Tricky ways of saving your work. It took a while and help from customer support to find my way among the three ways of saving my initial work. As with many other automatic platforms, this one does not guarantee your newsletter landing in inbox or accurate, real data behind the process.

Moosend is a wonderful alternative to Mailchimp and other similar offerings. I like the pay-as-you-go subscription option, as we do not send frequent marketing emails; it saves us a lot. Its automated workflow feature is quite useful in creating audience lists. One of the best features is the campaign editor. We were using Mailchimp before, but we may not go back there again.

Moosend does not have a mobile app which makes it a bit difficult to use on mobile devices. Also, it is only for marketing emails, not a full-featured CRM, but that is ok as long you do not need these features.

Ease of sending marketing emails and, more importantly, organising our growing contact list in a very cost-effective way. It helped us in improving our processes and managing customers effectively.

It's very easy to learn and very consistent to work

You can manage the templates only from inside the campaign, i'd wanted to have a direct access to manage them separately.

A large variety of templates. They have a lot of different styles and all the sizes of forms you would want for all of the various use cases. Great help/support. Constant innovation and improvements.

Been using it for about three years, and I can't think of any glaring need. More integrations and analytics are always nice, but they have a lot already with good reporting.

Moosend helps me communicate and sell. Moosend is quite a bit easier to use than other solutions I've tried and researched. Knowing more about what is working and not working is essential and this software gives me the feedback and I need adjust my campains.

Pay as you go rates are the most affordable that I've found. Email list segmentation in combination with using tags can be very granular and will save me lots of time. Best of all so far I've had the best delivery rates of any of the platforms I've used. I'm talking 30% open rates and good click through rates. And I've been sending to these list every two years (my business is seasonal) for a decade now. Never had anyone do this and the data seems legit. I haven't used their editor. The user interface was very easy to learn and use. My only problem was trying to figure out how to embed a properly working "unsubscribe link" into an imported html. Tip: You must embed their unsubscribe tag into an html link for it to look good. If you try typing it out yourself without using their tag it will fail. I've only sent four campaigns so far and started last summer. But so far this is the best I've used. And I've used the following from best to worst (email octopus with amazon ses, constant contact, chimp, activecampaign, sendinblue (not great but could have been), sendgrid (the worst), and admail.net (good list management but delivery went from good to worst). I'm probably leaving out a few others. The short story is that I've been trying to find something to replace admail.net for years. But either the service was too expensive. Or the delivery was bad. Or the list management was poor, etc.... For me the best three have been MooSend, Email Octopus with SES, and Constant Contact. Everything else I've tried had something that didn't get the job done for me.

The segmentation abilities is going to save me time that I could not do with anyone else. So as I go through the season I will want to stop sending to people who have already bought from me. And I also don't want to send if they have opened an email from certain specific previously sent emails. To do that all I have to do is import a list of emails with a tag for those that have made their purchase thus adding tags to certain customers in my list. Then in about 15 seconds I can modify my segment to send the next email to my list excluding those tags and those that have opened certain emails previously sent. Seriously its super easy on Moosend. Also the Pay As you Go option fits my business cause I only send emails for about three months out of every 24 months.

The overall user interface is comfortable. You can easily incorporate excel spreadsheet data, which is very helpful! I feel confident that my emails are effectual. Great marketing tool!

I dislike the landing page creator. I feel it could use easier functions and better layout options. I do think practice helps.

It helps me to process a broad outreach with my marketing. Moosend competitors I've tried, did not meet my needs, nor my price point. I can access all my audiences easily through moosend.

The UI is pretty good. We are able to create and customize templates and set them with automation triggers. Scheduling of emails is quite easy and it offers us an option to personalize them . Moosend is aslo quite affordable when sending bulk emails.

There is nothing that I dislike about Moosend. It is the perfect automation software to use when it comes to email marketing especially for small business owners just starting out.

Moosend's landing page builder is the easiest landing page builder that I've tried. It's very intuitive and easy to get a good looking page built. The email automation is also very good and comparable to MailChimp.

While the landing page builder is very good, it could use some more advanced features that more expensive builders have (e.g. more editing customization options, have icons for checkmarked lists, have exit-intent popups, more layout options, etc.)

you need to create a real email account. In other similar services I could use dummy addresses through a hosts file.

I was able to use the whole package for free. And then I was able to import my list without any problem. Plus the automation works for me, for all new members.

Moosend has a very clear easy to understand interface. From choosing which lists to send to, to selecting a template and designing my campaigns it's all very straight-forward

The only thing I dont like is the method for choosing the time to send an email, rather than typing in a time or choosing a drop list there is now a clock interface which isn't as clear.

Platform requirements are not too restrictive. Worked with aws.amazon Route53 (adding email server records) where I couldn't do the same with Mailerlite!

Wordpress form plugin is way outdated.Should match competitors form plugins, like Constant Contact, are doing. Also popular plugins like DIVI are not supported. I could manage without a seperate form plugin if at least DIVI support is there, which supportalmost ALL other Email marketing platforms.

Online Support can be a hit or miss depending on the quality of staff, sometimes excellennt , others are sorely lacking is understanding integration with other tools even on a basic level (such as DIVI).

I can't find anything important as a drawback

The fact that they speek Greek for me is a great plus. The service works smoothly and everything is easy to reach and understand.

We are a market research company and need email marketing platform service only occasionally so we tend to prefer the "pay as you go" platforms. We tried Moosend recently and got open rates higher than with other platforms we've used before. We like that they support different ways of domain verification. The interface is easy and intuitive. Support replies very quickly.

We noticed that the time to upload lists is longer than our previous experience with other platforms. However, we were explained that while being uploaded, the lists go through a thorough check so it is beneficial in the end.
