The customer support is fast and professional. The tool works and is intuitive for news users to understand.

I was able to easily transition from an old marketing site I used to Moosend.

I've only used it so far for 1 campaign, so far so good. It took a bit to get used to the interface but once I got the hang of it, no problems.

I use Moosend to send my weekly newsletters to my families (I'm a teacher). The benefits I like are ease of use and the ability to track who has opened my news and clicked on which links.

Moosend has so far made sense from day 1. It's easy to grasp and very user friendly. The support has also been great.

The only (very few) things I've mentioned to Moosend are on the to do-list and should be up and running soon according to the lovely customer support person I chatted with. So basically: nothing.

I registered for Mailchimp ages ago and somehow never really got things done. With moosend I sent my first email within days.

The spam detection is pretty helpful, as well as all the core features - like not re-importing email adddresses that have already expired.

The spam detection sometimes never finishes - even trying in multiple browsers. An airtable integration would be great.

Moosend is very efficient for email marketting. It provides its users with world-class features to uplift your marketing performance.

I used Moosend and integrated its APIs. I didn't found any such major cons in it.

It automates repetitive tasks so the marketers are able to focus on building client relationships effectively.

The beautiful layout - graphics. I'm a visual person so that is very important to me.

It's not that easy to set up. I wish that part was more straight forward.

I have solved my email set up now just need to resolve the automatic campaigns. Simplicity once set up.

Now that I'm set up, moosend is great, it helps me put together my email campaigns quickly and easily and they look great. I love my overviews of who has read them and who hasn't and that means I can make adjustments accordingly. Lists are easy to manage and it's taken so much of the admin out of the emails I need to send. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to something like mailchimp, I highly recommend this.

1. Getting setup was hard. I had to get my business email setup before I could get going with it which was a bit annoying as I was still trying to see if this was the platform for me. I tried to get my business email connected a bunch of times and it kept throwing an error until I finally got in contact with Customer Support who told me it's because my email wasn't attached to a 'real website'. so quickly set one up with wix to get it going. 2. I can do any embedded forms/ polls. or if I can I haven't worked out how yet. 3. My emails seem to drop into people's spam folders a lot, this may or may not be a platform fault but it's something I'm trying to rectify.

My emails before were incredibly bland and I had to use a lot of words. Designing emails with visuals makes them more visually appealing and easily digestible so I'm having more impact with them Managing my list with moosend is also so much easier than the manual list I had before for the different types of email.

Moonsend is the most innovative and productive service a marketer can count on in his or her company to market. This service is very complete to work with as it allows people to manage several marketing campaigns at the same time, design and implement them. The software has very useful tools such as drag and drop functionality which is very important when making edits, multiple templates, automated workflows, mailing list management with custom fields and custom segmentation. One advantage of this service is that the system it provides is very easy to operate, is very flexible and people can execute their tasks with peace of mind.

One of my annoyances when I work with this service is that it has happened to me that we send advertising emails and mark them as spam, sometimes the operation of the system is a little slow but as it lasts very few seconds I do not consider it a serious factor. From my point of view I think it is necessary that the service is made some small improvements for its operation to be even more effective.

Moonsend is a system that we use in each of the marketing departments of our organization to create and extend large marketing campaigns through emails, Moonsend in recent years has allowed us to manage very well multiple campaigns simultaneously we have been able to get large volumes of new customers and the image of our organization has grown quite what has been one of our main objectives, this service has been very good performance for everyone in our company both externally and internally.

I think the best thing is getting all the features in the beginning and being able to grow my business with the tools.

The script to get it to work has given me fits and the optin creation plugin for Wordpress sucks.

Moosend is great for small startups: it's far more cost-effective than competitors, such as MailChimp; open and click rates are good; and you can create a decent-looking email template.

The software itself needs some improvement: it's not as user-friendly when compared to competitors; and also the flexibility with which type designs you can create from scratch -- e.g. the option of a wider margin layout would be great.

The toolbars could do with a rethink.

Works well, there is no point having all the features and frills but your emails aren't being delivered. Moosend is different - Nice and easy for staff and clients to use. Reliable, and now fully featured and getting additional goodies all the time.

Mooned is an excellent email marketing service that allows me to create many different things all with such ease. The emails and newsletters can be scheduled ahead of time in order to be sent out to the customer weekly, taking a big task off our hands.

Although Moosend is quite easy to use, the initial stages of getting the software set up was a bit complicated for me.

Some problems we are currently solving with Moosend is being able to get creative with the emails our marketing team is sending out as well as being able to create weekly newsletters to be sent out on an exact time. With the software we were using before, from time to time we would have a problem with the emails being sent out from the server at the wrong time.
