The software is straightforward and intuitive to use; the analytics are surprisingly extensive. The layout tools are flexible; the learning curve is relatively shallow. From sending out emails with attachments that not everyone could open, to using Moosend, with the ability to embed video and images, along with the adaptive features, has been nothing short of a revelation.

So far (we are only a couple of weeks into using Moosend), nothing has come up that has caused more than a brief concern.

Our strategy for reaching our church members and fringe adherents was somewhat chaotic, with weekly pdf newsletters, occasional other mailings, and ad-hoc emails from our Administrators, meaning that our audience was overloaded with email. People were not reading everything, or were failing to download attachments, or the emails were bouncing. We have now streamlined our weekly newsletter using Moosend, and occasional mailings are sent out in the same format. Ad-hoc emails are reduced, as it is so much easier to use Moosend for a weekly digest. Engagement has improved, and we know who might have failed to open the emails, so other follow up can be arranged.

There is room to improve the overall user interface & more color combinations for the dashboard.

My email lists/leads are in moosend now, which I use to send email campaigns/ Newsletters etc.

I once thought with myself and questioned why an excellent product couldn't be free ? So, it has paid plans if you need extra power to your business but for the ones starting, there is not better product than Moosend, easy to use, great support, so, all I need of a product like that.

It's very affordable and has a lot of resources available to build you email list and make professional newsletters.

I had small issues verifying my sender account but it an easy fix. The customer support send me their protocols that showed me exactly what to do.

I'm able to build an email list to keep my consumers up to date with my website. This is important because I'm making lots of changes and want to keep my readers involved. Also, there's plugins and resources that make the entire process easy.

They send too many tutorials to my mail, I don't need them, but they daily send me "tips and tricks"

It does all the tasks expected from it without any hassles. It has a great free plan, and it's one of the rare email marketing tools that doesn't brand itself in every email you send under the free plan—definitely recommended. It also has a very intuitive template builder.

It should show the time spent by the reader on the emails. That would be a great addition to an otherwise excellent Email marketing tool.

I'm using it to send email marketing campaigns. Its template builder is straightforward to use. Email Campaign scheduling perfectly works. It is easy to set up and analyze after. One can set up the first campaign within minutes, and the analysis part is very informative. Looking at the campaign details, one can get the essential information right away--total opens, unique opens, no. of clicks, etc. It also presents the information per recipient, like who opened a specific link and how many times. Since email marketing is a necessary tool to land clients, this tool makes the process very scientific and not like shooting arrows in the dark. It improves the overall efficiency of your email campaigns.

Whitelabel functionalities still need improvements. Other than that, there's currently nothing I dislike about Moosend.

My agency needed an ESP that was affordable, white label, had all the features I need and was easy to use. Moosend offers all that and more. Software providers like Moosend make my life easier, running my business more profitable, more fun and overall BETTER.

I love the ease of use when it comes to Moosend. The price point is perfect as well, I do wish there were some in-betweens for the number of subscribers, but overall no complaints. I love that I can create a landing page for free too. The overall platform is solid.

They referred to a solid email scrubbing site that integrates with Moosend. Beneficial tool to have and use.

Excellent delivery and tracking results. Easy HTML Template uploading and Sending.

Sometimes face problems when uploading list. Need to add a feature for adding person's name in the email template.

My hosting provider accepts moosend easily, where others were not taken easily. After sending two campaigns I Got two clients.
