The most helpful for me is that I can create an app really fast and easy. They have really good support service. They help you right away. If you don't have a clear idea about what to put in your app, that won't be a problem because Kissflow has so many apps as an example of a different processes.
I have had performance issues. That means that for example when a user needs to open more than 3 attachments it takes a lot of time. Also when I want to publish the app, it takes time to publish it. I have done all the recommendations from Kissflow support, but It hasn't resolved the problem. We are waiting for the soon we will be moved to the new platform.

I am solving an on boarding process
Kissflow has a very straightforward and easy to understand interface. I can expand the workflow section of each form and quickly see and edit steps and branching paths to attain the desired outcome. The developers have been very responsive to customer requests and new features are constantly being added. Support even helped me with a customization to make reporting easier for our secretary.
For full automation we need the ability to sync with Google sso, AD, or the ability to send a nightly staff file. To be fair, I haven't asked for the third one yet. I need the ability for a rejected request to still go through other steps; after checking with support I have created a yes/no step for approval and if no is selected the form goes down a manual rejection step where I have to finish it up.
I have moved hardware and software purchase orders and requests for data access from paper or email to Kissflow. I can direct approvals, work to be done, and follow up questions in a complex web based on the requester's department, budget codes, and more. Forms flow through the process with minimal outside communication needed.
KissFlow makes the process of PO approval simple and fast.
Sometimes the approvers do not see that there is a PO waiting to be processed. Notifications need to be better

No problems at the moment. I think the *Kissflow Group* must streamline the time on which on a certain step a person is allowed to keep the kissflow to themselves and also must have a duration time for the whole Kissflow to be completed I like the fact that it helps make work-life easier esp in the sales and accounting department. No much hustles on having to calculate the / some rates for instance 'VAT', Kissflow automatically gets you there when you click whether if the item is VAT inclusive.
I like the fact we can have different flows for different processes and it is easy to find existing deals

We use Kissflow on a daily basis and find it very good for keeping track of sales and locating which stage / process it is at.
The tool has allowed us to easily streamline and standardize an otherwise broken process previously. The tool allowed us to customize the specific needs of the business and offers a way to easily track and manage a particular workflow. Support was quick, especially the online chat and if things could not be solved immediately the support team got on a call to work out the solution with our team. Thank you.
There is a learning curve to customizing the tool to fit with the business process workflow, but there are lots of tutorials to help with it.
Scattered processes by different lines of business now are all on the same tool to gather and output the required outputs for the business.
Kissflow is very user-friendly. One can customize any workflow according to their business requirements with less coding.
Cannot create a customized template secondly while sending email through kissflow sending an image option is not available. Users cannot view the reports using mobile devices.
