I love tracking my leads and how user friendly it is overall!
I wish I could invoice directly though nutshell
Is showing how many sales we convert so we know if we need to improve our processes.
It is a great tool to keep track of all customer contacts & interactions. I am able to see who is opening emails. Also great to track closed leads & always know what my sales numbers are. Lots of options to help you customize to suit your needs.
I would like to be able to create a sortable report that shows customers & orders (based on leads I have input) It may be something available to our admin but I cannnot find a way to do as a user.
It helps me to stay organzed & keep track of all coorespondance.
1) Nutshell Marketing. Has revolutionized our ability to stay in touch with clients, to market to clients, and to move freight. Literally equivalent to an FTE, or more. 2) Project Management. Allows us to keep up-to-date tabs on 100+ simultaneous projects. 3) Customer Support. Prompt. Genuinely interested. Genuinely helpful and responsive.
Apart from a couple of niggling details, I have zero complaints about Nutshell.
See above. Nutshell has been transformative in helping us improve our marketing to and communications with clients and service providers. We are SO much more efficient. Our weekly sales/project reviews have been driven by Nutshell for years. In our busiest season we need to track dozens of projects in various stages of sales, implementation, and closeout. I cannot imagine how we would do this without Nutshell. I know we are using only a fraction of Nutshell's total capabilities, but that fraction is absolutely critical to our sucess.
East to set up. Simple to use. A great CRM
Nothing to dislike at the moment. A really cool CRM
Helping streamline the sales pricess and organise leads
The ability to tailor and organize entries for your purposes + the email plugin to track activity
The export function seems limited. I use this to print out lists and there's not much configuration I've found to tailor what fields are included.
It gives me a single source of truth for outreach activities to a large area with many people doing outreach
Nutshell helps me keep all my leads, contacts, documents, and notes connected. I really utilize the tagging feature to organize all my data.
I wish the mapping feature was more interactive. Being on the road a lot, I like to see what clients are near by that i have visited before and may need to follow up with.
Nutshell solves the hassle of having to dig through emails and remember when the last time and where you left off with prospective customers. I really make use of customer contract end dates and follow up reminders.
It takes away the burden and task of emailing prospects while establishing a highly consistent marketing plan. Learning each day of prospective clients scheduling a call is impressive and uplifting
I don't believe I've seen any downside to using Nutshell
Saves time; Creates consistency; and schedules calls with prospects with results
I like being able to set tasks for following up with clients and potential clients.
Sometimes there are too many filters or things to check and uncheck to find exactly what I am looking for.
It helps us keep track of sales as a team. It also helps us make sure we aren't all contacting the same people.
Nutshell is very straightforward and easy to use. It helps our team with tracking prospecting, calls, emails and order.
There's not much to dislike. Even when I have questions, their team is quick to answer and offer help.
It solves our needs for activity tracking. Recording sales and keepng communication records.
I like that it is very effective in communicating with the rest of my team and keeping in contact with clients.
Some of the untimely moments the software doesn't work
It helped solved the ability to see what is causing engagement with clients
I love how it's customizable and very easy to use. The customer support is amazing and they are beyond helpful whenever there is an issue, which is usually some user error. I use Nutshell daily and compared to other CRM systems it is much more user-friendly and customizable. They even have training videos and a chat feature to get assistance if needed. The videos are cheesy but in a funny way.
I have not found something major to dislike. A small annoyance would be the name Nutshell. Spell/grammar check always sends up a red flag.
We use it to track everything. If we didn't have Nutshell we would have a zillion spread sheets.
I love the attractive interface and how easy it is to import and manually add data. The reports are detailed and can be catered to almost any situation. I have used a few other products in this area, but Nutshell is by far the most user friendly and cost effective than the others.
There are some features (like forms and drip campaigns) that are fairly limited. If you have specific targets and goals for campaigns that are based on specific dates rather than date ranges, this may not be the best solution.
Nutshell has an attractive space to keep track of leads, clients, and sales.
Makes it quite easy for us to understand exactly how much outreach we need to do.
One thing I would like to do is send mass emals that include attached images.
Outreach is simplified drastically.
What is most helpful about nutshell is how customizable it is. Very user friendly.
searching through people sometime overlaps with the companies (which i use companies for building address's) and shows multpile people that should not be under the companies. However, I can filter out by the notes i put under the people colum, which works for the meantime. The app on my Iphone is not user friendly.
organizing and prioritizing.
Easy to add leads Easy to filter through leads Adding confidence level
One minor thing, but you can´t select category of a lead (e.g. automotive). You need to add a company and select category on a company level.
Overview of sales pipeline first and foremost. We have a clear idea of number of leads, pipeline size etc. Clear and easy to use.
The customer service and the ease of making content. There is a learning curve but that is to be expected.
I do not like that there is a cache problem.
It has helped us send out broadcasts for our multiple sales people. Plus we just had some help sending out a newsletter when there were issues.
easy to use and organize for small teams, lots of useful features
nothing in particular, everything worked well for us
Helped us organize our contact database and set up funnel.
Their Email outreach is the best feature I like the most. I can send mass mail to 10000 contacts in one go at a reasonable price.
Their reporting and advanced searches need some improvement.
Nutshell helps me run a mass email campaign efficiently.
Nutshell is very user-friendly and intuitive. It provides my small team everything we need to have a place to collect lead research and lead generations. We especially like that it has a map view instead of just a list of companies we have uploaded. The white glove import is a great benefit as well -- saves us time as we build out our new CRM. I've used it everyday since we got it up and running a few weeks ago and I feel like we already have the hang ot it because it is so easy to understand.
No downsides really! I wish for white glove import you could attach a PDF but it is easy enough to convert a PDF to excel.
Creating an organized place to track business leads, current relationships, and pipelines.
Nutshell doesn't have all the bells and whistles of Hubspot or Salesloft, and that's the point. It is a straightforward pipeline management/ CRM that can replace most of your average VSB owner's convoluted stack, for a low price. Their customer service is quick and helpful. Having worked on much larger SaaS teams, in fact, I can confidently say that few effectively use tools outside of what Nutshell offers. Integrations with Slack, PandaDoc, and Google Drive all work well. It's fairly easy to get started/implement – they'll help!
Nutshell is perfect for a very small business/most small businesses. I think the only thing I'd like to see them do is totally eschew enterprise. There are enough CRMs and platforms out there who market to enterprise and deprioritize the common folk like me :) Also, it doesn't quite stick as a daily-login-even-when-not-selling platform – I still rely on Asana/ClickUp for that. They integrate with Asana, but not ClickUp!
Nutshell helps me manage my business affordably.
