Easy of use. Did not take many hours to train the team which is key when they need to be out creating relationships.
We utilize the platform to track activities and not the sales life cycle. Some reporting customizations could be a huge assistance.

Nutshell is a very simple and easy-to-use CRM. It allows my team to quickly update Accounts and deals with an easy-to-use interface. The email import works great and overall setup is a breeze.
There are a few minor things that I would change if I could. Interface for the people listed under the accounts is a little odd if you have more than 5 or so people. There isn't an easy way to update multiple items in sequence, it can be cumbersome to build out the various pipelines, and I would like to be able to add people's details when creating an account.
Nutshell keeps my team organized and allows me to see where we sit as a sales team very quickly. My deals are easy to update and easy to sync with calendars to make sure we stay on top of everything.
Super easy to use. Without this, we'd be SOL, as our staff are not hugely computer literate.

There are some things that are different from the website and app as far as looks. I would try and streamline the look completly between each.

The general process of the Nutshell CRM are very simple to use and it does a lot of the work for you. The import functions that bring in .csvs are great and then creating leads from there is easy.
Any sort of fine-tuning of the software requires you to find weird menus in the settings that aren't overly intuitive. Also, it is easy to add via import but batch deleting can be a pain if you find your email lists aren't completely verified before uploading. It requires clicking on each lead and deleting it numerous times before it completely disappears from the online database.
Overall it helps with the organization of sales contacts for us. At times it is really nice other times the process of entering in a sale is harder than the sale itself.
Nutshell has excellent tracking features and visibility of activity to make sure we are reaching the metrics needed.
The UI can be a little busy, but once you get used to the layout, it becomes pretty easy to navigate.

Nutshell is super customizable which has been a huge benefit for my team! We have a number of unique sales processes as we do not just sell one product. It was quick to get the hang of and the training was easy to follow and all pre recorded!
There is very little I dislike. I have sent a recommendation to the Nutshell team to add a feature so I am sure given their culture of asking clients for feedback, the system will just keep getting better.
We are using Nutshell to manage our sales and customer success processes. A big benefit is how tailored it is to our business. We can also make changes to the sales & customer success processes on our own and do not have to reach out to anyone.

Forgetting to send follow ups
I love being able to track the interaction with my emails and see customer engagement in real-time. It lets me know who is serious and who is possibly going to waste my time and resources. Actions speak louder than words! Furthermore, I appreciate how we can also communicate with the leads in various stages that are automatic and seeing the reminders on tasks.
Dislike is a strong word, but all the items I would improve are the following: 1) The app doesn't allow you to communicate with leads. I wish I could send a quick email from this point, but I appreciate seeing the stats and the activities. 2) The app should also not scale on font size settings from the iPhone. It makes the layout all screwy in the lead, people, and business sections. I am nearsighted and have my settings on my phone to larger text font, and I think that messes up the view. 3) As a salesperson, I would like to see a running total on my share of revenues. Right now, I have a custom box that I put in my expected commission, and then I have to export this data to see the total in excel. I think that would motivate salespeople more than seeing the total revenue of the leads in how it relates to the company. And 4) It would be great to move emails synched with the person to specific leads. As a booking agent, I sometimes work on five different shows for one customer. Each booking/lead has particular information. For some reason, either not all the communication on the lead will show up, or it will be just under the person and not the lead it applies. Either make all correspondence show up under every lead tied to the same person or figure out a way for the user to add the convo that applies and remove the ones that don't apply.
It allows me to keep everything in one place and remind me where I left off on each deal. We used to use Asana for this part of the sales process, but it wasn't easy to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow communications easily. As I mentioned in the "what I love" section, knowing who is a time-waster and who is engaged really helps me dedicate more time to the people I will close a deal on versus chasing people who have no interest in buying.
