I appreciate that customer support is always available when I call, I also appreciate that the CRM - though relatively limited in features - is easy to use.
I dislike that there seems to be an unwillingness to implement feature requests. When I've asked for features I feel like I'm just sort of written off - there isn't a follow up process, there isn't any indication that the feedback was passed on to development
I use Nutshell as our primary CRM. We use it to record all of our customer interactions, all account information, and to create reports to assess our company's financial health
Nutshell is a good CRM software which comes with a major drawback. Features like tagging, location on maps, leads section, mailing systems are on point.
They seriously need to drop their duplicate suggestion feature. Whenever I import a csv, I either match it with email or names but even after that it ends up showing a lot of duplicates out of which 80% wont even be duplicates but only appear due to their suggestion feature.
Helping scout candidates based on the client's preference
organized and helps keep pipeline full at all times, we can see where we need to focus our attention as far as setting appointments and following up
Difficult to use. Many issues with tasks past and due today.
We are able to see where people are at at all times throughout their purchase process
The customer service at Nutshell was very responsive. They were very gracious in responding to all our questions as we got set up. The design is sleek and intuitive. All the major functions of the product were easy to figure out.
We transitioned to Nutshell from a different CRM, and the migration was very difficult. It took weeks of time from our team, and from their customer service, and still our data had not all migrated correctly. Once we were finally up and running we found that the Search feature was not robust enough to work for us. It was also too difficult to see an overall view of our entire company's sales pipeline.
We tried to use Nutshell as a CRM, however after trying it for several months we decided to use a different system that had a more robust search feature and a better dashboard overview.
Much improved dashboards, plus good pipeline management features. Pretty flexible for adding custom fields.
Canned reports can be somewhat limiting. Not all the fields I want are always available as reportable fields or filters.
Very nice pipeline tracking, management of sales sales stages and contact history.
Dashboards Schefule And Alerts are well managed
Limited Options On Mobile App And Cdashes
Lead Pipeline And Its Follow Up To Increase Conversions
I like how user friendly the software is and that you can flip from page to page very easily. I also like that the tabs are pretty self explanatory with the labels that are used. The format overall looks good from an outside of the software perspective but when delving in it is very professional.
I dislike the lead sections and how it is connected to the people's pages but I also think that has more to do with my unfamiliarity with the territory. I find there is hard to find things to dislike because it is not something I use for more than a few things such as adding people, leads, etc. I think people who have a wide variety of uses for this system will be able to pull more suggestions on this on how to improve because with almost anything, there is room to grow and make it better over time.
I am working on making appointments and by looking at the people through nutshell. The benefits I have noticed is that now I can see locations with ease and offices. I also like how there are ways to add multiple contact information, such as for phones, you can add office, cell, assistant, and custom, which helps for when you are going back again and want to know what the primary one is.
Workflows and following the sales processes within nutshell. Our Brokers love this!
The Bcc (email copying function) and auto lead import don't always work and our client's information is shared with all of the sub accounts - not so great for privacy.
None - this is for our Brokers - we use salesforce.
Nutshell is easy for Account Executives to learn and use
Quota assignments that vary by month and quarter is needed. Also, pipeline qutoas by month, quarter is needed
Lead tracking and reporting.
Nutshell has excellent design and is incredibly easy to use. It is organized well, straightforward to find information, and as a tool is quick and responsive.
Nutshell is missing competitive features, including integrations, effective task management, and much more. When asked about these things, they indicate they have no plans to address them. Updates seem to be few and far between these days, and some existing features are buggy with no progress on fixing them.
Nutshell has been effective at organizing our sales process, and managing that process. It allows us to keep track of each lead in the funnel, and has attractive and straightforward reporting.
We like the flexibility in Nutshell to set up a pipeline for tracking prospects. We have some peculiar needs in this regard so being able to customize to our specific environment is great. And it is easy to change when needed.
I don't particularly like the way the notes are unsearchable. If integrated with the desktop, tons of emails - some redundant - end up in the system and it is difficult to scroll through them. There is no way to search notes.
tracking customers through a pipeline. Revenue success.
The Boundless Seminar--Sales education opportunities.
Service issues are not communicated and very slow response times with issues. Every email service ticket has had a response that their response time is delayed. And I have only ever had a person actually answer the phone during business hours 1 in about 10 times.
Tracking sales processes and reminders for customer contacts.
Good Chat Support Basic CRM capabilties Nothing much else
Where do I start. Seems like they lived in a cave while designing the product. There are so many fundamental mistakes. Can't export first name last name. Can't mass update variables. Deduping is pathetic. Can't update fields without opening the contact. The drip sequences practically uneditable. The data base of templates if pathetic. And the list goes on.... It is not even worth my time to talk about them. I use it only because it is hart to switch and no body gave proper reviews. Copper is so much better. So is streak and hubspot. I am so frustrated this garbage.
I am planning to change. So they are not doing anything for me. I have the pro version and the marketing system.
There is nothing positive to say about a product that is constantly down.
It regularly takes 30-60 minutes to complete basic processes such as importing 10 Leads and seconding 20 emails. There is no issue with my email as I can send things from my Outlook no problem. My internet connection is fine and I can access any other website. I signed up for Nutshell because their customer support was supposed to be live during business hours but they are repeatedly away when I have mission critical issues to resolve. I don't have hours out of my day to wait for them or wait for their product to work. There are clearly serious issues on the backend of their architecture. Oh, and their Android app is useless and they don't even seem to know it because they only care about their Apple app. This is a typical "SMB-focused product" that treats SMBs as second-class and not deserving of mission critical services.
I haven't solved any problems with Nutshell. They have just created problems for me.
Fairly good appearance. It seems to be built with small business in mind.
Tech support did not do its job. Follow Through was very poor. Over-promised and under-delivered.
The tech support was so poor that I was unable to truly test out its functionality.
Easy to use CRM so sales people get used to it quickly.
A lot of bugs in mobile app and web app. Erratic behavior. Things are done differently depends of the version so it is hard to use it in the same way for everibody.
Sales people activity and opportunities management.
Not overly complex to use, meets needs. Customer service has been helpful.
Hard to navigate, easy to click on what you're not meaning to.
Prospecting, logging sales activities, managing sales pipeline.
