Their easy template, and their politic anti-spam.
What think that is necessary improve the templates web design. Mail Jet still working with Basic Templates.
Lighting Design industry. Looking for better integrations on CRM programs.
Mailjet's ability to segment a list based on certain criteria has been the perfect solution for sending our users emails based on very specific criteria (favorite musical preferences). These emails are our product, so being able to rely on Mailjet's deliverability and stats has been huge. Their team -- especially in the U.S. -- has been tremendously helpful in helping guide our email strategy as well. I also enjoy keeping up with email and marketing trends via their blog.
There's really not much to dislike. I had a little bit of trouble with STMP setup, butI believe it was on the domain side of things, and the Mailjet team were kind enough to walk me through it.
I wasn't so much solving a problem, as much as I was looking for a vehicle to deliver our product (daily targeted emails to a subscriber base).
The sign up process was very easy and quick. They provide multiple currencies including British Pound, which was a bonus. I have now sent a few emails campaigns and the process has been seemless. I think they have a higher rate of delivery compared to some other tools I've used before as I'm getting higher open rates than before.
One of the only things I can fault with the platform is the limited amount of pre-made templates. However their custom template creator is easy enough to create something eye-catching pretty quickly.
We send bi-weekly newsletters to a modest amount of customers keeping them informed of the latest services we have. As we're a small business, I have found Mailjet to be VERY cost-effective in comparison to tools we used previously.
Very easy to use, use it like a SMTP server, Powerfull API
Hard to start and understand that there is a hourly limit at the beginning to verify you're information when you get a big plan.
Resolve most of mailing headache :)
Mailjet provide a really cool dashboard to manage email with a lot of useful stats
Mailjet kind of a big investment for a student like me event if they have low cost plan for liitle use
I'm a student web developer, mailjet helped me to start emailing
Very easy to use and to integrate in many kind of environments
Maybe the 200 mails / day limitation for the free package
We use Mailjet for send weekly newsletters, so we can forget our 'homemade' solution with all bulk mailing problematics !
Mailjet is a well-established email marketing solutions service, which means that customers can easily find hundreds of options to integrate with their existing toolchain.
The takeover of Mailjet by its competitor Mailgun and later Sinch, and the implications on EU data protection, should have been much better communicated. Given the strict European data protection legislation (GDPR), customers need a notice well in advance when a European company is taken over by a Non-European entity.
We use Mailjet for both transactional and newsletter-like email campaigns. We use transactional emails for authentication purposes or as a automated response to a users action like signing up to our services. Email campaigns are used to activate users via call-to-actions embedded in the promotional emails they receive.
Easy to integrate, unlimited test and quick domain validation
User interface is not as intuitive as some of the other competitor in the market
We are sending email campaign every month and Mailjet have been helping us to deliver these emails effectively and efficiently.
Their free plan is better when compared to similar service providers and also the delivery rate is far better than the competitors for SMTP usage on the WordPress website.
The service can be improved in two segments mainly for the support requests and removing the per-day limits on the free plan we might send 1000 emails in one day and then not use the rest emails for some weeks.
Mailjet makes it easy to send emails from our WordPress website through their SMTP service and the delivery rate is good. Our forms were not able to send emails with the WP built mail functions.
I am using it as an SMTP for sending mails from WordPress. It works flawlessly, robust insights, a lot of data, and very stragihtforward setup. A really generous free plan coupled with a lot of really cool features. It also provides marketing realted tools as well, including ability to create campaigns. I personally use it for transactional mails only, but it is a really great tool for a majority of use cases.
Not much to dislike about it. However, the inability to view an already sent email is a bummer for me. As someone who sends 1000+ monthly emails, I dont always remember what I wrote in a particular mail. There should be proper capability to view any sent transactional mail
I am able to use Mailjet to replace WordPress' default poorly built mailing system. Mailjet provides a lot of data-driven insights, reduces server load, and overall streamlines by marketing experience. Really love it. It's API is straightforward and easy to configure. The generous free plan is ideal for majority of users.
