When first looked at the software I knew instinctively that I wanted to use it. It is really easy to set up lists and to watch the stats so wee where campaigns are most helpful. It has a clean UI and the bits of the site that carry the most functionality and light and fast and easy to navigate. Really well planned out. That is why I loved it at first sight. I love the Academy and its resources and I see them both as a chance to learn and to drive potential revenues. The follow-up videos after signing up were excellent and crammed full of things that I needed to know. Most recently I have had the need to make a particular enquiry relating to compliance matters and I found the assistance I received from Nicholas was fast, helpful and very detailed. This benefited me by ensuring that I could answer client's questions quickly and plan for future compliance reviews armed with the right information. It is fast, light and well supported by a team of exceptional people.

It is not quite so straightforward possibly if you have never dealt with at least some more techy lingo around the use of emails and email servers, but the resources are there to help you learn and the technical assistance is rapid.

Gain oversight of new sign-ups, contact already made and identifying content that will interest people with different tastes. Whilst I wouldn't call that targeting, it is having the ability to manage automation and campaigns but also to tailor them which I use it for. Due to its inherent responsiveness as a web app, the tasks that I log onto do are completed expeditiously and without fuss.

Nothing. I basically like everything about this product.

Bulk(ish) email campaigns. It helps me tremendeously in smaller campaigns targeted at few hundred leads.

It is robust but not intrusive. I have found other CRMs that bog down my Wordpress site to provide the same functionality that I need and getting from Moosend. Your product is slick and I have found no degradation in site speed or performance with this plugin installed.

I didn't like the fact that it hasn't been updated in a while - but that has been taken care of by your team - approx. 4 weeks ago. I have no issues with 5.7 (yet)

I am using this to corral all of my email contacts for my business. I love the quick and easy Newsletter Campaigns that I can put together in a quick fashion. All of my contacts are in one spot and I am able to contact them with product or service updates at a whim. I am also starting to provide free content using this platform and love how little time out of my day is taken up with this task.

The Moosend service has a convenient dashboard structure. All the main functions are displayed on the first screen. Intuitive interface for navigating to workspaces. Many functions for various types of mailings - segmentation, automatic mailing, timed mailing.

In my opinion, you can study the capabilities of the service in a free trial mode if the subscriber limit is from 2000 to 2500. The service offers 1000, while making strict requirements for the lists. In my case, like many others, I use my old subscriber lists. I am just starting to do mailings and at the same time clear my list of "dead" addresses.

I'm looking for a user-friendly service with beautiful letter templates and a user-friendly editor. Your service fully meets these requirements. After gaining experience in mailings, I plan to segment mailings and analytical processing of the results.

I recently started using Moosend, after trying almost all equivalent known platforms. It took me some time to get things going, but after that the outcome is magnificent. The interface is user friendly and simple, but at the same time offers a lot of advanced options. There are quite plenty templates you can use out of the box, but in my case most of the times some tweaking was needed. If you have basic knowledge of graphic design and html scripting you can create very beautiful and eye-catching newsletters. The platform performs fast, at least for my needs. Even if you don't know how to use it, a plethora of information, faq and "how to" are available. One of the things that really surprised me is the fact that the free tier is fully functional with great performance and without "shady" terms, as long as you now what you need. In addition even the paid tiers are at low cost in comparison to the service you get.Overall in my opinion it's a "must try" platform.

There are not major things that i don't like, mostly because the platform improves constantly and covers 100% my needs. One thing i would like, is more options to the width of the newsletters, in order to use different sizes of custom graphics. Something i would like to mention mostly as an "advice" to anyone who wants to try the platform is that without using the "senders option" (spf) there is a chance some mails to end up in spam. But that is a common problem to all these programs.

I absolutely love Moosend! I am a new user, having come from a huge platform, to a medium platform, and when I found Moosend, it was a no brainer to move my list over. Their Customer Support is, hands down, the best I have seen on the market! Super fast tech support, new integrations and connections come daily. I would recommend this over and over to all my clients.

The API is easy and powerful. This was crucial as I looked at your competitors (both large and small) and their API was either far too complicated or could not do what I needed to have done.

The UI/UX is top notch. The main USP according to us is the email management done in Moosend. The API is reliable and works under heavy load. Outstanding support adds feathers to the existing capabilities of Moosend. A lot of tutorials and videos are available for beginners.

In love with their landing page builder. The email marketing is powerful and managing mailing lists and the members is super simple. We created a form for lead magnet and added subscribers in Moosend via integration platforms. The ease of API integration, reliability and simplicity took our campaign to a great success rate.

We were looking for an easy, affordable newsletter system to send updates to different mailing lists in our about 100-200 audience. I did some research and Moosend provided for free what other systems charged $10-30/month for (in terms of newsletter elements, audience control/subscribing, etc.). The website is not the most intuitive for someone who is accustomed to easy-to-use graphic design sites such as canva.com, but the customer support is absolutely FANTASTIC. I was beyond impressed by the speed, efficiency, and friendliness with which the Moosend team responded to every question I had when trying to navigate the site -- especially considering I'm not even a paid user! So thankful we found this platform; it's exactly what we needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive, easy way to market to a email-based community.

Again, creating newsletters isn't as easy as on simpler sites such as Substack, for example, but that's not a big concern since the support team is ready to help with any issues anytime.

We can more easily direct specific emails to different groups and now have a newsletter system running to keep in touch with our community.

The amount of features included in the free version is incredible. And really valuable especially for anyone just starting out.

It would be nice if there was atleast 1 landing page. But can't complain. If it had as many integrations as mailchimp. It would be nice.

The ease of use - for starters. I find this software the easiest to navigate as I don't have to dig too far to find the setting(s) or feature I wish to use. As most of us currently, I find I have very little time to "do something" much less spend it looking for functionality within my Email Campaign Manager. Moosend solves this with an intuitive UI. The generator is also another cool feature I really like and it is better than most others.

It hasn't been an issue for me yet, but with how fast Wordpress moves and updates - I am a little worried about security with the Moosend plugin available in the Wordpress Repository. It says it hasn't been updated in a while!

Lo unique que he puedo decir, es que no he logrado realizar los formularios desde la moosend. Pero debo intentarlo nuevamente por que los procedimientos son sencillos solo que me da un error al final.

Estoy llegando a mis con envíos masivos y tengo un reporte que me brinda la información que necesito para desarrollar mis estrategias comerciales. Tods los recursos estan en una sola herramiento y es muy intuitiva. Recomendada para personas que tienen poca experiencia en desarrollo.

I have a problem with them, and even with my bad english skills they solved it a quick as possible.

I haven't used deeply, so i have nothing to complain until now.

I had a problem with my emails, because they were beeing rejected.

We tried many similar software but those won't integrate properly or would decline our request saying -- a completed website is required. We understood it was a reference to Sales funnel as an incomplete website. Finally we ended up with Moosend. Moosend gave a very good chat support and since we did not have coding skills, also helped us out to see that Moosend integrates properly. That was the best part -- We got started!

We are yet to find out.... Nothing to dislike yet.

We wanted to collect proper email lists from forms on our sales funnel ready for categorized and tagged members / customers and then follow up with them. Moosend helped us by integrating itself to sales funnel.

I've used several tools like this over the last 15 years and I've found that no matter what, technology has glitches and learning curves. I have yet to come across a glitch in the Moosend tech, but I did need some help figuring out how to set it up, and every person from Moosend support, who helped me, has been fantastic. I'm very happy. Support is very important to me and this company delivers really well. Their support is definitely my favorite feature! Thank you guys so much!

Moosend solves my need for using a tool that is simple, does what I need it to do, and is something I can teach my students how to use too. I love that my students can start out and get established for free, and then monetize and upgrade.

First and foremost, I can create easily nice looking newsletters & subscription forms. Also, it offers great documentation and useful tips on how to use the platform. For someone like me, that doesn't know how to start, makes the experience less painful and more manageable.

Sometimes, my log-in page takes longer time to load. Other than that, I have't encountered any other concerning issues.

I want to start a newsletter for my website and I was looking for an easy-to-use marketing platform. I stuck with Moosend because its platform makes it easy for me to create stylish and personalized subscription forms by simply using the drag & drop form builder.

I work with many small businesses who are just getting into ecommerce and building their email lists and want to minimize costs, so I've been forced to use MailChimp for many years. I saw a link for Moosend and gave them a try and I have to say this is a much more robust system that MailChimp with a better interface and better options. I've now migrated over 4 clients to Moosend and will be incorporating it into a new SAAS that we're building.

I think the name is dumb and a little childish.

Offering a free account for a decent quantity of contacts is very important, as is automation and the ability to integrate and use for abandoned cart recovery.
