Remembering one complex master password is far more convenient than trying to remember or keep track of dozens of complex passwords for a variety of sites. Keeper makes it easy to create secure passwords through randomization (you determine the length) and gives you peace of mind that you have a vault with all the information you need to login into your favorite websites and services.

Not much. It works as advertised. I've yet to have any issues.

I have dozens of accounts that I want to keep secure with complex passwords. Keeper allows me to generate random and lengthy passwords that provide excellent protection against hackers. Having one online source to find passwords and login information quickly is super convenient.

Keeper keeps passwords organized within folders and sub-folders; you can also create more folders and inside those folders create records as well as files and photos to keep safe. You can set Keeper to self-destruct after five attempts of failed logins and destroy those files that are kept safe. The level of encryption is multi-tiered, and the most advanced.

I got nothing negative to say about Keeper at this point; it s straightforward to use and relatively pleasant to understand.

Keeper enables our company to create very secure passwords for any site without having to remember them. It also ensures that passwords are unique between vendors and sites and helps users to navigate the difficult divide between safety and convenience. Also it searches the Darkweb for password/login credential compromises and allows you to immediately take action.

Occasionally the chrome extension will lag or seem to get caught up, but a few right clicks in the right spot and everything is quickly resolved or worked around.

Password security has been solved with Keeper. Its making our users lives easier. There is a slight period of buy-in that has to be overcome, but once a user embraces the product past that point, many of our users have gone and purchased the product for their personal use as well!

My favorite feature is how search works without having to specify wildcards and that Notes and Vault names are included in the the search - it makes finding the right password fast a simple task.

I don't particularly appreciate that I can't limit Export to a single Vault. When we're done with a project for a customer and need to hand over passwords to them, it takes a lot of extra effort. It would also be nice to be able to export in tab-separated format, as the Comma-separated format makes it hard to properly split into columns in a spreadsheet since sometimes commas are used in the Notes field

Managing a large number of system passwords for multiple different customers. 2 major benefits are that it's fast to use when we're logging into a lot of systems during the day and that we are certain that passwords are managed securely for our customers.

What I like best from Keeper is how discrete it is. After testing many other password managers, I always felt aggressed, like "Hey! I'm here use me! Save this password!" I also like the way you can organize passwords.

If you want to share a password, you have to create a shareable folder and put it in there. (Maybe it has changed...)

Sharing passwords with specific people and keep control over what is being done with the passwords. (Log of access, copy/paste actions... etc)

The vault is very easy to use with simple password management. The admin console gives a great level of detail to manage users. It has plenty of options to customise settings for specific users or your entire organisation

Honestly there is nothing I do not like. It's a great product

It's solved the problem of having passwords which are not highly encrypted and secured by MFA. It gives the options to share passwords and also revoke passwords. It's made onboarding and off boarding users easy

For managing a mid-sized IT Dept, I love that we can share passwords securely in one place. I also love that I can generate random secure passwords that are highly secure and not the same across systems or sites.

That I have to re-login to the browser extension every time I close all browser windows.

We needed a secure place to document passwords for our company that administrators can share. The added benefit is we never forget passwords now.

I like that all of my passwords are in one location, and I can access them with just my one master password.

There is nothing to dislike. I use Keeper to store passwords along with notes, significant account numbers. What's not to like?

I can quickly access account numbers and information by going to each account file inside of Keeper. Which means all of my data is at my fingertips.

Keeper organizes my passwords in a way that I can easily use them and make sure they are strong enough to provide security.

I dislike how its security-keeper is a relatively high cost in comparison to its competitors.

Keeper helps me create different passwords for my account while allowing me to keep them organized. It allows me to see how many accounts I have the same passwords with and when it is time to update them.

The first thing that attracted me to keeper was the security certifications; as a healthcare organization, that is very important to us. As I began to research and test, I found it supports enterprise usage with support for multiple teams and has great productivity features.

There is noting I dislike, although some of my team mates have complained they find the administrative console less than intuitive to use.

We can share passwords in groups by team which is very effective.

I have not found anything that I dislike about keeper yet.

The zero-knowledge security model, incredibly responsive and helpful support, and the plethora of use cases Keeper has helped our business solve. Additionally, being able to authenticate with Okta SSO and use Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning has allowed us to take ownership of our employee onboarding and offboarding process seamlessly.

Nothing. I just wish more people knew about Keeper and weren't stuck on tools like LastPass and 1Password.

I rest easier knowing our password vault solution is secure and highly available. The mobile app and browser extensions save labor without compromising security and we lean very heavily on the enterprise sharing features. Associating shared folders with Teams saves on guesswork with group-accessed passwords.

Older shared items don't always have the right sharing for their folder location, and there's no way to fix access lists from the Admin Console. Being able to transfer a disabled user's records has improved the situation, and the problem seems to only happen with older records.

Tracking masses of passwords, pem files, certificate keys.. and providing the correct level of access to many users. We used to use an encrypted file and we always had issues with lack of access granularity and file versions..

The best thing about Keeper is the way the Vault can be organized to keep track of both personal and business passwords separately and privately.

I don’t have any complaints about Keeper. The program does exactly what I need it to do.

Keeper has helped me organize all the password storage needs for our company. Now everyone can share passwords without actually giving someone their login information.

Simple interface to use and navigate. Admin console is great for managing users and policy enforcement. Really like the ability to transfer vaults/account from one user to another user which is useful in the event someone leaves the company. Shared folders are easy to user and the ability to assign individual users and/or groups of users to a shared folder or individual record is nice. Chrome browser extension works as expected. You can add notes, files, photos, and custom fields to each records which are nice extra features. Lastly this is personal preference but you can get really granular with permissions on either an entire shared folder or an individual record. Instructions/guidance on this when you first start off are kind of unclear but once you read into it and understand it, great to have.

A few things that could use some work: 1. There's no built in password generator in the browser extension. There's a password generator when adding a new record inside your vault but I would like a quick and handly password generator option right there in the browser extension. Lastpass had that built into their extension and I used that quite often. Yeah sure I guess there are 3rd party extensions or websites that do the same thing but that's an annoying extra few clicks just to give me a randomly generated password. 2. There's only 4 types of records you can create. A standard record, a folder, a shared folder, and a payment card/credit card. I would of liked just a plain "Notes" record. Sometimes you just want an organized dumping ground for notes, keys, credentials, etc. without having to create an official record for it. 3. For some reason they haven't figured out a way to allow you to move an entire folder of records into another folder. You gotta move records individually which can be kind of annoying.

Prevents my users from just storing company credentials, keys, notes, etc. in a plain spreadsheet or doc. This gives them a company managed password vault for them to store their stuff and safely share to other team members as needed. Vault/account transfer is also super helpful in the event an employee leaves and they're the only ones with any specific records/credentials.

Synchronization of passwords across Windows PC, iPhone, & iPad. Automatically generates and stores complex passwords. Supports 2-factor authentication. Backups your passwords. Only have to remember the password to Keeper. Well worth the money.

Can't think of anything that I dislike. Keeper is a fantastic app.

Ease of using the service. Simple, straight forward and does not require lots of effort or time. Streamline within the business operations.

I have to login to the service twice in the mornings as it logs me out after logging in. Not sure why, not a huge issue but the only thing I can think of that I 'dislike" other than that there are no issues with the account.

Keeper makes it easy to share common passwords across our company. We have company specific passwords that were originally kept in an Excel spreadsheet that we all shared. Some employees used the same password for everything. With Keeper, our passwords are much more secure and accessible only to those who need them.

The only thing to dislike is that Keeper does so much it takes a while to realize how you could use it. You have to invest in the learning curve to fully utilize the product.

We now have more robust passwords used by employees and share password are accessible to all who need them. No more password changes that are not shared with other users.
