Six users on Nutshell Foundation level is really working for us. The support team are excellent and the product is has met all of our goals. The product is very easy to use and to train others.
The leap in cost between subscription pages.
Communication and scheduling.
The customer service and the ease of making content. There is a learning curve but that is to be expected.
I do not like that there is a cache problem.
It has helped us send out broadcasts for our multiple sales people. Plus we just had some help sending out a newsletter when there were issues.

It helps me to stay organized and track my leads and referrals. It also is a good reference point for contact cards. I refer to it weekly and use it whenever I call someone. Their training and support was really helpful.

Nutshell is easy to use and navigate and helps organize everything that you need. As a CRM it has been vital to the success of our business.
Nutshell is very robust and at times it seems as if it pulls the wrong emails into our Leads that are not applicable, so I do have to do some cleanup to make sure the correct emails are in the correct Leads. Also, it often asks if things are "duplicates" that are not, which can be somewhat annoying but is not a huge deal
It really helps with organization and email marketing and keeping track of Sales and Leads. Also, with milestones it helps with keeping everything on track and everyone accountable.
Nutshell reps have contacted me often enough where I feel I can reach out for any questions. I have online videos I can watch for resource, and the product is not complicated to use! My company uses this every day, and it is required for me to maintain my leads and follows ups.
I don't see any downsides. I have only been using Nutshell for 6 months, but there are many ways to be able to learn! It was easy for me to get started and I even had a helpful tracklist to onboarding to get me started!
Nutshell is solving the "cracks". I believe Nutshell takes most of the human error out, and helps to ensure consistency!
The best part about Nutshell is how customizable it is for our company as well as each user can customize how they view their dashboard and data. It also integrates great with 3rd parties like Quickbooks, Outlook, and RingCentral. It is a great tool for our small comapny without having to completely overhaul how we do things day to day.
Easy if you use csv. file to import data but is a little cumbersome if you need to enter it manually.
Biggest problem it somes is giving us an organzied way or our sales team to collaborate and tracking our sales performance. It allows us to seamlessly pass a project from one person to the next without losing any data or ideas. It also helps us keep all of our communication and files in one place which makes it so much easier for every step of the sales process.
I like the integration with gmail. I like that ability to save cards to my dashboard so I can see all my upcoming renewals in one place.
The task section is a little messy.I don't reeally know how to describe it but I wish I could see tasks for myself that were manually created and not an automatic tasks that was prompted by the setup.
Solves having to search thru my email for recent communication. Solves losing track of potential sales leads because I can see all lost leads with lead filters. This benefits me because I can set goals for myself based on leads I want to win for the next quarter, and speeds up my workflow, because I am not wasting time scouring thru old emails searchign for where I left off with a client.
