It works very well to consult my pending candidates, those already interviewed or the next ones. In my company we have good integrations of all of them and it works as a unique place to really prepare for the interview.
Could have more integrations to generate even greater value
Summary of everything you need to know before interviewing an applicant
Easy interface, no pointless complication.
Sometimes the resume auto read doesn't work well.
Allows me to keep a track of referred candidates & their application statuses.
All of the candidate information is in one place including the status and workflow of progressing or archiving a candidate.
It's a little unclear what some of the workflow steps/statuses mean. e.g. whether you're moving a candidate to HR screening or hiring manager interviews.
Tracking of all candidates, their information, and status
- Very easy to learn - No hidden processes - Easy to view and apply the jobs - Not many steps are involved in scheduling the candidates - Customisable as per your requirements - Visual insights are easy to interpret
- Unable to store candidate details which are required to initiate an offer - Downloading the reports is not feasible
- Analysis of different conversion rates, including source mix, interview conversion and panel utilisation - Tracking the number of interviews taken by the interviewers
Integration with other apps such as LinkedIn and calendar
sometimes they have some bugs and is slow
Candidate management, emailing
I love that all the info you need on a candidate is in one place
I felt it wasn't user friendly. I had to mess around with the site to find what I needed.
It keeps all incoming resumes in one place and helps with keeping track of them.
The overall structure of Lever is good for coordination among different persons involved, its easy to use, lots of features like candidate overview and feedbacks for next interviewers.
Nothing as such, maybe UI could be improved further.
We use Lever for recruitment & its been great experience overall.
I'm currently working for a Consultant Agency, and time to time I need to look for new open project to get in, and with Lever everything gets so much easier.
I can't think of any cons right now. It suits me well. :)
Lever makes the positions visibility much better. I can see the open positions in my company and all of their details.
Easy to access , upload and fast auto data fetching of CV details such as name and other things auto fill due to this less manual effort is required here.
Just need one option when we clicked on any job there should bi drag button/cursor which show that what's skills, expertise and yrs of experience required on the given designation. I refred so many people in my organisation but their is only option to choose job designation which leads further rejection in screening . If we know tha proper requirement details then we will refer someone accordingly.
Simple and Easy UI
The functionality (features) and the price are the best things about this app. I use it every day. Customor support is fast as well. Easy to use and navigate.
There is a glitch that has happened for the last few years where if I am writing an email and click outside the email in *just* the right spot, it will delete everything I wrote. Drives me MAD.
It keeps all our applicants and potential candidates and process all in one place. Having varying access levels is helpful.
I like how the lever file fetcher analysis the correct information and then auto write to right fields
Nothing of as now , I seen in lever in current time
Lever is solving the problem of ATS and referals system of particular organisation , it is easy to use
Ability to see reviews in review stage and create an action from there, Ability to schedule candidates and move along pipeline, Message Hiring managers under candidates profile
Would like to see the integration of Linked In Recruiter work better. I am not able to to see resumes when I manually export creating more work and delay of candidate experience
streamlining candidate experience, through integration of job boards getting additional candidates to see our opportunities, our time to fill and diversity #s have increased
Hiring Manager interface, user-friendly, easily can naviaget within the system, addresses everthing we needed in an ATS - ratings, tags, pipeline, search, etc.
Would like a "start review" for any pipeline stage, would like to be able to start the review at different applications rather than always from the beginning, would like an option to notify multiple people when a req is opened
Needed ATS
Ease of usage, free process. Seamless flows
Information visibility. Alerts being sent
Hiring, very easy & good process
Our implementation specialist was incredible! Alex was patient, thorough and always communicative. The system is very intuitive and pretty adaptable to meet our needs.
I would have loved to have had our background checks and drug screens integrated to further streamline the process for our candidates. Also, during the sales process, we were told the system could do some of the things we were asking for but ultimately, it couldn't. For example, we were told that we could make all of our onboarding docs automated but the Docusign portion does limit us some.
It has completely streamlined the processing of applicants for our recruiters and hiring managers. The fact that our managers can approve staff requisitions with just a click of a link in an email without having to log into the system has been a game changer. We are moving to "offers being made" much quicker.
Lever is an amazing tool to help streamline the interview and hiring process and collect data. My favorite part about Lever is the ability to collaborate with other team members and also see the different insights on job postings, interviews, hiring, etc.
There are a couple things I wish could be skipped over or a little more tailored, but overall nothing major.
Collaboration and understanding between offices; tracking data and insights.
The interface is logical and well-structured.
Outreach is currently based only on email communication; however, there are no industry alternatives available at the moment. It's a general desire that we could use not only email but also messengers as the primary means of contact.
Data storaging / GDPR / Job ads
User experience, Lever Professional Services
Truly can't think of anything I could ask to improve.
ATS, real time recruiting, ease of use and streamline of process
Lever's interface is very simple and easy to use
Navigating through the menus is not as easy or simple as it could be
Lever helps my company track referrals. It allows the employees to refer candidates and continuously update them on where their referral is in the employment process.
Candidate based pipeline. Focus on candidate experience is better than others. Hiring Manager Transparency on candidate depth and pipelining. Better reporting than most
Scheduling complex interviews is not a strength of lever Employment Branding is limited no trigger for doing take home tests assessments if not using a 3rd party
Candidate management
Seamless candidate pipeline, template creation for emails and feedback, and Easy Book saves so much time that used to be spent manually scheduling interviews. Training and resource guides are digestible and don't leave you scratching your head trying to figure out how to get what you need.
As a new user, I have no current complains. The system is far beyond easier than our previous ATS and the implementation team (Alexandra) was so curteous, thoughtful, and kind throughoput the entire process. Give that woman a raise!
Steamlined candidate sourcing and pipeline stage visbility for hiring managers ensures we aren't spending time tracking applicants on a sheet or project board. Communications are easier than ever before and the template-creation functionality saves hours of work.
Prático e fácil de acompanhar, gosto de ver as vagas e as descrições.
As vezes a parte de ver as nossas indicações poderia ter uma interface visual de progressão, para entendermos as fases da indicação.
Ver as vagas e indicar profissionais.
The layout of job postings is simple and easy to follow and the ability to filter postings is helpful.
There could be a back button to return to postings rather than using the back button on the browser.
Lever allows me to search jobs within the institution very easily.
Ease of use. It works how you think it should work.
not much really. candidates are called opportunities, but once you get used to that it is good
candidate management
I really enjoy how easy it is to customize everything in the system, and have found the automation and the tagging in particular to be great for helping me to be more efficient. I am still mastering the analytics but the existing dashboards are well laid out and easy to understand.
I do wish the customization of the dashboards was a bit more intuitive to use, because the existing ones are *almost* perfect and I wish it was easier to just make small tweaks. I wish we could tag from the "review candidates" view-- its a great view, and I use it a lot, but I'd like to tag from there because its a really logical place for that.
I am able to work very efficiently to review a large number of candidates quickly, and the tagging allows me to track candidates very easily for nurture campaigns, as well. I love the easy book links for scheduling-- huge time savings and none of the major HRIS we recently looked at could compete with the ease of using Lever, so we decided not to get the add-on to the HRIS and keep Lever.
I love the ease of being able to send emails and read responses from applicants as well as reviewing all communication in one place. I don't have to search my emails for them. Also being able to organize all applicants on a timeline of where they are in the process. Scheduling applicants and using the template feature is so time saving.
Honestly I can not think of anything that I have thought I would like to see but don't have the ability to do on Lever. Maybe the website could be cleaned up to have more options of what I do and do not see based on my needs to keep information for me specific.
It just puts everything I need from a new applicant all the way through hiring for the position all in one place and easy to find and follow no matter how many applicants I recieve
As an interviewer, I like that it's easy to find what I'm looking for: the candidate's resume, where I'm supposed to leave notes about them, what position they're interviewing for. I like that I can have 2 panels on the same screen.
I don't like the limited ratings on the candidate: 5 levels. I wish there were more options to select from that included more nuance about the candidate.
Remembering who I've interviewed and what I liked/didn't like about them. As I learn how to interview people, I can look back on my previous interviews and the feedback I gave about them and calibrate myself about what kind of candidate we're looking for.
I love how easy the product makes collaboration across multiple hiring partners in the organzation.
Some features are a little hard to find in the navigation, but once you get used to it you can generally overcome this.
It enables a globally dispersed team to easily collaborate on candidate interviews, feedback and tracking their movement through the entire recruiting process.
I like the organization of the profiles of the candidates. It seamlessly intergrates with your email so there is no need to bcc when communicating to log interactions.
I really don't have anything to complain about. everything works great
It makes it easy to communicate with applicants and archiving all of our old applicants.
It is easy to fill out feedback and follow up on the different steps in the Process.
I have not found a Level App that I can manage from the phone
It makes it easier for me to monitor the recruitment of Personnel
