As we have worked with other EOR partners, I can say that Oyster is providing the best quality services and taking care of its customers. I really appreciate the dedicated representatives at Oyster who are always there to support and solve all kinds of topics regarding our foreign employees. Another great thing in cooperation is that there is a constant development of the platform and available information.
Overall I'm very happy with the cooperation, just sometimes it's more difficult to work with entities, where Oyster has local partners and not their own legal entity.
As the local market is very small, we have a chance to hire anywhere in the world and get the best talent joining our company via Oyster, and that boosts the company's development, as we have access to a wide pool of specialists.
Oyster app is user friendly and support is always available trying to help in the fastes way.

Hiring Internationally takes more time due to having to understand the legalities. This is not due to Oyster though, who are always so quick to support.
Being able to employee Internationally legally means that we can expand our business more quickly. They help us understand employment legislation in countries we have never operated in.
Oyster's customer support and account managers are just lit. There direct and honest approach and quick TurnAround Time is great. All the team folks are well informed of the product and it's offering
I wish Oyster could support the Onsite employees and not just remote employees. This would be a game changer for any firm.

They are very client-focused, and that's noticeable in all communications, either with our assigned CSMs or with each one of the HSMs assigned to our new hires. They have always provided an incredible level of support.

We use Oyster as vendor for our distributed employees around the world, and also for contractor management. They are helping us employ in all targeted locations and setups, providing fast and valuable answers to all our questions and providing our employees with excellent level of support.
OysterHR is not the first EOR that I've used, and therefore I can say with confidence that it's the best out there. The onboarding experience is super smooth. Support is incredibly quick and actually resolves your queries instead of just pinging more questions back at you or sending a link to their FAQs. Knowledge about different countries' legislations is second to none. The user experience of their online portal is great, website is easy to navigate and clear where to find things. Automated invoices and payments make my life incredibly easy. The fact that it's registered in the US and there's no VAT charged on salaries is super helpful for a small business like us that's not VAT registered. Honestly, I could go on and on. I'm a massive fan.
There's nothing about Oyster that I dislike so far. They've delivered a perfect service and I cannot think of anything else that they could be doing better at the moment.
If not for Oyster, as a small business we would not be able to hire our full-time employee who's based in another country than our business legal entity. Furthermore, it's great to have HR support who will look into any contractual details and answer any questions at a lightning speed.
