The main problem we faced is bounce rate in email, that has been addressed and solved which helps us to increase our revenue.

In email there is no default option to set the font size even though it's a minute bug that consume some significant time.

In a sertain point we started to send bulk email which resulted in significant increase in bounce rate which is encountered by moosend team and it started decreasing.

Moosend is really easy to undersatnd, there are no complexities. I don't have any technical background due to which I face issues with few mailing platform but Moosend has solved this problem it is really easy to navigate and use the platform effectively. It also offers various email templates, I can easily create professional and designed mails without extensive designing skills.

There's nothing to dislike about in Moosend though there are only limited options available in the basic plan. Rest everything is upto the mark.

Without technical background it's difficult to understand mail platforms and creation of designed mails is bit challenging but with Moosend everything is possible with one click of the mouse one can easily create designed mail, email automation process. Furthermore it includes monitoring and analytics tools which helps to track the performance of mail campaigns easily.

I moved to Moosend after researching alternatives to Mailchimp. At first I went to Brevo / Send in Blue - that was ok but wasn't a good fit for me. I really like working with the Moosend interface. Everything is clearly navigable and usability scores high. The segmentation, automation and landing page tools are really useful, and the way the site is designed helps me think clearly about the different aspects of creating and managing campaigns. Above all I recommend Moosend for its support. Whenever I have had a question I have been able to use chat or email to get through to a real person very quickly. This is appreciated as often the bots out there are a frustration to thoe of us who only tend to open a chat when they have already read through the help pages and been unable to fully resolve their problem. I regularly use Moosend reports to better understand my audience relationships and as I grow my business I know I will be able to connect Moosend to a wide variety of other services.

The logo isn't great and I'd like a bit more customisation to be possible in the management of audience lists without the need to download and reimport.

This is a mature platform with all the features necessary for email marketing. I have used email marketing software for 20 years and Moosend is my go to for newsletter marketing.

There is always room for improvement in user experience, but the recent redesign improves things. The landing page builder is not very sophisticated. Other than that if I compare it with the competition I can't find major shortcomings.

I don't do an intensive use of newsletter marketing but Moosends solves all my problems with it. Aside from that I am able to do automations easily, integrate with Wordpress quickly and implement further integrations with Zapier like services (for Facebook Ads retargeting, for example)
