I like how you can build training pages within notion with easy flow for all to use. I do like the simplicity to use notion and to be able to use it as a way to present data and work.
I dislike how sometimes in order to go back to a page you have to click numerous times to go to the main page and sometimes its quicker to click off a subsection and search for the original page.
It enables different departments accross the business to access project work and deadlines. It also solves the problem of having all training materials in a g-drive.
Notion has tremendously helped me manage my research projects. The AI writing assistant irons out my jibberish notes and makes them look professional. Not only that, but it also helps me brainstorm over ideas. Amazing!

There is no Apple pencil support. Also there is no option to make form that external people can fill. Finally it would be nice if there are more options available for resizing and editing pictures.

I think that the best thing about Notion is its versatility of uses. You can go from managing your roadmap to tracking your selling numbers or 1:1 meetings. Existing templates are great and help those who want to start creating more complex or specific repositories according to their needs. It's very intuitive; anyone could learn and deep dive into the way everything works.
I understand that some formulas and relations have limitations, but it would be amazing to automatically create relations between different tables in different workspaces, without having to manually create a check relation. Additionally, having the ability to create notifications sent to a specific email address instead of just the admin or all users of a workspace would be helpful.
As a product manager, I have to gather a lot of information about current and future products in development, keep the knowledge base easily accessible, groomed, and updated, and keep track of all tasks related to our sprints. Notion helps me keep the information accurate and clear, without grammatical mistakes or double meanings. Visually, it's easy to see what everyone has to do next, and it's so simple that everyone can be in charge of some template improvement, and I can still track any changes anywhere in case of any incorrect changes or updates.
It´s a very easy to use, easy to adopt platform. We use it a lot in our company. For internal wiki as well as for client-facing pages. It´s flexible and powerful.

Nothing much- it is a little challenging to get used to at first because there are many features. But once you get past the learning curve, it's a lot of fun to use!

The things I find the most helpful are databases. I use them for managing all of my work tasks - it gives me the steucture for work, making it easy to plan, prepare and execute solutions I have to implement in my daily work life. I also enjoy the AI writer help, as it is a great tool to use while brainstorming ideas (especially in the case of lack of a team).
I do not like the fact that wothout external solutions it does not integrate with Gogle Calendar. Keeping both database calendar and google calandar synced would make my life way easier.
I needed a comprehensive solution for project & data management. Previously I was dealing with unorganised, decentralised informations making it hard to find things I needed. Now, everything has a structure making me more productive and effective while performing my tasks.
Notion i pretty customizable. In our agency, we have all types of projects and they have very specific parameters / deliverables / type of communication. We love that Notion is pretty flexible that we can create our own unique dashboards for each type of project.
I could only think about the UI. It's not as sleek as ClickUp. ALSO THE REOCCURING TASK and SCHEDULE NEEDS TO BE THERE. this is very useful with scheduling social media posts. Also, the syncing with Google Calendar.
I like the AI very much. It took most of the mental energy it takes me to compose emails, letters, tricky communication, social media posts and blog posts for our clients.
Notion is really easy to set up and start using even if you are not a tech person, you can start creating blocks or jumpstart with templates.

My favorite thing about Notion is Notion AI. I use it every day to write emails, social media posts, SOWs, and more. Notion AI makes writing much easier for people like me who don't really enjoy writing. I particularly dislike writing emails, especially professional or formal ones, and I'm always afraid I'll say the wrong thing or use the wrong tone or grammar. Notion AI makes me feel much more confident when it comes to written communication in a professional context.
I wish the platform was more flexible and customizable, like a Word document. Additionally, having more connections would be beneficial. For example, connections to other note-taking software like GoodNotes, OneNote, etc. Currently, it is not possible to format documents or change the layout of pages besides the "full-width" setting, "small text," and the three font options; users are limited to the default settings. Lastly, I would appreciate the ability to use my Apple pencil to draw charts or write on documents.
I don't like writing, and having English as my second language doesn't make that easier. Notion AI removes those limitations and helps me communicate a lot more clearly.

Notion helps me to consolidate all information into one place. Notion integrated with Slack, Google Drive...etc. Which gives me more flexibility to juggle between different production tools.
I think the program itself is the most useful. There are so many helpful ways to use notion including lesson planning for me as an educator and planning my life.

I like the diversity of Notion's databases. It allows me to customize subpages for the exact purpose I need. I also enjoy the AI function as it has helped me immensely with kixkstarting projects and exploring subjects from angles I was incapable of by myself.
The only thing I don't favor much about Notion is the complexity of it's customization. It's definitely something you have to devote lots of time to but is worth it to adequately organize thoughts and pages.

You can share pages, databases, and tasks with your team members, assign tasks, leave comments, and track progress. Notion allows for easy communication, and accountability and ultimately makes it easier for teams to achieve their goals.
Il sistema funziona abbastanza bene. Lo uso principalmente per creare riassunti o brevi testi che facciano da “ossatura” per articoli e testi più lunghi. Mi avvalgo anche del sistema di traduzione automatica (questo testo è nato in italiano, lo ha tradotto Notion AI per me).
Sarebbe bello poter determinare la lunghezza degli output. Inoltre, sarebbe molto utile poter chiedere a Notion AI di intervenire su pagine linkate. Oppure, sarebbe molto bello poter circoscrivere le risposte ad un determinato argomento o database, così da creare una propria intelligenza artificiale “settoriale” e personale.

Notion and Notion AI can be slow sometimes because of the emojis, figures, graphs, links and other stuff that lag the visual aspect. This is a problem for me because the pages I create usually have a lot of information, which causes some pages to lag. I have to hide some information to prevent the lag.

My favorite thing is that I can manage (almost) all my data in a single place, linking endless pages and keeping everything organized. It looks very simple yet professional and it's very intuitive. I'm also liking the AI functionality to write content in a smarter way.
I think Notion could improve table views to make it more functional and collaborative (e.g. allowing for comments at the cell level). I wish I wouldn't need to switch to external spreadsheet apps when I need more complex table setups. When it comes to collaborating on content creation, I think it could be improved as well. By simply adding features such as "suggest edits", it would be much easier to track changes multiple users are making to the same document. One major disadvantage holding back workflow on multiple devices is the very limited support of the Apple Pencil on iPad. As of now, the Apple Pencil usage is extremely limited and I can't get to scribble as I would do on notes-specific apps. Having this capability would make my workflow even more productive and covenient.
The biggest value Notion adds is the consolidation of my workflow–it's simply the main tool I use to manage my work and I'm certainly more productive when I use it. By having everything organized in a structured and accessible way, I can certainly work smarter. On top of that, it looks very pretty.

As a business owner and a teacher, Notion help me keep all the informations and content in a same place, and make relations between them. There's no need to open various tools, everthing is in Notion, it's such a time saving tool.

I see some features missing, like for example being able to color different cards in a calendar. It would be very helpful to differenciate tasks.

I love Notion's flexible approach to note-taking. To top it off, their new Ask AI functionality is much more mature than other seemingly comparable apps. The AI can reword statements multiple times using different words and tones. I've long searched for a simple yet powerful note-taking app, and after a few years of usage, nothing comes close for me.
I really wish the interface was more accessible. There is no reason for a note-taking application in 2023 to not work well with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
