Feature-rich, great support, constant updates, automations, and ability to have API's and integrations
Would like more direct integrations and options to change the interface and UI a bit more. The mobile App version is not very useful and is clunky / bad UI so we don't use it.
It allows us to stay 100% on track with our sales objectives, targets, and key customers.
Nutshell helps me keep all my leads, contacts, documents, and notes connected. I really utilize the tagging feature to organize all my data.
I wish the mapping feature was more interactive. Being on the road a lot, I like to see what clients are near by that i have visited before and may need to follow up with.
Nutshell solves the hassle of having to dig through emails and remember when the last time and where you left off with prospective customers. I really make use of customer contract end dates and follow up reminders.
We were looking for a simple, easy and inexpensive sales system to log accounts, and sales leads,etc. Nutshell has been nothing but accomodating. They are very easy to contact and chat with with on any questions I have had.There are so many more features they offer that we purchased that I havent delved into yet, like their email offerings which I am excited to utilize,after researching several companies we new they were going to fit our needs perfectly. I like that it's easy to use which means easy to train new employees on and easy to get buy in for them to use !
It is a little simplistic so I wish there were some more in depth reports we could run.

I like the user-friendly intuitive interface and the low learning curve. Its integration with third party software is exceptional hence streamlining workflow increasing our overall performance. Not forgetting the friendship support team, that is available for any support needed at anytime.
Overall experience is amazing, i lack anything to dislike.

There's nothing to dislike about Nutshell I would like to point out. But in fact, Nutshell pricing is could be considered relatively higher compared to other various CRM options. But the fact that it provides better features than other services makes it highly demanded and high frequency of use.

Nutshell is ready to use right from the start, with simple integration set-up, but is very flexible. I've been able to customize it to fit our business with mutliple pipelines and offerings. It's complex in it's functionality but simple to use. We use it all day every day.
As an Executive Search firm I've had to create a non-standard customization to have multiple contact types (employers & candidates). It would be a little easier to have that built in, but it works well.

I have used many CRM's over my sales career. I found that Nutshell is simple, yet powerful enough to help you be successful. It isn't overwhelming. I picked it up immediately without training and was able to use it from the first time I signed on.
Sometimes there is a delay when updates are made to bsuiness information. I sometimes have had to wait a couple hours for information to update. Not very often though.
The ability to integrate with my email and track who I have emailed and when without having to input the information myself.
