Moosend simplifies processes and provides all possible functions and additions - for free!

There is nothing to dislike. It would have been nice to have an infographic maker with templates built-in, but it is manageable to make and import infographics from other tools.

With Moosend, we can send out and track analytics for newsletters. There are numerous benefits - excellent designs, automated subscription/mailing lists, tracking opens etc.

User friendly environment, very easy to figure out how everything works and great insights.

Nothing really to improve, it really covers all my needs.

I can manage newsletters easily and fast, keep track of performance and am not worried they won't arrive.

Snappy content editor, doesn't have ads, clean interface. Everything that MailChimp (which I used before Moosend) does, but better. Also great options to customize the sender name and other information. MailChimp seems to be the default for student organizations at my university, but I will be recommending Moosend to other student leaders.

I've been using this for about a month and have yet to find anything I dislike, however I've only been using basic features.

No problems thus far. Benefits are time saved in editing email content and lack of a headache in customizing settings.

I've used several email marketing platforms over the years, ranging form the great to the "how are these guys still in business". MooSend is far away #1 when it comes to support and customer experience. These guys are respond to support requests within seconds and have their support staff actively resolving your issues rather than passing you on to another team member. Highly recommend these guys.

That I didn't discover them sooner. Thus far I've found no faults.

My support requests were related to sender validation. In both cases my sender updates were expedited and fixed right away, allowing my team to continue working on sending campaigns.

NOTHING! Well actually, there are small hiccups , not really a dislike-- • sometimes when adding a structure and email is long-- the box won't add at the bottom because the browser won't move down and you'll have to do some re-arranging. • with thin heighted items like spacers or headlines, can get mixed up and delete the wrong element, but it's easy enough to re-add items. It is nowhere near the frustration level of other email builders.

Time-saving. The main thing is that there's fidelity between what you build and what you test. No unpleasant spacing surprises. I am literally over-joyed, and this program is a timesaver. Elements do what they're supposed to do. I did not watch the intro vid since I'm familiar with other builders, but I'm sure I could streamline even more if I do watch the tutorials. The UX and dev team for Moosend have a really solid product, I thank them so much truly.

How user-friendly it is and the service they provide. They were very easy to reach and answered all my questions.

Creating forms (the right format) to fit my web design. The best benefit so far is how customizable the forms are. It is perfect.

I am migrating from MailChimp which, while it can do a lot, as become SO overly burdensome and onerous - when I know there is a mailing coming up I just dread it. The setup for this program is simple and amazingly straightforward. AND, the support? WOW! I haven't seen a chat support work the way it does and the quick responses (and, let's be honest..I asked some bonehead questions) were amazing. We have yet to send out our first newsletter, but I am anxious and excited to do so. What is a great selling point for our organization is that we can buy credits - to use as/when we wish - and are not locked into a monthly fee. Very happy to have this as an option. I look great to my CEO; I am saving us money and saving us time. Thank you!

I haven't found a dislike yet. I am sure it will happen, but so far, I can tell it will NOT be that I don't understand something or fear asking for help.

The email template is very good compared to Mailchimp which is very limited and restrictive. There are many options and styles for text and arrangement of elements such as titles and pictures.

I haven not found anything that I dislike about Moosend so far.

I dislike nothing. The website has worked flawlessly so far. And everyone in customer service is super helpful.

I am a freelance publicist and event coordinator and use the platform to send out press releases and event news.

The software is straightforward and intuitive to use; the analytics are surprisingly extensive. The layout tools are flexible; the learning curve is relatively shallow. From sending out emails with attachments that not everyone could open, to using Moosend, with the ability to embed video and images, along with the adaptive features, has been nothing short of a revelation.

So far (we are only a couple of weeks into using Moosend), nothing has come up that has caused more than a brief concern.

Our strategy for reaching our church members and fringe adherents was somewhat chaotic, with weekly pdf newsletters, occasional other mailings, and ad-hoc emails from our Administrators, meaning that our audience was overloaded with email. People were not reading everything, or were failing to download attachments, or the emails were bouncing. We have now streamlined our weekly newsletter using Moosend, and occasional mailings are sent out in the same format. Ad-hoc emails are reduced, as it is so much easier to use Moosend for a weekly digest. Engagement has improved, and we know who might have failed to open the emails, so other follow up can be arranged.

There is room to improve the overall user interface & more color combinations for the dashboard.

My email lists/leads are in moosend now, which I use to send email campaigns/ Newsletters etc.

I once thought with myself and questioned why an excellent product couldn't be free ? So, it has paid plans if you need extra power to your business but for the ones starting, there is not better product than Moosend, easy to use, great support, so, all I need of a product like that.

So far, I like everything I am using, nothing to say right now that I dislike about the company or product.

It's very affordable and has a lot of resources available to build you email list and make professional newsletters.

I had small issues verifying my sender account but it an easy fix. The customer support send me their protocols that showed me exactly what to do.

I'm able to build an email list to keep my consumers up to date with my website. This is important because I'm making lots of changes and want to keep my readers involved. Also, there's plugins and resources that make the entire process easy.

They send too many tutorials to my mail, I don't need them, but they daily send me "tips and tricks"

I've been looking for a SMTP service to send mail from my small forum (less than 100K mails monthly).

It does all the tasks expected from it without any hassles. It has a great free plan, and it's one of the rare email marketing tools that doesn't brand itself in every email you send under the free plan—definitely recommended. It also has a very intuitive template builder.

It should show the time spent by the reader on the emails. That would be a great addition to an otherwise excellent Email marketing tool.

I'm using it to send email marketing campaigns. Its template builder is straightforward to use. Email Campaign scheduling perfectly works. It is easy to set up and analyze after. One can set up the first campaign within minutes, and the analysis part is very informative. Looking at the campaign details, one can get the essential information right away--total opens, unique opens, no. of clicks, etc. It also presents the information per recipient, like who opened a specific link and how many times. Since email marketing is a necessary tool to land clients, this tool makes the process very scientific and not like shooting arrows in the dark. It improves the overall efficiency of your email campaigns.

Whitelabel functionalities still need improvements. Other than that, there's currently nothing I dislike about Moosend.

My agency needed an ESP that was affordable, white label, had all the features I need and was easy to use. Moosend offers all that and more. Software providers like Moosend make my life easier, running my business more profitable, more fun and overall BETTER.

I love the ease of use when it comes to Moosend. The price point is perfect as well, I do wish there were some in-betweens for the number of subscribers, but overall no complaints. I love that I can create a landing page for free too. The overall platform is solid.

My hosting provider accepts moosend easily, where others were not taken easily. After sending two campaigns I Got two clients.

Customization is the top priority for the landing page design and ready-made templates, easier to manage the template with drag and drop features.

The best solution out of marketing activities is email marketing and with Moosend for lead generation becomes very easy.

Moosend provides a straightforward, robust platform for email marketing. On top of email marketing are tools to build automation processes. The email marketing set up steps logically walk you through the process. Mail sender verification is with DNS text records and it plain works. Importing email lists, segmentation, subscription forms, landing pages, campaign email builder, cname functionality, and even integrations are well done. In a short amount of time, I was able to hook up my ConvertBox popup manager and link signups to a new Moosend email list. I'm looking forward to exploring more features, including integrations with Hyperise personalization, some A/B testing on the front end, webhooks, and automations with WooCommerce. Reports dashboard is easy to navigate. Adding team members is great for sharing management for internal staff and for client access, with granular permisssion levels. Did I mention the online responsive chat support!

Looking forward to SSL for cnames. Till then, mydomain.moosend.com is presented securely.

Just tapping the surface, I've been able to create logical email sequences. Simple examples are: resend to those that haven't opened, abandoned cart, anniversary, re-engagement, and way more. List segmentation and retargeting too.

The user-friendly interface helps to easily create campaigns and manage databases. The super practical dashboard and the ability to export the analytics of the campaings.

The lack of an option to add attachments is a small thing, but I do need to send a few every now and then. If there was an option to include attachments I would be very happy

Create specific campaigns to send specialized information to select media outlets. I've found a huge benefit with the metrics of the dashboard

Staff was using over 40 different email lists and gmail to do marketing, so labor intensive.

Moosend has been a really important part of my email marketing strategy. They provide great deliverability, a clean and easily navigated user interface, and an excellent provider for a large email list. I find that using the platform is quite easy, and they don't have too many needless bells and whistles.

I haven't found much to dislike with Moosend. Their email templates are fairly basic, but for my needs it's been plenty good enough. I don't want (or need) more elaborate templates. Just give me the goods and make it work, which is exactly what they do.

Moosend has been great for my extensive email list. I like that they aren't scalping me on the monthly charge either. So many of these services charge and arm and a leg, but I find their pricing to be very reasonable indeed. I've used a lot of platforms in the past, and Moosend is 'lighter weight' (in terms of it's ease of use features), and more straightforward than others. I've also been able to do my email marketing at scale very effectively, and again, as a reasonable price. For these reasons, I've been able to reduce my usage of other platforms that I've used in collaboration with Moosend, and am now using Moosend more exclusively.

I like how I can easily manage my lists, how the system pre-view my connections before uploading them (and gives me an email about it!), and how I can create separated lists within my lists to create better target group for each of my campaigns.

Moosend's features like marketing automation, advanced segmentation, tracking, real-time reporting and analytics, integration, personalization, AB slipt testing, landing pages, etc can be used to conduct high-impact marketing campaigns. Moosend's drag and drop email editor is a well-thought feature and it allows you to create professional-looking emails with ease.

Moosend's free version does not include features like SMTP Server, Landing pages, etc.

We are using Moosend to send out our marketing communications. We are not using any 3rd party designing tool to design our emails. Moosend's drag and drop editor is allowing us to design highly responsive emails easy and fast.

Works as well as other vendors and is an better value.

I've noticed a few more flagged deliveries.

It dies what it says it will. Managing and communicating with your subscribers.

Moosend is sleek and free up to I believe 1000 subscribers. There's a LOT of control you can take over how your campaigns are presented and lots of options as to how your subscription boxes can look.

I had to ask a few times about the visual editor because it was only MOSTLY intuitive, but customer service was incredibly prompt and now I get it.

This is a mailing list servicer that tracks subscribers and helps automate campaigns.

It helps us send emails at a lower price.

I dislike getting used to a new platform.
