I wish I could archive contacts and not lose their information.
Team collaboration, email tracking and client communication tracking.
The best part for me is working simultaneously on any lead, online, or mobile app.
I wouldn't say I like that it is not very customizable, making it not as user-friendly.
This has helped our company properly source the sale notes and notify individuals when their part of the assembly line is due.
They really seem to understand all types and sizes of businesses and have built a very well rounded product for same.
I think there is room for slight improvements to reports and also pricing for smaller companies.

Ability to see all opportunities on the radar. To utilize Nutshell as core centric to our sales meetings and accelerate our efforts to capture sales.
Ease of use compared to other CRMs. Mostly intuitive and easy to train people on. Quick and helpful support as well. I have always gotten quick answers to questions and the help center is a good resource.
No real complaints. UX could use an update. As with most CRMs, a lot of the features/neat stuff does not apply to us or our customer segment. Random and specific, but tags should not need to be added in advance of an import, they should be automatically created if no such tag already exists.
An in-between from cold leads to our internal quote tracking system. Allows us to do a mix of automation approach to outbound, but also can track leads more specifially for more targeted programs.
Stores all client/candidate data in one place. Easy to use on PC or mobile device.
Site sometimes crashes when I try to access from mobile device and not all information uploads when accessed this way.
They have upgraded the mobile usage platform and also have made direct emailing out of NS easier and more streamlined.

We are a federal contracting company and realize nutshell is more aimed for commercial vednors, so we wish it could have a capbility to tailor to federal users as well.

Relatively easy to populate and easy to search; I like how I'm not required to complete fields when I don't have the information. Exporting the contacts list has been a helpful feature as I need to clean up a mess of erroneously imported contacts.
No direct phone number to contact someone when you have a problem or a question that isn't easily found in the forums and Help sections. Several hundred contacts inadvertently got imported and now it's a mess to clean up.
When we send out our Marketing Newsletter, I am hoping Nutshell can seamlessly send that to our target contacts list, and keep a record of our previously sent newsletters for us to reference if/when needed.
Most of the Search and Reminder and Scheduling functions I need are very simple to use and go somewhat beyond basics.
I would like to have additional search features built into it as well as additional outcall service options.
It is primarily used as a CRM program and it adequately keeps track of customers, potential customers, and activities involving same.

I like the way it showed my meetings as that made it easy to update what was said and post it to a company to go back on.
Pulling in every email I had and not allowing me to delete them in bulk. I get so many emails that have nothing to do with anything. I am OCD and do not like clutter in my CRM.
TBH the only thing it solved for me was holding all my vendors and the contacts that matched in one place. I was hoping it would also help me track events I have with these vendors but it did not work out that way.
How user friendly it is to pull information up and that you can access it whether you are in the office or on the road.
Sometimes it's a little challenging to pull up the relevent companies in a specific region.

Love that we can manage all of our prospects and contacts in one place. One of my favorite features is the email tracking capabilities and being able to see who has engaged with our emails. Love all the filters, too.
Really don't have anything to complain about. Every system has their quirks and every business has different needs, so no one platform can be everything to everyone. That said, there are some good work-arounds if we run into anything that is problematic.
Nutshell is handling all of our lead management and providing and clean and easy-to-use platform to do so. We love the bulk emails through the wonderful templates and pipelines and find that we're so much more efficient with outreach by using Nutshell.
How responsive they are. It is very easy to get in touch, and they are friendly, knowledgeable, and and prompt.
Better use of space on the profile pages. Wish I could see more of the interaction history without having to scroll down so much.
Making it easy to contact and track our sales prospects. It is saving a lot of time both calling and emailing prospects.
The interface is less intimidating for non-sales types than SalesForce or HubSpot. Entering and cross-referencing contact points on individuals and companies is seamless and easy. Good G-Suite integration.
Limited ability to create structures outside of the formatted silos of 'people and companies'. Mapping features are buggy, driven by auto-formatting addresses that are often inaccurate.
Taking non-career-salespeople and getting them to organize and record customer interactions, leading to better KPI monitoring and engagement. Automating emails and workflows.

Wish it had better Gmail integration instead of having to bcc it all the time.

Nutshell allows compartmentalization for my different client groups. It's easy to communicate with all of them fluidly and uniformly.
Sometimes it feels like there are too many settings or options but it's better to have too much than not enough.
I need an organized, streamlined method of communication for multiple contacts and this offers just that.
Great way to track management with clients. Love that I can BCC and the email from my google account goes right into the right account in Nutshell. Also love that I can set tasks to remind myself to follow up
Reports aren't customizable as I would like. I am a consultant with multiple clients, and I can't pull a contact report for just one client at a time. Also can't send contracts and invoices through Nutshell so its not a one stop shop for us
