LP is very customizable, which helps a lot when making it fit into what your company needs. The time-tracking feature / time reporting is also a good tool that I find very rare to find amongst other similar tools. Honestly, LP is so complete, I have been using it for years and I still haven't used all it has to offer.
Definitely the lack of mobile support. There is an app for phones but it isn't good at all. In today's world being a slave to a computer to do what you need is not very good. With the advent of the new liquid planner, the company seems less worried about fixing the several bugs that can be found in the old version.
Organization and time tracking. It is also very good for generating reports. The resource management is a bit clunky and time-consuming to do, but if you really put your heart into it, it helps a lot.
Realtime cloudbased means access from anywhere and instant updates
More custom fields, especially calculated fields would really add to it.
Resource allocation, timeline estimation, resources availability, status presentation.
The UI of Liquidplanner allows for a great deal of customisation, making it easier to collaborate with numerous internal teams and share information across departments. We can follow several projects with Liquidplanner statistics. We may view the requested projects, allocate them to the appropriate individual, and adhere to the timeframe to ensure that all tasks are done.
It is not always user pleasant, and it can be difficult for novice users to manage the procedure. There is no nested list option on the input form, only a dropdown. Some features suggested by users and in support forums never appear on the product roadmap or take a long time to implement.
We use Liquidplanner to manage several project requests across the firm. This tool enables us to stay in touch with the project request, track which groups are seeking work, and provide reports. I'm unifying reporting and streamlining task management for a number of projects and efforts, Liquidplanner also helps us better manage and allocate company resources.
The simplicity with which we may share information with members of our project team. The easiness with which all users may make their own changes and track their progress. I enjoy the potential to establish coherent automated processes for the management of sustainable activities that produce organizational priorities by adding strong management figures in accordance with access to instruments that value the order in which their methods are previously built. meant to encourage the transparency of project management plans
Depending on your project, it would be nice to be able to track the percentage by the number of tasks over time. Processing multiple tasks at the same time can be a daunting task, as the program's processing is unreliable and sometimes absolutely useful information is lost. The software has a slight learning curve because the device has some complex points of processing. I don't have a clear understanding of their function. The control powers performed by LiquidPlanner programming are compromised by flawed phase change planning, focusing on the provisions of the execution of segment strategies for management performance classification and normatively assigning responsibility for implementing requirements in a timely manner. There is a flaw in authority. Successful implementation A method with theoretical impulses.
I oversee global finance transformation initiatives that necessitate project team members from all over the world. Everyone may simply collaborate on project ideas and send real-time updates to top management. The software allows us to keep track of all of our plans and assists us in creating thorough plans and analyzing all of our assets, allowing us to solve all of our problems. LiquidPlanner has the capability of evaluating the usefulness of predictable workload adaptation processes, where this program's system could have the required multiple organizational routine improvement to enable the enterprise to use verifiable articulated new functionality in equal proportion and workload required.
LiquidPlanner is an easy tool to learn how to use, it is the main communication and project planning tool, its integration with Slack is incredible.
LiquidPlanner is our team's primary project planning and communication tool. It's really easy to implement and we use it for projects like app modernization.

On a daily meeting calendar, I value the opportunity to modify the priority of work. This strategy has become the foundation of our weekly schedule. I appreciate how adaptable LiquidPlanner's applications are. We can share data, contact with clients, and keep track of jobs that are open and closed.
I want the portal visitor customers' expertise with technical terms to be more in line with that of administrators, so that we can more easily educate consumers on navigation and provide them with greater navigation freedom. The capacity to monitor our work does not reach the level we desire, which means we must devote more time to accomplishing our goals.
LiquidPlanner provides a central repository for everyone in the office to see what jobs are in the queue, pending jobs, and what everyone is working on. It is invaluable, especially if someone is absent or ill and someone else is doing one or two jobs. We can provide our clients with accurate reports of where they have spent their time and how much they have left to do. The morning meeting was shortened from an hour and a half to 15 minutes. We all take notes of what we did that day at night and everyone knows what's going on and where the project is heading. The morning meeting focuses on what you are doing that day, not what has happened so far and where you are going.
When utilized as intended, the app performs an excellent job of giving the required information on the project's status. The program clearly lives up to its name, since it is very easy to modify the project's aims and objectives, and its effect is virtually immediate. It is simple to categorize activities and projects for all of our company's departments. I enjoy how a task may be planned to be passed from team to team until the project is finished.
The software needs some training to get the most out of it; for example, it's difficult to identify a finished job if you don't know EXACTLY how to search for it; it doesn't provide comparable results in the search box, just exact matches, which may be annoying.
It's simple and easy to use, so we can assist a large number of employees in adhering to project timelines at work. For the ephemeral aspects of task management. LiquidPlanner assists our organization in keeping track of hundreds of assignments from hundreds of clients and categorizing them as important deadlines or putting them on hold until we need them again.
The LiquidPlanner project management tool allows me and my work team to monitor the status of our goals at a high level, keeping us informed about the progress of projects, since it offers certain management capabilities that make collaboration in projects more efficient and precise.
Extremely positive experience, LiquidPlanner does it right.
It brings many benefits, it offers centralized tools to manage the requirements and objectives of each project, as well as the management of deliveries, monitoring and team management. The tool integrates with Hubstaff and other platforms.
I am a big fan of analyses, reports, and data that can be used to make educated decisions in the best interests of production. It provides highly accurate real-time forecasts of job completion dates. It has assisted in the elimination of needless paperwork and has improved all of our processes to the point where we solely rely on LiquidPlanner for production reasons. LiquidPlanner is precise and shows us where our resources are allocated. When we get a new project, we can assess when it can be completed in a couple of minutes. We were able to combine LiquidPlanner and Zendesk using the API.
Employee and consumer training in their utilization might take a long period. To get the information you need from reports, you must be well-versed in LiquidPlanner. The client portal's side may be improved. It discloses far too much information, therefore we utilize it with our consumers.
We get a fast answer from LiquidPlanner when a given assignment can be completed. We use the deadline function to block a promise date, and then if something occurs to the plan that causes that job to be completed after the promise date, we are aware of the issue and it is easily solved. We have also rendered our paper methods obsolete since LiquidPlanner allows us to measure timeframes, prices, task completion rates, billed efficiencies, and non-billable efficiencies.
Range of times for estimates. I can see an accurate picture of My Workload easily and my manager can easily redistribute tasks. Estimates take into account the fact I can only work on one task at at time unlike many other Project Management tools that assume you can everything all at once unless you create artificial dependecies. All pages are live and update instantly without needing to refresh. Dependencies work really nicely and can be created at the predecessor or successor side.
The interface can be a little cumbersome or flaky sometimes. For example if I assign a task to myself then click to allocate the estimated time it loses the assignment. Once you know the niggles you can usually work around them though.
We are able to create tasks for our Development projects and assign them to the appropriate developer. Tasks are automatically distributed across the remaining days based upon Developer availability and can be reallocated as required.
