Keeper is the preferred platform for many major enterprises given its highly secure password management features that works on major web browsers and mobile devices. It features a highly secure master password keeper that’s the key for encrypting and decrypting information. The platform also has a KeeperChat function, deep-level encryption that is the strongest in its category, FIPS 140-2 validated, and offers standard multi-factor authentication. While popular among blue chip organizations, Keeper is also available on a personal scale at more affordable rates.

Convenience, trustworthy, secure, reliable ease of use.
I do not have any negative experience with this product. I do not have any negative experience with this product
Save trying to remember dozens of passwords.
The ability to sync my passwords on multiple devices for my spouse and I to share. I am also a huge fan of the random password generator so I can have unique passwords everywhere.
Love everything about it. Have been using it for many years
More complex passwords across systems I use. Better sense of security.
The multi-device access is great. The ability to be able to auto-fill them in as well helps reduce time on the phone or PC across multiple browsers
I get too many reminders that I am not using the secure storage. I have 2TB worth of online storage with Dropbox and 4TB with Google. I do not need a 3rd place
Remembering passwords and having to know where they are stored.
One of the big challenges in IT leadership is to keep track of mission critical credentials, and many of my own sensitive credentials. Keeper allows us a simple way to keep track, and share with those who need such information in a secure way.
It would be nice to be able to provision business accounts with a way for the administration to access user accounts. We know there is a risk when user's hold sensitive account information and forget or don't share with their counterpart. That is hard to audit.
It is a great way for IT to manage server, equipment, service and other account information. We have also found it to be an excellent place to store sensitive data such as SSL private keys and router configurations.
Its ability to integrate into multiple operating systems.
There isn't more people who use or even know about Keeper.
Organization of important credentials and ease of using those credentials when opening applications/web sites etc.
Easy to use. Easy to control who can access what.
The browser plugins form filling might need some improvements.
No more sticky notes or notepads with passwords. Central control and easy to share them.
Keeper is so easy to use and the plugins work great! I have the tool in all my browsers and the app on my smart phone! Love it!
The Microsoft Edge plugin doesn't work so well but I think that is Edge not the plugin.
I have very secure passwords for all my on line web sites and devices. I let keeper create random strong passwords and it allows me one place to go to manage everything!
We can use this as a team in my office, and we can each keep our individual passwords safe from each other also. We have a number of places to go and a lot of things to remember, so it is important to keep things prioritized and organized. This makes it easy to categorize the types of passwords and to share them, as appropriate, with whomever may need it.
Nothing I can think of. If it can be used for "single sign on" i would love to know how!
Much faster logins and much safer passwords.
The simplicity of the application, and the ease of it's use. The application is also very well thought out and designed, far superior to the competition.
Not a whole not. The mobile app is a bit cumbersome, but then again, they all are.
Secure password and information storage. The ability to have one central repository of important, sensitive information is great.
I use it for everything. It’s my secured filing cabinet. Passwords, Jewellery appraisals (including photo) furnace filter size, receipts, warranties, Bank and Credit Card info. Anything that you can put into a filing cabinet, I have in Keeper. It keeps me organized , is accessible everywhere and Is easy to use.
I use to dislike not being able to attach a photo
An organized way of keeping important information
How easy it is to store passwords and use the copy function.
Nothing to really dislike about Keeper everything is well organized.
Helps me with my day to day functions with out having to remember all my passwords.
All passwords are in the one place. End of story.
I dislike having to pay such a high subscription.
The problem of not knowing where your passwords are.
It allows me to share passwords with multiple people. I can allow them to be able to update the password or they have read only permissions.
I wish I could change the log out time.
We have a lot of different credentials for software and it’s nice to have them all organized
I'm able to keep multiple passwords in one place. Some sites I go to about once or twice a year so with Keeper I can actually remember my login and password.
I can't think of too much, if anything, that I don't like about Keeper. Maybe that not every site let's me use Keeper to fill in the username and password. However, I don't think that is Keeper's issue.
Creating new, unique, and difficult to hack passwords. I can easily change criteria depending on the site. Length and type of characters are easily changed.
As a legacy use of Keeper I have never had a data beach of any kind. First class sophisticated security.
Immediate short cut access to password screens would be nice but not at the expense of security. Also mandatory matter password change is probably a good idea.
Always have at my ready key data necessary to get my work done. Multiple device access is great and self destruct feature by device is a relief.
Very simple and allows you to create very complex passwords that are easily accessible to you with their mobile or desktop app. You have the ability to share folders with Family or Business colleagues and control when and how they have access.
There is not much I don't like about Keeper. If we could create a template offline and upload into Keeper that would make it easier for Larger Bulk entries. I would also like to export into a CSV or excel format for easy updates.
Keeper solves the problems of disorganization, repetitive passwords. I am able to share with my family and help them with learning how important it is to manage and maintain your cyber security.
Ease of Use and ability to organize into folders and subfolders
If I had to chose something not to like, maybe the ability to customize your own color theme
Saving passwords to for all my tax and accounting research sites as well as for all of my clients accounts as well
Without “Keeper”, I would NEVER be able to keep track of all my passwords. I have over 100 passwords and I NEVER use the same one for every site. So without “Keeper” I’d be lost!! Thank you Keeper!!
There is nothing that I dislike about this app!!!
The problem of not remembering important passwords!!
Prior to trusting my pwds with Keeper, I had a password protected Word file that I used. This was not very secure and was cumbersome when away from home. With Keeper installed as a Chrome plug-in and as an app on my phone, my pwds are with me wherever I am.
While the web plug-in works flawlessly, I've had some issues with the Android app. Whenever I have to log into other apps and/or sites, the app sometimes doesn't integrate into the username/pwd fields. This requires me to open the Keeper app and copy/paste the pwd. Not very convenient.... Also, it would be helpful if we can store other types of things. We can store credit card information, but it would be helpful to store bank account/routing numbers. For personal information, it would help if we can store things like SSNs, and account numbers for other services that may come in handy. It would also be handy to sort passwords by most recently used so that we can clean up and archive old sites that we no longer use.
I no longer have to use the same password across my digital landscape. I can rest knowing that each site has its own secure password.
Keeper is an easy way to share your passwords between Windows and IOS
The only issue we had was the inability to import passwords from Apples Keychain, but that wasn’t a show stopper.
Better password security and the ability to share passwords
