The interface is great, you can really do what you want and it's easy to figure out and get going quickly. I love that I have templates and can make my own!

Here and there we have some down time or moments where there are bugs, but the team is pretty responsive to these things and they are usually solved pretty quickly. But what can you expect? It's software. Of course, it's going to have its moments.

I can improve customer traffic and convert sales. I like that there are ways to track what's happening seamlessly with Google Analytics. I know what's up, and plus it's not my only analytic, MooSend gives me a dashboard that shows me a detailed and also easy to review and digest overview dashboard that makes it really easy to see what people are doing, when, where, what they are clicking, and even if MooSend sees that I made a sale with that email. It's something that any business could use.

I cannot think of anything about Moosend that I do not like.

Moosend, for me, is such a powerful automation machine. Numbers of custom triggers I can set up within the journey flow puts it in the same league as Klayvio or Active Campaign, but it still is offered at a lower price than either of those two.

The UI can still seem a little simplistic compared to other email service providers. However, Sitecore has acquired them, so I'm excited to see what they have in store.

Adding value to my audience by sending those targeted emails at critical moments. And having the capability to connect moosend with the other tools I typically use.

Moosend has great templates and able to customize them. Personally, I viewed the templates for ideas and used one as a model to build from scratch. I began trying with the trial vs. the trial offerings of the competition, and Moosend was the leader. Support has been excellent with chat sessions resolving operational questions.

If there is any negative, the process is not fully intuitive. Support ded help where there were questions.

With the publishing of a new book, I used an email campaign to link prospects to a marketing website designed for the book. Essentially, I had a personal landing page to link to rather than use the feature in Moosend to create a landing page.

I like that there's many customizable options. I feel it's different from other newsletters and is straight to the point. It is very user friendly as well.

I think the UI is outdated, but it still serves its purpose. My first set of newsletters was a challenge because many about 80% of the subscribers did not receive the email, and I had to export the HTML code directly into my regular mail to send out before a deadline.

It is easy to use and makes creating my company's newsletters more effective newsletters in a few clicks.

once you get the hang of how it all works, it is easy to use. but I struggled a bit at first.

For me the most important thing was to get a reliable e-mail sender and now I know my e-mails are being sent and delivered and not in spam boxes.

The user interface is stunning and very user friendly. It is much more easier to navigate and find out how to use Email Marketing. I also love the automation and the fact that all aspects of email marketing are smooth and straightforward. Price is also great as there are many options on the free version and a very cost-effective paid version, which all, if not most, people can afford. Another helpful feature is their Moosend Blog and Academy so we can easily want videos on how to use the various tools such as automations, campaigns, setting up mailing lists etc.

So far, I have not found anything that I don't like. But it would have been wonderful if Moosend had the landing page option on the free plan as well. Also it would be nice if Moosend had an App so users can download and check stats etc.

Moodsend solves various problems for me and helps me stay up to date with email marketing. I have the ability to connect with clients via email marketing. Ability to send automated emails based on customer choices. Makes communication easier. I can also sell my content such as courses and ebooks over an email series so people can easierly recieved my content and connect with me. Most other email platforms only offer this on very expensive paid accounts making it almost impossible for small businessses to make use of this feature. Moosend is very clean, crisp and clear and probabally one of the best email marketing softwares out there.

I love its simplicity. Everything is self-explanatory. Nothing complicated. By just playing 20 minutes with it was enough to learn how to use it. What I find incredible are the features they provide for free. Others charge a lot for them. Thank you Moosend.

This is hands-down, the best email services provider. The software is simple when you want that, but then also provides automation and technical features that experienced marketers and evolved marketing infrastructures demand. And, it's been fantastic for two of my startups, as they have a very generous and full-featured free tier. Importantly, their API is robust and well-documented -- and straightforward to use! As such, anyone with fundamental programming experience should be able to hook it up easily with your app.

Nothing, really. This is a well-thought-out SAAS ESP. If I had to get picky, I would say that some of the "out of the box" templates could be a bit more polished, but their WYSIWYG editor is tops and you can roll your own templates, too. So, hey, if you don't like what they give you for free, out the box, you can customize -- even at the free tier!

Moosend provides the right balance of simplicity and feature-richness to provide full marketing and e-commerce workflow automation. And, it does this at a better price point than its competitors. I've switched and I've got no more monkeys!

I love the ability to automate, ease of importing contacts, and most of all, the reporting feature. The clean report includes graphs will all pertinent info easy to understand and pdf downloadable. The software also allows you to test recievability of your campaign. I also enjoy moosend's quirky branding for their own company.

There isn't a lot of educational info on improving your campaigns open rate, click rate, and other aspects. It's also difficult to troubleshoot if there are issues with testing.

We have been able to gather so much more date using moosend. This software also allows us to easily design professional looking campaigns and keep to the standards of email marketing.

I am actually getting emails delivered into inboxes, which is the biggest hurdle with email newsletters and marketing.

1/very substantial value for the free plan, up to 1 thousand subscribers, suited for early-stage startup 2/ impressive and fast support, they managed to solve with me some very delicate DNS setup issues. 3/ template builder is easy to use. 4/ Campaign wizard setup is classic but nicely executed.

Maybe the slightly outdated UI design on the admin website, but no effect on the UX. You may also need to be cautious on the steps required to ensure good deliverability for your emails, so do not hesitate to talk to support on this one

This is one of the best email marketing service I have come across. I was on another well known platform for several years and did not care much about services as they did not offer much. Then I came across Moosend and I got enthusiastic about email marketing/communication/automation. There is so much flexibility that I was surpised how can so much be available to free user :) I can create templates from scratch (in an easy way). I can create automations and rules , configure them to my needs. These automations are not just standard if-else types but you can do so much more. Last but not least, the reports give a good way to track things.

The user interface is a bit outdated. At first things look overwhelming, but slowly when you get used to, it's easy to use.

Obviously, their support is best. I am using a free plan with pro support. If you ask them to help you with any issue they will solve it very fast like a tornado. Thye will help you to customize your mail option also. just unbelievable. I recommended you try it once.

I can't manage my email optin design. I just knock their support by email. And their support was so positive and help me to solve my problem.

It's easy to make marketing emails with lots of photos and text.

There were issues with uploading lists of recipients. I had to make 5 smaller lists and upload them separately, which all were successful, so it made me curious as to why the larger list with the exact same data was unsuccessful.

After using Moosend for a few months now I have to say that the pros completely outweigh the cons. This is the first email marketing platform that I have ever used and it has yet to give me an issue to complain about.

Moosend is helping expand our foundation's communication options in terms of the number of people we can reach within a short period of time. I chose Moosend because their free plan far exceeded their competitors' free plans. I do not plan to send many campaign emails, but Moosend gives me enough capacity with their free plan to let me really test drive it to see if it will help my business turn a corner. With very little internet knowledge I was able to send an eye-catching email campaign... with some input from my artistically gifted daughter.

I had trouble trying to space the lines in the paragraphs the way I wanted. I could not figure out how to make the finished email not looked bunched up. I'm sure there is a way, but I lack the knowledge to do it.

I love how easy it is to connect with tools like Tealium to send emails to audiences. The user interface is real straightforward and simple to navigate. I like being able to see everything at one glance as well.
