template lacks of recent viewed products. There is no template or option for us to add recent viewed products into an email campaign. In order to do this, I guess you have to know some HTML code.

It is priced the exact same as Mailchimp but is a much better platform. We use it as an app through Bigcommerce which syncs with our customer list instantly. The email templates are easier to design, and the product picker allows you to select products on my site and it automatically pulls in the image, product name, product description and price. The campaign reports also show how much revenue we made from them.

I cannot crop an image directly within the app- I must photoshop in a separate app.

This saves us so much time in creating emails, especially with the product picker, and we are seeing sales from that email right in the report.

I would like to say big thanks for Matija from customer service for kind and efficient way of solving problems!

The verification process for an SMS number was long and unexpected. It would've been nice to know that there would be a slight delay from the onset.

It is a little more affordable to Klaviyo, the support team si pretty hands-on and the features are improving. Very promising and fast growing

Too little template options. I wish we had a choice of more templates to work with as these are limited at the moment.

Mass emailing and scheduling is a big pro

It's easy to create emails and I have found the learning curve to be good.

The new templates do not allow for personalization. For example, I am not able to add a picture where I would like when using the templates.

I currently do not have any problems that Omnisend is solving for me.

The power it has in automations and the multiple integrations it has with ecommerce.

That Prestashop does not have an automatic connector, and integration via API is required.

I would prefer to even have more customisation over fonts and being able to put your own branded fonts onto Omnisend

When you ask a question twice to support and get no answer, this is the most frustrating issue. Even when you reply direct to a support agent. Must improve.

Omnisend solves my product launch and continues to bring in sales with it automation while I work on other jobs.

My favourite aspect is the heat maps and being able to see who clicked on my email exactly and where they clicked. I am able to pinpoint and reach specific customers this way.

The least helpful tool in Omnisend would be the customer limit on your account. I have to upload and remove customers often to keep the number below the limit count. I can send 18000 emails a month but only to X amount of customers, I have to always upload and delete. Minor issue.

Reaching out to thousands of customers daily that may not know about my services and what I offer. I am able to reach out to these people and expand my list of services as well.

It has been great so far! We switched from MailChimp, and it has been easier to integrate into our Shopify website. No issues, and slightly cheaper.

Everything is working well. No feedback as of now.

It connects my shopify products directly to the email.
