Nutshell reps have contacted me often enough where I feel I can reach out for any questions. I have online videos I can watch for resource, and the product is not complicated to use! My company uses this every day, and it is required for me to maintain my leads and follows ups.
I don't see any downsides. I have only been using Nutshell for 6 months, but there are many ways to be able to learn! It was easy for me to get started and I even had a helpful tracklist to onboarding to get me started!
Nutshell is solving the "cracks". I believe Nutshell takes most of the human error out, and helps to ensure consistency!
It is a very easy and simple to use CRM. Great for small businesses with very little setup time and quick and easy training for new employees.
The app could use a little work on the interface.
It is getting all of our projects and quotes into one place and easily allowing us to track time frames and close dates.
I like the integration with gmail. I like that ability to save cards to my dashboard so I can see all my upcoming renewals in one place.
The task section is a little messy.I don't reeally know how to describe it but I wish I could see tasks for myself that were manually created and not an automatic tasks that was prompted by the setup.
Solves having to search thru my email for recent communication. Solves losing track of potential sales leads because I can see all lost leads with lead filters. This benefits me because I can set goals for myself based on leads I want to win for the next quarter, and speeds up my workflow, because I am not wasting time scouring thru old emails searchign for where I left off with a client.
Dashboard view – customizable for easy top-level view; ability to see open/clicks with icon
Would like for notes field to be eligible for download; would like to be able to lookup people by who contacted them (i.e. who on my team)
We were managing our outreach tracking with 20 spreadsheets; Nutshell has made it much better
My favorite feature in Nutshell is tracking customer communication and activities - I can see exactly when I sent samples, what our last communication was, and who is leading the account. For communication and activity tracking, as well as people tied to each account, it's very easy to use and see progress. It was also pretty simple to setup, and customer support has been phenomenal.
The leads tracker - I'm in CPG sales and it just isn't very intuitive, nor does it really fit well with our sales program. The photo section for accounts also feels very outdated, loads incredibly slowly, and doesn't make it easy to see thumbnails in order to tell what kind of photo you're opening.
Nutshell makes it easy to track email communication and timing, and organized our sales accounts into an easy format to digest and update.
Easy to start using and easy to use. Low cost. Customer support. Mobile app works well.
Does everything I need so no complaints.
Organizing sales account information. Scheduling sales activities and all communications. Integrating with email to record all emails sent in Outlook.
I love how simple it is - it took no time at all to become relatively proficient. I also feel that for the price, it is probably the most cost effective solution out there. The value is 10/10 and unless an organization has some pretty high end needs, I think that the product is a good fit for the overwhelming majority of small businesses. I'm not sure if it would meet the needs of a mid size organization - but it's definitely worth evaluating. I'm thankful that it was recommended to me by a current Nutshell user.
The only company that they can "recommend" for additional support/guidance is their parent company. I had to find a Nutshell CRM expert on my own to help implement some things that I couldn't figure out by myself. I wish they offered paid, hourly support or could recommend someone who offered smaller monthly packages.
Nutshell's VisitorIQ product is amazing and helps provide insight as to who's visiting our website. It also allows me to handle email drip campaigns effortlessly. The product is well designed, fast, and makes a lot of sense very quickly (it doesn't require some extensive training.)
It's very intuitave and I was able to get up and running with minimal training!
It's challenging trying to find a specific keyword in notes
Nutshell lets me send emails at specific times, set up a group of emails, and lets our group easily share notes about donors & prospects
It's very easy to navigate inside the app! I can find contacts very quickly.
There is a ringcentral API, but not to the new RingCentral all-in-on system.
Sequencing emails are extremly helpful.
Easy navigation. Easy to sync to other accounts. etc.
How the Lead, Company, and person interact with one another it is alot of extra work. I fill it could be formatted better.
Organization skills
We have been using Nutshell for nearly 5 years and we absolutely love it. We especially like that we are able to track our leads that have very long sales cycles.
Customization is limited. But that's what we expect for the price.
We are a B2B business with very long sales cycles. We tried other CRMs before this and no other CRM could quite handle repeat B2B leads with long-sales cycles. Our Business Development team is able to make detailed notes for Leads, Companies and People through the various functionalities (notes, activities, meetings, etc.), which then are accessible to the entire team. This is extrememly beneficial because many different people may interact with the lead, company, or person.
The system is easy to navigate, especially using the filters, and I am easily able to look up contacts and keep track of which customers are in which stage of the sales process. Using the filters, I'm able to know which customers I have already reached out to this season, and which customers have purchased our product in previous years, and adjust my sales approach accordingly. The automated email sequence is also great for continuing contact with minimum effort on my part! Frees up so much time!
The automated email sequence doesn't stop if a customer reaches out to me via phone, and sometimes I forget to shut it off manually, which can lead to awkward interactions.
Managing customer relations during the busy holiday sales season. It can be very tedious to find all customers from previous years and keep up with the sales process.
I was looking for a simple CRM with necessary automation and stumbled up on Nutshell. I really like the pipeline management and the dashboard of this product. My most used feature is email sequencing.
I think Nutshell can do better in analytics. I would also like to have cold email and linked-in outreach capabilities. Also, I don't like the marketing tool much.
Nutshell helps me automate some of the followups which used to take a lot of time. The dashboard really helps me to have a complete visibility of my pipeline and help me to plan my daily tasks.
Keep detailed records of customer information, interactions, and history in one place, and Track leads, sales opportunities, and the sales process to improve conversion rates.
For me there is nothing to complain, but CRM software can be expensive, especially for small businesses. Licensing fees, training, and ongoing support costs can add up.
Nutshell centralizes customer information, making it easier to manage and access customer data, including contact details, interactions, and purchase history.
The customization available for each type of sales process. Functionality and ease of use. (I'm an admin and user)
Easier automated texting would be great.
Managing leads for potential sales.
The speed that the team take on board feedback and implement new features.
I live in a different timezone to Nutshell and the help team don't come on line until late in the day.
A clean way to keep all the relevant information in one place. The ability to run reports on the data and customise most aspects makes for an easy to use product.
Nutshell is used for all stages of the business, most impressive are the automations and integrations they offer.
Nothing, it's the best bang for the buck and even has features we haven't experimented with yet.
All tools are in one solution. From emails, to inbound forms, to click to call. Very well priced.
The customization, the dashboards, extensive reporting is good
Duplicate not great, need more integrations, import is tricky
CRM management and sales tracking
User Friendly, Excells in Sales Automation and workflow , Contact and deal Managment, & Reporting and Anaylitics.
More customization options.Marketing Emails and the bounces drive my team crazy. It only pulls the first contact.
I have no idea about new updates.
I like how easy it is to use and that most functions are intuitive. I especially like the ability to type in a contact and immediately see all correspondence with that individual.
In the people database, I wish there was a way to organize the order of companies people have worked at with their most recent company on top. I would also like AI personalization functions added to email writing and scheduling for client marketing.
It has helped us better track our correspondence with buyers, so when marketing to them regularly, we know what last written to them was.
