It's efficient. I like it because I can personalize whatever I want. I use it for university and my stuff, and It works very well for both. It's also straightforward to operate with good gadgets and tools. The AI is swift and precise, I have been using it for works and summaries, and it works very well.
Because of the software, sometimes I cannot do things the system doesn't allow me, like diagrams or more complex tables. What I dislike about the AI is that it takes information about the pages, and if I ask something different, it doesn't give me the information, or it takes the data from the page instead of somewhere else (like the internet)

Be prepared for a messy start and lots of time spent tweaking databases to fit your processes, though.

I use Notion every day for both my work projects and personal tasks and goals. The structure and flexibility is incredible. Now it has AI? This just upped the game even more. I use it all of the time, for project planning, ideas, product information, reviewing and improving my documents; the possibilities are almost endless!
Notion can be slow at times. Also, when searching a large database, it often misses results of entries in the database. Repeating the search system-wide works well, and this is my backup process. AI sometimes tries to produce images (without my asking), which would be great.. but those have never worked for me. The pros far outweigh the cons, however...

Notion is awesome. Love the app, love the desktop version. Its a great company-wide and team wide note-taking program. It keeps us all on the same page and the notification system is great too.
Sometimes the formatting options of a page are difficult and not super intuitive. But eventually you get the hang of it. Some pages you need to turn notifications on specifically to get them, otherwise there are times I do not get notified of a tag on it.

With Notion, I can maintain organized my digital life, schedule and homework. I am a dietitian, and I also use it for creating a “webpage” for each client, to share lectures, and to be certain we are on the same channel, and they love it!
I get oversaturated when I try to organize things, and it overwhelms me to see a lot of visual noise. Sometimes I have troubles placing images, and I hate the synchronization with Apple (for subscription s).
I can easily share notes about meetings, and about 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions with my clients. I can also make it look professional, and I spend less time writing emails in English (that is not my first language). I also love that I can share large files. Oooh, and now that is in Spanish is easier to my clients to understand.

Personally, I'd find Notion more helpful if notifications would be sent out to remind me to check my to-do list. Another way notion can improve is by connecting calendars with shared friends and family members.
Notion AI is helping me with assignments and research based questions. I am able to plan out my day as well as organize my tasks in an efficient and planned out way.
What I like the most is the community that it has because the platform allows such freedom that some very optimal templates have been created, in my case, to develop each aspect, work, personal, etc., it will enable us to have a different, appropriate and editable space according to individual needs, and now the writing assistant speeds up activities that used to take me up to 30 minutes each, because it allows you with a blank canvas to manage every aspect of your life without having to create a number of documents that are not reviewed later and now with the AI writing assistant, it has become much more friendly and intuitive
I don't really have anything negative to say, at first I was a bit nervous about the blank canvas, but other than that for whatever use I've given it it has worked great

I wish it didn't cost so much but I use Notion so much I'd rather pay for the subscription than have to go without it. If anything, I'd love to not have to pay that extra fee for accessing the AI feature.

Notion is the best for me because it allows me to organize everything on one central application. With that said, Notion doesn't make you fit into some kind of pre-designed layout or even a selection of pre-designed layouts. Notion allows me to fully build out the system to make it completely personal.
What I least like about Notion is the inability to customize the text options and would also be helpful to have some kind of integration of a touch screen notetaking component if that's even possible.
Notion is allowing me to keep all of my classes for school organized. Furthermore, each class is then organized all the way down the chain from projects (due dates & contents) to class notes.
