Can help dynamically plan and level resources
I have not migrated to the new UI, so that may improve the experience beyond what I know.
Faster to plan projects
Answers the first question all clients have correctly: "when will you be done?" Also makes tracking billable hours a lot faster and easier.
Would like to see what the project labor cost is in reporting as part of the free plan.
Answers the customer and as owner my biggest question, When is it done and when will we get paid
The New LP platform has made significant improvements in resource scheduling, importing and exporting of data.
The New LP platform does not provide all of the functionality as Classic LP in producing/exporting Gantt charts or in timesheet review and locking.
LP allows detailed project planning, resource assignment and allocation, and capacity planning across multiple projects.
Ease of usability. Integrates with other existing online tools. Being lightweight software. Flexible to all devices.
My organization and I have nothing to like least since it meets all.
Agile project management. Online proofing and tasks scheduling. Events organization. Budgeting for project. Prioritizing most urgent projects. Employees scheduling . Workflow management.
The best part of Liquid Planner is the ability to create folders and to assign different task to different folders while keeping projects organized in their own package. There are so may levels of organization that you can create and put projects into that it make it very easy for our team to track what needs to be done on a project and who needs to do it! I love how easy it is to create a project and assign tasks out to different members of my team. LiquidPlanner is also fairly user intuitive and easy to learn. After a few projects have been set up it is really quick to navigate and work through the different tasks, packages, folders, and users!
My biggest frustration with LiquidPlanner is that links added in tasks, when clicked on automatically take you away from LiquidPlanner in the same browser tab so you have to hit the back arrow and it does not always take you back to the same place. I wish it would automatically open a new tab and keep your place in the project.
We are saving so much time and cutting out so much confusion by using LiquidPlanner. It has been a relief to know all of our projects are being tracked and worked on in Liquid planner. Since we have started using this software we have noticed a huge increase in our ability to get projects done faster and more efficiently!
The customization is what I like best.
I'd like to see more customization or a version of the product that is specifically for L&D or curriculum projects.

Liquid Planner has great customer service with determined support and services. They help us a lot in the management of our workload and pressure. All the methods and reports are carefully recorded by their great staff so that we can use them when needed. It is very simple and easy to start a new project or any customer support service with their great features as they endure that all the aspects are covered. They allow us everything that is in process or needs accomplishment. They provide us with increased process flexibility.
Sometimes managing the number of teams and activities is very challenging. Liquid Planner is that their search function is not much developed and efficient. Sometimes it is overwhelming for the new users and colleagues.
It helps us to organize everything on one platform. They have elegant Gantt Charts. Based on our project's priorities we can easily create a schedule for us so that we can accomplish the task on time. They have powerful tools and functions oriented to task management and team collaboration.
LiquidPlanner has helped us manage our workload, procedures, and activities for more than fifty clients and internal needs, all of our methods and deliverables are carefully recorded. It's simple to start a new customer, project, or campaign and ensure we've covered all the bases. Furthermore, it allows me to keep track of all the work that is currently in process, prioritize, and feel successful when I complete a job. LiquidPlanner provides increased process flexibility, custom templates, and automation while staying simple to use and accessible to all workers.
With so many mobile jobs on our team and clients, managing the number of activities may be challenging at times. We have several controls to assist with this, and LiquidPlanner continuous upgrades and new features make it even better.
