Email marketing with Automation, Segmentation, A/B split testing, reporting and analytics, transactional emails all included in even the lowest paid membership.... all these features are premium features in all the top competitors! I know I researched dozens of them! I know I've even left some features out, so check it out if you want complete email marketing at the best possible price.

Probably the fact that Moosend isn't known well enough for more companies integrating them in their own program.... but then Moosend would charge more for being more famous :-)

I'm just starting out but I needed transaction email for no extra cost and I needed A/B split testing to see which campaigns were more successful this combination alone would cost me at least double the price.

I feel that there's always something new being developed and the support team is nice. The personalization goes beyond the "name" and this is important for romance languages that applies gender to nouns

There are simple features that are surprisingly not present, like multiple accounts for login.

Outstanding support, landing pages and the UI is very friendly. The automation stuff is also great. However what I like best is their chat support which is always there if you need support.

No tags but it is a coming feature. as per their roadmap

Moosend has a user friendly platform, and useful templates that are easily customizable. I was very impressed with the campaign that I was able to send out, and Moosend saved me the trouble of having to spend time writing a bunch of html code. I used Moosend to create and deliver our quarterly research newsletter to our subscribers. Everything from creating the newsletter to uploading the excel spreadsheet with our subscribers emails was simple and efficient. The data collection of which subscribers opened the newsletter has also been very useful. Overall, we are very pleased with the final product we were able to create with Moosend and all of the features Moosend has to offer.

I would like to be able to resend my campaign to the individuals who didn't initially open the first campaign sent to them without having to create a new campaign. This way I could have all of the "click" data in one area. There were some issues with some users having our campaign end up in their spam folder, but that may be more of an issue with our Qualtrics survey than our newsletter - we haven't really been able to figure this part out.

Moosend allowed me to create digital content to share with my subscribers. The benefit of Moosend has been seeing which users are engaging with our content, so that we can allocate our time and efforts more efficiently in the future. I was searching for an email marketing app for opencart and somehow i have found moosend and very happy with it. It has great segmentation like customers who visited a page or bought something or last time visited the store combined with automation it is a great email marketing tool i can only recoment. And yes it is free for 1000 subscribers.

It is a complex app and it takes bit time until you understand it.

To be honest, I haven't come across anything that limits my functionality or access.

I am able to send webpage like email to my clients. Previously, I was sending simple emails, but now we can add more functionality to our emails to our prospective and existing clients. Apart from adding images, I can also add advertisement in the form of banners to my email.

Like many companies we are doing our transitions from physical events to virtual events, and the tools that moosend offers help us a lot: Registration Form, Powerful Template Editor, Mailing Campaigns and Segments and API Integration. I compared directly to mailchimp and moosend wins by far in.

In the first days I experience some issues (the page dont load), but in recent days it works smooth.

I startes with the free plan, and dont think before upgrade my plan when realized that my my subscribers are growing.

I like the automation section where you can do plenty of routes to automate your communication with customers. The ability to make landing pages is also tremendously useful.

Dont love the UI but is still very functional

We are able to segment our communication depending on the behavior of our customers on our Shopify store with the easy to connect plugin

The plaform has fresh look with a great range of feature which are easy to configure and use. All support questions are answered quickly and the range of packages are very cost effective. Templates are easy to customise and the build in graphics library is a welcome addition. One of the most useful features is the ability to see exactly where a user has clicked withing your email as well as seeing whether they used a desktop or mobile client. Where some other systems charge for the number of subscribers in your list, Moosend only charges per email sent and the abilty to check if your email will be classed as spam is very useful indeed. The heat map of where in the world the emails have been opened is useful as well as the ability to use A/B testing.

Nothing really but would like to have the ability to stagger the delivery at 10 minute intervals etc. It would be useful to have a limited access to a few landing pages to be able to try that feature out, perhaps with limited functionality of them.

Moosend gives me the option of creating high energy campaigns which I have used in a business and personal setting to publicise my novel 'Next of Kin' to my newsletter subscribers. On the business side of things, the costs are clear and very competative for the amount of emails you can send in each package.

Moosend has a number of features that I have really liked starting with the ease of use, implementation and analytics. Beyond that I am super impressed with the support team and their ability to respond and be so helpful. Kudos to the team!

So far, there is nothing to dislike. I am really pleased I made the switch to Moosend.

The scope of work you can do through Moosend system: - automation builder lets you build a really complex email sequences - multiple segmentation options and list building with custom fields - HTML drag-and-drop email builder with a lot of flexibility - reporting and deliverability performance measured at campaign and automation levels - multi-account management right out of the bat - customer service is very responsive and cares to help you - finally, Moosend is affordable and includes early startups and bootstrapped list builders without asking for a steep entry-level price while delivering the same value and features (or more!) as other big players in the industry

- The entire interface could use some refreshing as it looks dated - Some dashboard views are not clear and intuitive - Issues with deliverability when Moosend is integrated with other 3rd parties

After trialing several email marketing products (one of them being Moosend) before committing to a platform, it became quickly apparent that Moosend was a clear winner on all of the parameters I had set to bench mark what I was looking for; 1/ Visual appeal 2/ Ease of Use 3/ Email Tracking 4/ Flexibility 5/ Cost And since making the decision my appreciation of this product has only grown. I've founded a startup so whilst cost is an important factor, the visual appeal of my mail outs and the functionality are equally important again Moosend a clear winner on all metrics.

I'm yet to discover anything I could list as a dislike regarding the product, and while something may surface as my business grows, with the support I received from Moosend when signing up and getting familiar with the software I'm confident any issues will be resolved quickly and efficiently by what I've found to be a both knowledgable and friendly customer support team.

I'm sending HTML mail to new B2B clients, an so the visual and informative emails I am able to produce using Moo send conveys my Brand DNA very well in a visual sense combined with a very functional interface, so again most impressed.
