The customer service is hands down the best I've encountered. The dashboard and features are top notch and easy to use. Besides the price point it's par none.

The plans are pricey. Turns out, the forever plan was not forever free. I wish moosend had given a little more heads up for this feature or left a plan that was free but didn't allow sending more than 1 email per month or something. Just so we could still continue to be part of the family and maybe buy a subscription as needed

The email newsletter game is highly saturated. Standing out is very hard but moosend and it's amazing team is great at letting you know how to use its product.

The software has a user-friendly interface and even if it's your first time using this software you will not have a hard time finding your way around it. I was reviewing the software so that I could give feedback to a company and I was quite impressed with the platform. The company was looking to transform into the digital world and I am glad they chose this software. Everyone that was involved understood it very quickly and it was easy for them to roll it out. Congratulations to the team at Moosend this is an amazing piece of work.

Well, the only challenge I had was during the importation of a CSV file as it was a little bit buggy and could not accept the last name for the email list. I found this quite off as they should work to improve this because people have different needs for different purposes. Otherwise, great work.

I never got to experience Moosend at its full capacity as my work was only to check out the software and review it before the company could implement this software. I am glad it was considered and was rolled out to the whole company at large. It is amazing and I would recommend this software to anyone.

The ease of putting together campaigns allows me to focus on the rest of my tasks and I don't have to worry about if my campaign will look good or not because I know it will

I dislike that Moosend got rid of the free all the time price point. I don't have anywhere close to 500 contacts, so I don't feel like I should have to pay the same amount for less contacts.

The best benefit I have figured out is that my email no longer crashes or bounces my email list because I am no longer using my business email to send load lists. With Moosend I get all the benefits of sending one single email to multi[e people and I know that they will get it. I also like that I can track subscriber activity, link clicks, and bounced emails to rectify the situation quickly

How user-friendly it is and the selection of templates to start with.

Nothing as yet, I have found it very helpful and much more cost effective than competators

I love being able to see in-depth analysis of each campaign and being able to see who has unsubscribed to amend my mailing lists accordingly

Plenty of features and pricing structure is much fairer than Mailchimp

We use this to reach out to B2B customers. It's truly a great tool and easy to build with the drag and drop editor.

Sometimes emails may not turn out how you want them to, especially if a customer is opening via Outlook desktop.

We generate leads by sending out monthly newsletter email blasts highlighting our products.

They have a great free plan and all other plans are inexpensive.

I dont care for their subscription form builder I feel its not user friendly

I am glad to use Moosend for various purposes in my daily marketing operations. Designing new landing pages or creatin e-mail campaigns with moosend is very effective and easy.

There is no feature that I used and am dissatisfied with for now.

I can track my email campaigns analysis very easly. I need to create landing pages regularly and the tools and features on moosend make that easier for me.

Intuitive interface and streamlined process as well as a chat function with a real person who was available for my many questions even on a trial version. All their answers were helpful.

Im finding it hard to think of anything. Everything worked properly. Maybe I didnt know how they came up with the process of labeling some of the email as inactive and sending only a portion, but also maybe that was a very useful action for me not to waste time.

I wanted to send emails to 18000 contacts and I was able to send to many without the usual fees and this allows me to grow my business and really determine the right plan for me before spending.

I contacted John through Moosend Chat to help me with some automation queries for email campaigns. He was very patient with me, bearing in mind this was a whole new world for me! I received exactly the information and help I needed. When we were done there, John continued to help me with some spam issues which seemed very complicated, but John made it all very easy by assisting me step by step..

I can't really fault Moosend to be honest. I came over to the company from MailChimp and never regretted the decision!

What I consider when analyzing an email marketing platform: - How fast the interface works - How accurate and fast support is - How many steps are required to send a campaign - How easy is to design a template, specially a really simple template - How versatile automations are - If it's possible to configure a welcome sequence - Deliverability Moosend exceeds in every of those areas.

I know it sounds crazy, but I'd like it to be more expensive. When there's a lot of money on the line, as it's my case, I prefer pricey services because higher profit margin makes it easier for the supplier to offer a good customer support and also to provide a great deliverability.

It is hard to find email marketing platforms with such a high deliverability, which graphic interfaces are so simple, and work so fast.

Very easy to use and free to get started. We are getting used to the platform and having good responses. Love the reporting and we will probably be upgrading to a pro account soon as it will be good to be able to collaborate with additional campaign authors in the organization. Better value than the competitors. I highly recommend you try this... I know there is a commitment in time to learn something new but I think you will not be dissappointed :)

Honestly... there is nothing to complain about with this platform. Just accept that like any business they cannot give everything away for free otherwise it would not be a business...

We use social media and email marketing to catch those who are not in our social media networks to maintain contact with our followers. Email marketing is not dead and important to us.

For the use I have for the moment, I don't see any cons to Moosend.

I can try all the features without spending anything. It is excellent, and I can use it enough until I upgrade my account as I see it is a quality app.

Moosend is simple to use and basically even a total beginner can make the most out of it. Creating automations is quick, you can a/b test emails, track data and everything you need.

Moosend has disappointed me with only one thing and that's some of the bugs they have. Sometimes you gotta refresh a page 3 times to see the campaign editor but if you have 5 spare seconds to do that, there's nothing bad to say.

I have no issues at all. To be completely honest I had only one issue with creating sign up forms at the beginning. It was sorted out really quickly through the customer support.

The UI and the help of the documentation as the support too.

The support service and fast response stand out to me. The chat is a great resource to get your questions answered if you can't find what you need in the help section. I got the chance to work with Erik and he was really helpful with getting my automation set up so that I can use it as a template for other automations and services.

There's a learning curve when you're first getting started. But it's balanced out by the support team. I can't really complain about it knowing if I get stuck I can ask for help and get it.

Where to start? Moosend has a very powerful yet clean feel similar to ActiveCampaign without the clutter. If you are just starting out or don't have money to burn, here's where to start for solid email marketing.

At times the UI can get "stuck" between steps, particularly when creating or cloning an existing campaign. There are only so many times a customer wants to hear "clear your cache" from support.

The ability to automate sequences off of so many triggers using their scripts helps me to close more customers, build better Facebook audiences, and gain better insights into what people are doing on my website. I use Moosend as a CRM for my business and the businesses of my clients as well.

Moosend is so easy to use! The templates they have to create a campaign are great. I definitely recommend trying them out if your a small business or startup. The price point is excellent for a small business owner who has a minimal budget.

My only drawback is I wish there were more templates. But since I've joined I've noticed they have uploaded some new ones and they have also done some really nice updates to the user dashboard.
