This platform is very easy to navigate, like all new things I had to 'learn' how to get to where I wanted to get to which I always struggle with as I am not the most teckie person on the planet. I only use it for basic bulk emailing, & no selling etc so was very nervous in the beginning. But the customer support was there throughout & helped immensley, even though a lot of what they wrote looked like another language! so therefore if little 'ol me can do it anyone can- Highly recommend Moosend for people like me.

Its no code campaign builder. It is a platform that with minimal to null developer time is needed to start sending campaigns. It is user friendly and very intuitive. It allows to have AB testing, personalization, segmentation, landing pages and form, all in one place! Customer support is spot on, they will work to solve your issue very fast.

I felt that forms where a little limited in their designs, and there wasn't an option to create a form from scratch, with no previous layout.

Moosend allows to create email campaigns from zero, using one of your templates or uploading a template. This helps reduce time and costs of a developer. It allows to personalize emails through segmentation and AB testing, all in one place.

The ease of use as well as the fantastic support you get. Not only is it the most helpful it's SUPER fast, within minutes they are responding to help you with your issues unlike other companies that can take days to respond.

I've not found anything yes that I disliked. In places where I thought something could be better their support is very accepting of those suggestions and makes sure the appropriate teams know.

Moosend lets me quickly and easily create an email campaign and send it to over 3000 subscribers with ease and it's very affordable especially for us being a non-profit we have to watch every penny. Before Moonsend our emails were boring to look at and it took a long time to send emails about. Moosend has solved all of that.

Automations and suggested templates save a lot of time.

Moosend shows me metrics and data of how my emails have been doing and gives insight on how I can improve to better reach new clientele. They are easy to contact and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns we may have about the platform.

Moosend does take a long time to upload mailing lists, especially if there are thousands of emails, making it time consuming to upload the lists.

Moosend makes it easy to send out thousands of emails all at once rather than having to send out emails one by one. They are also making it creative and fun to construct emails by providing templates that spark creativity and make it exciting to draft up emails to reach thousands of clients in one day!

Great product that's easy to use, and customer support who's responsive and really cares.

Our experience has been great so far, so there's nothing I can highlight here.

We wanted a reliable email marketing tool to build our email list. We chose Moosend after a side-by-side comparison with Mailchimp, ConvertKit, and ActiveCampaign. What's great about Moosend is that anyone (involved in brand operations) in our team can use it after watching a couple of product walkthroughs we've created. Now, we're looking for ways to grow our email list, knowing that the foundation (of having a great tech partner) is there.

The editor is easy to use, and very customizable. The support feature is great, and I always got feedback within minutes. Pricing is also the best out there in my opinion. Love the scale based on subscribers. Overall I would highly recommend.

I didn't love that I had to add First Name and Last Name as fields, as they only had "Name" in there. You can hide the "Name" field and display your custom ones, which helped solve the problem though. They are working on EU requirements. It doesn't allow for cold emailing like the U.S. does. I'm not a huge fan of cold emailing, but there are times when we needed to send out email blasts to all of our clients who hadn't previously subscribed. There was an issue with some bounces that resulted in disabling the account for a short time, but they worked quickly to resolve it.

The ease of use in building email templates. I love that you can edit so easily and create landing pages easily as well. The A/B testing really helped us adjust how we email!

Platform is intuitive, flexible and easy to use. When you have a question and need help, the customer service team is always there to help.

The dashboard and metrics after you send a campaign are very useful. Some other tools make this overly complicated this is big charts, easy to understand almost fun

I would normally say the email designer is very bad compared to other tools, but I'm so happy to say the email buider has way improved. Anyone familiar with Wordpress or building rows and columns will feel right at home and it's very easy to make modern looking emails now.

Cold emailing and outreach is so important and thats what we use moosend to do. Customer engagement and new leads. The more we use it the more benefits we get, its very simple but effective

Moosend is an exceptionally easy to use and intuitive site to use, and at a fraction of the cost of other providers. We have list management and tags that can be set up and the template creation is easy to use too.

I haven't yet figured out how to add a custom unsubscribe link to the bottom of the email and do not really like the look of the default one. It would also be great if there were more fonts available for use.

Moosend allows us to send custom, mass emails to our students and families. We are able to communicate with our families by grade, whole school or even just to our faculty. This gives us a far more professional feel than the CRM system we use internally.

Their campaigns/promotions, approach and their professionalism. They always deliver what they promise, no holdbacks or maintenances in middle of campaigns. Highly recommended.

So far nothing, I have not come across anything that I don't like about Moosend. Everything is perfectly managed and I don't think there is any changes/improvements they can do. Excellent platform.

That it targets a lot of candidates and most can be reached and they can get back to you with great candidate (employers and consultants). It reaches much more candidates and employers who are actively marketing their consultants!

I feel that the process to post a job or requirement is a bit tedious. More training can probably be given so that we can find the process a little more easier

I had some troubles with people receiving emails in spam, but now I changed some things (easily) with their help, and now it seems fine.

Making it easy to design, deliver and track email campaigns. I love the automations that have unlimited actions (unlike mailchimp). I really like taking my readers and customers on a journey, but I get demotivated a lot when the program or tech is not working with me. With Moosend I can really focus on the content, without having to pay the ´professional´ prices that mailchimp asks.

We switched our company from Mailchimp to Moosend almost two years ago, dramatically improving our delivery rate, opening rate, click-through rate, etc., basically every quantifiable category. The initial campaigns we tested with were designed for MC and simply resent through Moosend, yet far outperformed their previous numbers. That, combined with the data sorting and analysis tools, makes it a far superior platform.

The interface can be a little intimidating, to begin with, and they do not provide any kind of easy walkthrough videos or "tutorial" campaign, so the start can be a little rough. The website is also occasionally a little temperamental, not allowing you to log in for seemingly no reason. Compared to the upsides, though, these issues are quite miniscule.

Moosend allows us to connect with our mailing list and provides far more data on each campaign than prior services, allowing us to understand better and compare what motivates and succeeds with specific segments.

Working on the dashboard while say launching a new campaign is fast. There is chat support available five days a week round the clock to help if you need help.

I could spot more features for any email marketing software, including so many automation opportunities. However, they are not in SMS marketing, which gives them a disadvantage should someone want to have email marketing and SMS marketing under one dashboard.

All our WordPress websites have the Moosend Website Connector plugin activated. This helps to have subscriber forms, sharing of latest posts through RSS campaigns seamlessly.

The support has been first class. The chat has been very helpful and, where necessary, has been escalated to an expert who followed up in a helpful and timely manner. The library of help also seems comprehensive and easily understandable.

Everything so far has been great, there is nothing I can pick fault with.

I have only one promotional email campaign each year during the Christmas season. Moosend provides me with the tools I need to easily construct a campaign that is measurably effective and at a cost this small etailer can afford. My 2022 campaign delivered nearly $12,000 in sales from my investment of about $150. What little customer support I required has been delivered in a timely, capable and personable manner.

I wish that I could subscribe for the month I need the service and immediately cancel the subscription while retaining access during that month. That said, after forgetting to cancel at month's end and being charged for the additional month that I did not need or use, they graciously refunded to me the the additional month's charges.

We love how intuitive and simple it is to use. We can create beautiful newsletters and send them to our research and scientific community. Previously, we struggled to make visually stimulating newsletters, so Moosend helped us when needed.

There are very few things to dislike, but a few features could be further worked on. We want to be able to save entire sections as a template so that we can move it from the "layouts" menu. We know that some custom layouts can be created, but expanding on that would be very beneficial for many Moosend users.

It is helping us solve the issue of manually building newsletters for our community. Previously, we created newsletters using Word, but it did not meet our basic needs.

I like the interface and because is really easy to use. I think my campaigns have better opening. I love the integration with Wordpress.

All works really well but, you can improve the text editor. When I write, I need some time to put links, bold and other things like that.

I used many tools but Moosend have more security, deliverability and integration with other tools like Wordpress and Revue.

Solves manual work ofcourse of sending the email. The automation tool works really well with conditions. The opening rates are good.

At Moosend, I particularly appreciate the usability of the interface, as well as the number of features, including the API and the automation system that allows to set up efficient conversion tunnels. Finally, the migration went very well, thanks to the automatic import, and the chat support which is extremely friendly, fast and competent.

In some cases for a few emails, the mobile preview si not the same as the sent email.

First of all Moosend saved me a lot of time for building emails. Another great integration was automation.

They should integrate SMS marketing. For an online shop, transactional SMS messages are vital.

Our friend in digital marketing. Takes care of lead generation with automation tools. Subscription forms and landing pages connect seamlessly with WordPress sites through plugins. Its landing pages on our WordPress sites saves hiring pricey developers or going for expensive pro themes.

I love the deliverability. When you start, you needs to configure DKIM and SPF and verify the domain, then you can use. I like it the text editor, is easy and intuitive.

Sometimes, the number of subscribers don't is correct. But is a minimal thing, is not really important. Another thing can be better is the statistics, maybe be more clear.

I can send a daily newsletter. Don't have any restrictions about the number of emails per month. You pay for subscribers. That is a benefit that I consider essential.

Their templates are easy to navigate and they offer beautiful template designs I can modify to my liking.

I don't have any dislikes at this stage of the game.
