Love the reports, the tracking and ability to send emails that are unopened.

Like Moosend not something I don't like. Importing email was a little tricky before I worked it out.

We are able to connect with all of our schools via email marketing that is helping create sales for us.

I can start off on a free plan that let's me build up a list. Then once I'm making money from that list I'm happy to start paying for a plan. MooSend let's me do that.

There have been some tiny teething problems. but nothing I couldn't easily work through.

It's really fast to construct all your emails

Customer support was excellent. I needed assistance a number of times while setting up forms and automation as well as with spam proof setting. The Moosend team was very responsive and always provided professional and helpful advice. Also love all the feature they provide for campaign emails and forms on their basic plan. Perfect for my type of business and service.

The edit function at times doesn't show while editing content in campaigns and forms. Noticed that switching to mobile phone view and then back to PC view fixed the issue. There is no search function in the mailing list view. Makes it a little tedious when searching for a specific contact on the list.

As a leadership coach I want to stay in touch with my network and provide them with valuable content. Moosend forms also allow potential clients to sign up on my website.

The customer support is great, even on the free plan. They are very helpful and give their time. The fact that I can send a small campaign for free is a great incentive to stay with Moosend also.

Sometimes I don't know if I am editing the overall Template or if I am editing the template which is assigned to my specific campaign. Even just a banner at the top to show me which one I'm editing would be great.

I'm using Moosend to send monthly newsletters to existing clients for marketing purposes.

It's refreshing to be able to login to a service and use it within a few minutes. Also it' great not to get penalized because you get some information wrong like it's competitors do. Also, the price structure to be able to go from basic to premium really helps the cash of a small SME like us. We are not going to use alone else for this service.

So far, nothing. The whole dashboard has been put together correctly and when you plan to send out a campaign the way it steps through the checklist is quite perfect.

It's so much easier for us to track results without being locked out of a service just for making small mistakes. Also to be able to test campaigns and to get instant results if wonderful with our client base.

Absolutely all the features are exceptional. Easy to create funnels, sequences, lists, schedule emails, and of course - create them. The email content creation tool is so simple, that actually it takes no time to create great piece of content for your customers. And also - customer support is just fantastic - fast, easy, reliable, helpful.

I believe it's possible to make this application a little bit more user friendly to new customers, but hey - that's why there are some tutorials and customer service, that are ready to help you out always ;)

I am using Moosend mainly for my email marketing operations. It's super fast and easy to use, never failed me. The biggest benefit I believe is fast email creation, possibilities to create multiple sequences, fast customer support, affordable price and nice brand in general ;)

I found Moosend to be very easy to use as a first time user for "email campaigns" for my small business. Initially, I signed up with "the other well known company" but its software was not intuitive and it was so frustrating and time-consuming to work with. Moosend is super easy & fast to figure out, to navigate and to execute. I am so happy I found a better alternative with Moosend.

Email automation - even in the Free Account. Thats saying quite a lot compared to similar providers. You are also able to connect multiple domains with the most basic account which has been extremely helpful. I have to mention the incredible customer service. Honestly going above and beyond what I was expecting.

You are not able to minimize the corner pop up lead capture form. Its a very useful feature but when on mobile, takes up all the screen real estate and feels very intrusive.

We were looking for a lead capture and email marketing tool. Moosend ticked all those boxes and more.

I love how easy it was to set up the Moosend account and connect it to our sites. I was able to create an abandoned cart email and set up its automation flow in about 30-minutes from start to finish. Since switching to Moosend our open rate has doubled.

Some of the beta products are a little glitchy, but that's to be expected with a beta product. Nothing that can't be adjusted.

Moosend is so affordable for any new digital media person. But it doesn't mean that it works like cheap. Instead, I find this company professional, and the 24*7 Chat Support is so helpful. I just love it!

Getting my business mail was little tricky. But their live support helped me in seconds. If you guys can make a tutorial video from signing up for making your automation, it will be helpful for new people. Anyhow, I don't feel anything disliking. You Rock, Moosend!

I can easily collect emails of my readers. I can also send them welcome autoresponder mail. It's the best fit for anybody looking for email marketing.

Having already tried the well-known marketing platforms that are available, our company was looking for a solution for our small business. Moosend was a treasure to find: it offers all the bells and whistles that we were accustomed to, but at a fraction of the price! As time goes on, Moosend just keeps getting better and better: new features are being released all the time! Their quick response time to any questions has been appreciated, and their interface is simple and easy to use. I can't say enough good things about Moosend!

I have no complaints: Moosend offers everything the big, well-known marketing platforms offer at a fraction of the cost. The only thing I would like to see is an actual monetary measurement of what orders our emails bring in. If a customer clicks a link in an email and completes an order from that click, it would be great to see that in a report. However, other marketing platforms do not have this feature either.

Since we've switched to Moosend, we've saved thousands of dollars on monthly fees. We've been able to continue our marketing campaigns without a hitch!

Moosend is extremely affordable and incredibly user friendly.

Very few downsides. Sometimes copying and pasting from outside Moosend into Moosend can be difficult in terms of formatting, but this is generally a quick fix.

We've used Moosend newsletters to advertise internal and external training events and share resources - people have told us that our newsletters was a key resource, particularly during COVID.

Moosend has been great as I design my very first newsletter. So straight forward and user friendly. Support is quick to respond. Very friendly. Easy to reach.

Nothing at all. It’s been wonderful so far. Compared to other competitors, the interface is easier to use and the price point is much more reasonable.

Once I had worked out how to use the application it was all plain sailing. I am a Rookie to mailing programs and I loved the drag and drop editor to create the first newsletter. Moosend is very easy to learn, and it has the potential to do some very clever things with your emails, well beyond A/B testing. All applications have a learning curve. Moosend help was very quick to respond to a query that I raised. Basically they told me to read the instructions, and they were right. Now I am able to prepare a very polished, compelling email in under 15 minutes. That's after I have written the copy of course!

At this stage, the only potential downside is that I may start to "carpet bomb" my subscribers as Moosend's ease of use and quick set up would make this easy to do.

I am a coach and mentor to my subscribers, providing them with high value but not inexpensive 1:1 coaching and on-line courses. Moosend has allowed me to present a very polished image with the first email I have just sent out, and it will enable me to keep up the pace and break away from the competition.

Packed full of useful features packaged in a UI that doesn't overwhelm. The price is outstanding for what you get. It blows away the competition in terms of value. I was meticulously looking for an email service provider that offered a full set of features right out of the gate without having to upgrade. The pricing is such as I grow Moosend makes more money - I really appreciate that. They are aligned with my success.

What do I dislike? Writing this review - I would prefer keeping Moosend to myself. Crossing my fingers they stay humble and aligned with the goals of their customers. I've seen their competitors get fat on revenue, stop advancing, and start overcharging. One area of improvement is how Campaigns, Editor and Automations are set-up. I feel like I have to go through a lot of steps and it isn't clear which comes first. BUT their customer service and help section are outstanding.

It's a very simple platform to use which means any member of staff, junior or senior can get to grips with it straight away. The pricing is very fair. I have had to use their support service department on two occasions and both times the quality and speed of response was superb. Compared to other ESPs I would say that Moosend has the most basic email build structure - but that isn't a criticism, the modules aren't overly complicated and all work first time. This gives a right first time advantage, no need for continuous testing.

At the moment their isn't the ability to have multiple team members working on the same projects, which means we all have to use the same log-in. I know they are working on this feature and look forward to it being rolled out. Moosend need to add more sight around the contact fields. I need to understand how many campaigns each contact has received, opened, unsubscribed, clicked etc. At the moment this area of the site is quite basic.

I needed to source a reliable email platform to communicate with our internal team of 300 sales people. The set-up was super quick and really easy to navigate. The next step for our business will be to understand how Moosend can help us with our communications with our customers and potential leads.

I love that Moosend has included all of the features regardless of what level plan you have. Many companies have changed so that the best features are only available at premium levels, which is what caused me to look around in the first place. Moosend offers those features right from the start, which means that I will only pay as my list expands, and will never have a reason to seek services elsewhere.

I have not yet found anything I dislike about the software. It is intuitive and works well for everything I have needed so far.

I am able to create pop-up for new subscribers right from my website. I also use this to create lists that have various automations based on the needs of that list. It works as well for my blog subscribers as well as the people who download my offerings or reach out for an initial strategy call. I am able to create automated campaigns based on all of the different reasons why someone might want to work with me.

For a startup website, it's all about price, price, price! Who is going to give you the most back for your buck!

If you're new to email marketing it can be a little tough to figure out at first but the support pages are very helpful.

I am creating my subscriber list with a program that is just about full-featured without the expense. The best part, as my site grows I have not found a more reasonably priced program for the number of services offered.

I’ve enjoyed the ease to create and manage my emailing lists. I’ve already seen result within the company I work for. The quality of the templates is great. The pricing is also very fair. Which allows my company to grow its online presence. With a couple of months using moosend. We have been able to understand our market a lot better and tailor our marketing strategy to ultimately gain more clients. Very intuitive which makes it very easy to use.

I have yet to discover a major downside of the platform.

I’m able to reach a wider audience and keep up with my customer base. I also know how to address certain groups of clients. Eventually, the analytics moosend provides will allow me to develop a better marketing strategy.

I like how intuitive it is to use their platform. Even with no digital marketing knowledge, you're able to follow their tips and accomplish your objectives. Plus, they have a lead generation tool, a Subscription Forms tool (currently BETA) that is key to anyone looking to build a decent lead list from their own website.

Not really a dislike, more like a "room for improvement" type of thing: the web editor could allow more customization. But nothing that would make me move to another platform. Nonetheless it is an important aspect to keep in mind since technologies advance in the blink of an eye.

Maintaining a customer/marketing list with no hassle and at very little to no-cost. With almost full features (being that the essential ones are more than enough to my business needs) . I'm able to gather emails from my website, organize them on lists, set campaigns and send out emails very easily.

The best thing is their customer service, it is unparalleled. Another amazing thing is the lack of restrictions for free users.

The fact that they do not have a mobile app yet or that their website is not mobile friendly.

Moosend has revolutionized our internal comms. Previously we used to depend on standard form emails or wait for a design expert to assist us but now we design our own emails.

I had no clue what I was doing but they made it idiot proof. My business has noticeably increased thanks to this program.

Moosend offers me the same functionality as MailChimp (which is what I used previously) however the email templates are more visually appealing and easy to modify with my branding.

If there was one thing I would change it would be the ability to add tags. There is a workaround that I am using and it is functional, but as old habits die hard, the use of tags would be the icing on the cake.

I am not having any problems. The benefits I have realized is an increase in the delivery and open rate of the emails I send. The landing pages are easy to design and activate. I currently have several evergreen campaigns running without need for my intervention. It is truly set it and forget it. I also like the ease with which I can create automations and workflows.

I really like the UI and the simplicity of setting everything up. The available templates and navigating around the dashboard is so much simpler than almost all the other email marketing tools I have used. I had issues with verifications initially but their quick to respond customer service helped me fix it almost immediately through their live chat.

So for there is nothing to dislike. If anything the UI is a bit too simple for those who are used to the major email marketing software out there.

Moosend is a one stop shop for me right now, allowing me to set up email automation, forms, popups, and landing pages (which I don’t need).
