The best thing about Nutshell is how easy it is to maneuver from one to another. I can easily look up contacts or a list of contacts in a quick and efficient way. I also love the email templates. The custom fields aspect has been also a valuable attribute that Nutshell offers.
I wish I could connect contacts. I'm not exactly sure the best way to do this, but I have many contacts that are spouses. Nutshell may also want to consider creating their own meeting scheduling tool like calendly or I use youcanbookme.com.

Nutshell is so easy to use. I am new to the sales world and the previous CRM that we were using was so confusing and tedious. I felt like I was not being efficient with my time or able to keep up with notes and updates for my profiles. But with nutshell they make it so easy. Everything is separated into categories and there's 24 hour help and videos if needed. I use nutshell everyday and can say that my notes and time management have exceeded expectations. I can even lay out different categories on my dashboard for easy to find things. Without having to go through a lot of different hoops. I recommend nutshell to any business starting off and feel overwhelmed by how many CRM's are out there. The implementation is direct and simple. And allows you to set your own pipelines. Nutshells integration if made for you as a business not for them.
If you have a lot of accounts it tends to lag. Making it frustrating sometimes when you are trying to update accounts. Email portal sometimes glitches
With each dilemma that has come up. Whether it be with the emails, storage space, or whatever concern is brought up. They have been nothing but helpful about getting us through it. With live support you can talk to someone when you need to . But they are also available to set up virtual meetings to go over any concerns the user has. And works hard and taking feedback and trying to integrate it with their app.
I looked into a couple different CRM/Marketing softwares for my employer and this one caught my attention right away. I like how user friendly it is. It even has a "Nutshell Intelligence" where it offers information about the company you're adding, saving time adding information in. Customer support is also a huge plus. They offered one on one help, and plenty of videos to watch.
The ONLY downside is that sometimes Nutshell isn't up to date on the addresses/info on Nutshell Intelligence, but Google-ing the address to double check isn't the end of the world/

The scheduler is something we will use in the future once it's a bit more robust with connectivity and functionality. Otherwise there really isn't much we aren't able to do pretty easily.

Nutshell is a company made of truly empathetic and worried people. They'll be kind to you, try to understand you, and be candid and true. After using other providers like Hubspot, I can tell Nutshell is different. It is easy to set up, easier to use and has a strong customer support. I use it almost every day.
I still want a better experience in bulk personalized emails. There are still some features missing there.
