

No complaints I enjoy using Impact there is not much I can think of to dislike here.

Adding additional brands to partner with for my followers allows me to share with them a wider variety of products. I realize that adding more brand partners has generated more sales for my business.

I love the ability of this website to allow me to (1) easily generate affiliate links for my promotions; (2) track my affiliate sales without any issues since I joined in 2019; and (3) timely commission payout and responsive customer support.

There are less details of transactions (action listing) displayed on mobile than on a desktop, so I cannot view some of the essential sales information when viewing the website on my mobile, which is a bummer.

I mainly use the Impact platform to track affiliate sales and commissions payouts for several products I promote on my website, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

I like how easy it is to use Impact; really straight forward. I never had any problems and I was able to change any information super quickly. Great job guys!!!

Impact.com has many partners to cooperate within sales and marketing. Besides that, it also provides clear information on the data from the deals that we generate. Everything must become easier.

Impact.com must add more marketing tools, such as banners, animated banners, video content, etc. In addition, to simplify the approval process to become a partnership.

Impact.com helps me in earning money and monthly income. It also makes it easier for me to collaborate with other companies. I want to connect with more merchants using more and better marketing tools.

Brands sorting feature is superb in Impact Radius. We can search brands by terms, country, category and accordingly. As well as there are hundred of exclusive stores available to promote.

There's a little bit of confusion in reporting (UPCOMING & OVERDUE). Also many of stores declines affiliate partnership request, the reason should be mentioned so that Publishers could make improvements for consideration.

Impact Radius offers the best affiliate marketing solutions with all required features, and I'm enjoying it as Publisher. We can get maximums benefits by explosring and implementation.

It is so easy to nevigate, and all the reports are up there

I have been using impact for more than one year. The best impact is that we can apply for multiple affiliate networks using the same account. The tracking is straightforward.

To be frank, there is nothing I dislike in Impact.com; all the services are good, and the tracking of sales is also very genuine.

I didn't know the affiliate products until and unless I had seen in the impact dashboard. Then after i used to do research on that product to know the scope of it.

Impact is just awesome. Easy to use and manage. Even quickly merchants approved. Best support. I have always found their support very co-operative. Highly Recommended!

Reverse Commission Option - I Don't like

I have used other platforms but they are not as convenient and easy to access as Impact.Everything works great here from tracking to receiving payments. I loved it.

The best thing is all the big companies gives you affiliate right there you don't need to go anywhere. The interface is very nice everything is in right place.

To be honest I haven't found any dislike things. This is the biggest platform where you can easily find affilates.

When I was not using impact then I sigup the affiliates and so on. But after joining impact I found all the affiliate right there no need to go anywhere.

I love how easy this platform is to use. It has some nice features, but my favorite is being able to deeplink directly to certains products or services.

When I first joined, I somehow accidentally made 2 accounts. I like that I can switch between the two, but wish I could combine them into 1 single account.

I am able to make a little bit of extra income from home by using my affilaite links. I love that!

The impact has an easy-to-use platform with such a fantastic support team along with great offers in all the niches out there. One of the plus points is that the payment is made without any delay.

The Agency dashboard is a bit wonky and it's hard to add/remove Nurture clients.

Former nurture clients aren't getting removed from the agency dashboard, and some have even recorded sales after the program had supposedly been closed down.

Customer Service - from live chat to our account manager, all experiences have been excellent.

Mediarails feature almost throws too much information at you at once to be digested. The tool seems like it will be beneficial, but for someone with limited bandwidth, it's a lot to take in and process. I wish there were a bare-bones version of Mediarails that was easily digestible.

The reporting capabilities have been crucial in curating insights promptly. My previous experience with reporting from competition affiliate platforms was less than ideal compared to Impact.
