Integromat is one of the largest no-code automation platforms, which has decent pricing! For the ever-growing catalog of supported applications, it's value for money.
Even though Integromat's Catalog has 650 Native Apps, Comparatively, Zapier exceeds the expectations of supported applications! Zapier has their Zap Run Histories very much helpful while debugging. On the other hand, Integromat's workflow tests are not up to par.
We have connected our airtable database to do wonders for us with No-Code Automation Platforms. From payment reminders to sharing receipts and until posting reconcilation, there's a way to do anything and everything with a bit of work.
The versatility of processes that you can create without coding is a considerable upside.
The fact that it doesn't exist a view where you can see the costs comparison by scenario.
From commercial to financial issues, even legal processes are being improved using this tool.
It's effortless to make an integration of several apps
The organization of the names and other integrations can get lost
integrations of several apps like google sheets, Facebook, crm, etc
multiple integrations and easy interaction on the platform
integrations are paused a lot due to errors and it is difficult to integrate with some platforms
it is cheaper than zapier. And we use it to integrate facebook lead ads with google sheet.
The interface is graphically appealing which made it approachable for a non-techie person. The steps for linking chains are somewhat intuitive. There customer service is excellent! Timothy was on top of my issue and provided support in a clear manner.
I would have liked an upfront tutorial on their terminology and which actions create certain outcomes. When you have an error in your chain it doesn't explain why the error is occurring...just that there is one. So you have to dive into a bit of detective work to figure it out.
I wanted to automate an action between GMail and Airtable. It saves me from needed to check my email for those specific types of orders and loads the appropriate information where I need it for my staff.
The core mechanism of Integromat is one part of the interest about the solution. It allows intensive triggering when a lot of api calls are in stake. It exceeds needs where others fail or become expensive. This said, the ease of use and the amount of ready to use functions is near perfection. The bubble design is pure beauty and pragmatic as a tool. The way to test operations and debug is also well executed. There, a lot of little tweaks are awaiting, a lot of tweaks, tweaks that make your like easier compared to vendor. I can't really coun't the amount of feature that start with a "how can I do that" to "Oh it's simple as that". And this was to manipulate nested arrays from a raw api call. This applies to documentation too. When other vendors tend to extended the reading to bring no solution, the solution are written in the documentation. I've reduced my amount of ticket by 3 or 4 that brings less downtime... All positive at this point, I've been using Integromat from free plan for almost a year, just ramp to a paid plan and it worth money by hundreds. To resume the product is what you ever excepted from other vendor for the last three years. Ah, the product is from Europe ! Nice.
There is a lack of premium apps to be integrated (like Marketo) that can be frustrated. But the community is growing fast, more developpers are coming to the platform so we can hope more apps in the future.
I tried to make a lot of automatization with other vendors those became unsustainable in term of pricing, with Integromat I can. I tried some code manipulation or complex arrays manipulation with other vendors those became undoable, with Intgromat I can. With Integromat I got what i've always deserve in term of performance and pricing.
We use a bunch of automation software on the market and the UI/UX of Integromat is great. It being a drag and drop interface is great for visualizing the automation and there are countless data manipulation options. Not many automation tools handle looping or arrays well, but Integromat does a great job with this.
It feels like this should be far easier to use than competitors like Zapier based on the UI/UX, but you often run into error codes that aren't straightforward or sensible. If an automation fails and errors out, it's tough to understand what happened and how you should go about fixing it. It does allow for more robust logic and error handling than other platforms though.
Connecting software and automating processes is the main use-case for Integromat. When requiring heavy logic surrounding Arrays and Looping is when we favor Integromat over competitors.
Visual building of the integration is well-conceived and helpful
The licensing system is per operation, and, oh boy, those operations add up real quick. We have quite simple integrations and we had to keep getting bigger and bigger plans
We gather data from Fulcrum App and use "Make" to analyse it and perform actions based on the analysis
It helps me keep tasks up to date. I save a lot of time by not worrying about certain actions because make already does it
It is difficult to learn to use it. Not much training on it. It would be great that they had a training program
Me ayuda a automatizar tareas como a almacenar datos de formularios, a crear entradas en mis bases de datos, a enviar correos...
With the recent rebrand and 'upgrade' to make there have been a number of usability and bug issues introduced to the platform. I have confidence that these will be resolved by the team, but it has created an unstable environment in make for many months now. I still utilize integromat.com for my personal workflows and have avoided migrating all my key accounts to make.com till the bugs and reliability have been improved on make.com. Integromat has so many different modules for connecting your Saas applications. I also love the flexibility they provide in regards to how many actions you can do for each connection. The visual representation of the integration is a game-changer and in my opinion makes integromat one of the leaders in this space. I used to have to create separate diagrams to document the workflows, but with integromat the integration is self documented in a powerful and visual manner. Their tool set provided for data manipulation, iteration, aggregation and so on is excellent and so far I haven't found a use-case that couldn't be automated with integromat. They even have an HTTP module which allows you to connect easily to any web service, even if they don't support it. This is also a game changer as it often times removes that last barrier to full automation that a tool like Zapier just can't handle on it's own.
Make.com was released as the flagship product too early in the development lifecycle. There are still bug fixes for features that need to be released and make workflows more difficult on the new platform than on integromat previously. I have confidence that the team can fix these, but the amount of time it is taking makes it difficult to use the platform or maintain confidence in the tooling.
integrating web based systems. Automatic Invoicing Automatic email responses Complex automations within PM software (Monday, Asana, etc...) Automatic file uploads/logging. Go-to for any automation / integration for all my consulting clients.
I found Make.com much easier to learn, and very easy to create advanced scenarios than other platforms. We have filled many different functionalities with a help of make, which our software was lacking...
...until something stopped to work. They can make a change to a module you are using, which might be the most important part of your company, so suddenly you are screwed. They support response time takes from 1 to few weeks. If you are going to wait for their help, they will come back for your dead body. Their support is the worst thing possible, even if respect their time, and prepare very good examples, they will ask stupid question during few first emails, and You wont even realize , it has beed already 5 days of exchanging emails without actual results.
I can customize any software containing API to my needs. This is very good at creating a startup business that doesnt do exactly what other business and you want to improvise.
I love that anyone without a strong tech background can use Make and set up their own integrations. There is a huge Make community and lots of resources available to figure out all the possibiltiies and get support for any anomalies. It's quick to pick up and reasonably priced. Definitely highly recommended for startups and MVP creation.
Make used to be a lot more affordable since we were on the legacy plan. However, as our business scaled and Integromat rebranded as Make - we have definitely noticed a difference in cost.
It helps our business create MVPs really quickly. We are an ecommerce company and we use Make to push our inventory to the site daily. We also use it in operations to power our dashboards.
integrates with many other platforms and is more cost efficient than zapier
doesn't seem to have auto triggers like caspio. you need to go fetch records periodically to see if there is activity.
generally used to move data back and forth between platforms
very easy to use and has a lot of different platforms
difficult to manage arrays and partially unstructured outputs
streamline data processes and operations and test new features for our SaaS faster
Make has an intuitive platform that makes integrating different tools quick and easy, even for those on our team with little experience. We were able to connect tools that don't have direct connections and automate processes saving us hours of work.
There are there some connection issues in scenarios when basing filters off of date fields in salesforce, though this happens rarely. Otherwise, some connections we would like are not available, but you are able to suggest tools for them to add connections with.
We use Make primarily for the automation of processes that were previously manual. This includes updating data in salesforce from other tools, sorting and reconciling emails, updating statuses in other tools, ect.
I love how most activities are built in. Beyond that working with an API is straightforward once you get the hang of it. When I get stuck the support is really helpful.
Some things are not intuitive and iterators are somewhat buggy. This can be easily solved converting it with JSON first, but that's an extra step. It's a small quibble to be honest.
We need to pass quiz data from Canvas to Knack. We also use Make to interact between Canvas and Arlo to keep track of student participation. In the future we will use Make to have Arlo and ActiveCampaign talk.
Make allowed me to build a saas-tool without prior knowledge of coding. I was able to learn a lot of things and use Make.com in many different ways. It is great that you can start with simple scenarios in the beginning and get more elegant and sophisticated over time. The visual builder makes it easy to understand what you are doing.
Sometimes when working with Airtable it is a bit annoying to get new fields (fields created after starting to work on the scenario) into a scenario as a variable. But that is really a minor thing to complain about.
Make allows me to connect multiple services in an easy and reliable way. The visual builder allows me to create automation that I could not create with classic coding.
Great UI and easy to use. i love the variety of integration especially with WP. cheaper than Zapier.
slightly high learning curve... since the tool is very technical and powerful, it takes a while to understand how things run.
integrating Twilio SMS with Wordpress based on specific triggers.
Lots of integrated applications. Easy to use GUI, drag and drop interface, a bit of coding can be used to make more advanced rules etc which can be very easily picked up. Very reasonably priced too!
The dashboard interface can be improved slightly. The navigation around scenarios (especially if you have many) can be a bit confusing and require several clicks to find the right tone.
Integrating many different applications like sheets, forms, websites, Facebook/IG and so on. It has helped to automate many tasks and more them more efficiently executed. All at a very decent price!
