Marketing automation on moosend is a breeze, really responsive customer support team, everything is easy to use and quick to set up, easy drag and drop templates and easy to understand workflows.

There's no SMS integration, so no transaction messages. Sometimes sender verification does not work well.

Easily add subscription forms, RSS feeds can be created and subscribers receive updates about blog posts automatically.

Sceduling multiple campaigns using count down timer and creating interactive newsletters and analytics given by Moosend is little better than mailchimp, It is cheaper compared to other Email marketing tools. Can be easily integrated with ecommerce platforms.

We create our own customised newsletter template, moosend does not provide templates with higher user interactive values and we can not create our own customised template and one more thing is response is slow to heavy load.

It is easiest tool to build templates which is most appreciated & it is specifically I used with salesforce. It is very affordable as compared to other email Marketing tools.

One thing about moosend which I dislike is, it is not used for transactional purpose, also we're unable to download report which needs to be improve to moosend.

It is very cost effective so that it is possible to reach maximum no of customers at very minimal spend. By automation of emails it is great experience. so the business performance increased because of this email automation tool.

The intuitive user face makes it easy for anyone to make email templates. I also like the list options and the ability to send a test email to view it as a recipient.

I initially disliked that we couldn't add hyperlinks but they updated it and now I am able to do so. It seems they are very receptive to user feedback and suggestions which is very much appreciated.

Moosend allows starting for free until 1.000 subscribers. Is a simple tool to understand, you can split emails into lists easily and send them with a great looking. I like that is way simpler than Mailchimp, it's so easy to use. Also, Moosend has different options of how can be used for email marketing. You can send a campaign, do A/B tests, make automation with triggers to welcome people when they sign up, and even make an opt-in.

It has a lot to get better, even visually seems great, the emails should have more options to attach document not just set URLs. Besides, it gets harder to integrate with other companies or plugins that are on the WordPress market. But, I stick with them because their reports are great!

I have started an email list with subscribers from my wedding blog and it has helped me a lot to achieve my goals. Also, they have great customer service when I needed help they answer quickly and in a great manner. Even I get some emails from them there isn't a lot and also they had invited me to some really cool webinars, this could be something good for starters who needs help.

This is the first time I am using something like this and I am still in the learning stages, but so far it has been easy to navigate and understand.

I need to write newsletters to my subscribers as well as create landing pages and a blog. I seem to have some trouble finding how to connect it to my Joomla web platform.

In the free version you can basically design your own newsletter instead of being limited to very few templates. Also it allows you to check the feedback on your newsletters, meaning opening rate and bounce rate. The editing tool itself is very userfriendly and only takes a few minutes to figure out.

I didn't like that apparently some of the mails I sent landed in the Spam-Box at my recipients.

Customer service is the best I have ever seen. Easy to navigate menus, easy to integrate, simple plug and play setup. Charts and graphics are visually appealing.

I want to see more details in all activity summaries - the other columns that were originally imported into the list, ie the organization, the last contact, and so on. This information is displayed when you view the list, but viewing more information will be a very insightful contact if they interact with an email campaign in that particular summary view.

I originally tried to use Amazon Web Services and Email Octopus, but it's hard to set them up, it's costly, and it's hardly user friendly. Moosend keeps in touch with our customers and forwards notifications to them. Their support staff is friendly, quick to answer, super-accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone interested in implementing email marketing in their business activities; Moosend is great!

The color schemes were poor. The customer service was quite bad. You could not connect to social media either.

We started using Moosend recently, and it's been great. It works well with most automations. I recently found out that it doesn't work with Shopify for abandoned carts. They have a Shopify plug-in they choose not to update, which means my abandoned cart automation stopped working with no notification. I reached out to customer service and was told it was not their concern; I got no help or accountability. If you are not using Shopify it might be perfect for you. I like that the MOOSEND allows you to run multiple sub-accounts billed under one central account. It's good value for your buck!

I don't particularly appreciate that they refuse to update their Shopify plugin or have a detailed guide to code in their tracking manually. They have updated most things; I would like to see more and more customization features launch.

Moosend is a reasonably decent email marketing tool. The plans are good, especially their free plan but they don't offer custom plans. It is good for small scale organisations but not for a medium to large organisation. Their email builder is good and the templates are nice.

I think they should have more tutorials, custom plans and a better ui/ux

Moosend is simple to use, so my staff likes it as everything can be done quicker and more easily than before but it's not sufficient for our organizational needs

I liked that for an HTML minded person they could flex and get creative within the system. The marketing was quite quirky and cool.

My team and I just need simplicity and basic design features out of the system at the present time. Also, I found moving around the system a lit bit clunky.

We needed an email marketing platform. This will allow us to deliver regular news and information to our community. We found 2 other platforms more suited to the task and will be trying out with them for a few months.

It was a good free competitor to MailChimp and MailerLite. It had even more features than the free forever plan from MailChimp. Great templates, automation, resending to no-opens, and scheduling, among other essential features, were available to users under the free plan.

Moosend was sold, and they changed the free plan to a 30 days trial plan. A 30 day trial period is not enough to try this type of service, especially if you want to weigh your options and make an informed comparison for this marketing tool. That's beside the learning curve you must deal with while testing and setting up the tool.
